ich habe die Bücher  gelöscht, beim nächsten Aufrufen erscheinen sie wiederhabe ade deinstalliert und neu installiert, Bücher sind immer noch aufgeführtwenn ich neue Bücher aus der Bücherei downloaden will, wird immer nur ade wieder installiert mit 2 kb und nicht das Buchwas soll ich machenLG U.S.

I am running ADE v. 4.5.6 on a Samsung Galaxy Tab with Android 4.4.2. The books I want to read does not show up in ADE, I have tried to deauthorize my Adobe ID and then authorize it again. Nothing happens. It works fine on my Windows 10 laptop but this is no alternative for me. Wjat is the problem ?Olle Överby

Hallo,ich habe meinen Computer vor vielen Jahren ohne ID autorisiert. Der ebook-reader (Trekstore Pyrus) wurde damals noch nicht autorisiert. Jetzt kann ich manche ebooks dort nicht lesen. Ich wollte die Autorisierung mit ID nachholen, aber das klappte nicht. Daraufhin habe ich die Autorisation gelöscht, um eine neue durchzuführen. Auch dies wird verweigert, weil angeblich andere Geräte damit autorisiert seien. Ich kenne keine. Die einzige Möglichkeit, die ich noch sehe, ist, dass ADOBE alle Geräte für die ID Hans@reinenhamburg.de löscht und anschließend die ganze ID, damit ich sie neu aufsetzen kann und den ebook-reader in die Autorisierung einbeziehe. Wie bekomme ich Kontakt zu dem zuständigen Supüport?

Hi experts,My old laptop died and I need to install ADE on my new one. I have two different ADE accounts because my husband and I have two different ereaders (both Kobos). I use his computer for the old Kobo and my laptop for the newer one. I just dowloaded ADE and it wants me to authorize the account but it wants to use the email I have linked with my general Adobe account. This is different from the one I have for ADE. I want to authorize ADE for the new computer using the same account as the dead computer. That way I can retrieve my books. Can someone explain in a not too technical way how to do this.

Adobe Digital Editions is constantly crashing on me. I need to use ADE for digital versions of the textbooks I use in university, and my highlighting and notes disappear whenever the system crashes so I constantly lose all my markup. I know the simplest solution is just using the paper books, but they are all so heavy to carry back and forth, so I liked having everything on my laptop. I know this is something Adobe just has to fix, but does anyone by chance have the same problem or any solutions? It's driving me nuts because the only platform I can use for my books is ADE.

I'm getting an error when trying to download an ebook. The error says fulfillment error F/13. What does this mean?

Is anyone else as frustrated as I am when trying to download e-books to put on a Kobo??? I've been downloading eBooks from CloudLibrary successfully for quite some time however recently I've started getting a message that tells me: the content you are trying to download does not correspond to the active Adobe ID. Never being one to give up I created a NEW email address and used this to create a NEW account. Was the problem solved??? That would be wishful thinking I’m afraid. Is there anyone out there who can help - Adobe certainly can't!!!

I was able to join 2 Adobe IDs and have them both authorized on my computer. All of my books now appear in ADE. I can open older books associated with my older ID, but I can not open newer books associated with my newer ID. When I try to open one, ADE asks me to authorize the computer for the ID associated with the book, even though it is showing as already authorized. When I proceed with the authorization, I get the message that this item is associated with a different ID. Somehow ADE no longer recognizes my new ID as being associated with my new books. I have erased authorizations, trashed the activation.dat file and reinstalled a fresh version of ADE, with no effect. Does anyone have any other ideas on how I can repair the association between my ID and my books? Thanks.

Hello. I am a first time user of ADE. When I want to authorize my computer with my adobe ID, the system shows me that my Adobe ID is already authrozied with other computer from before. Can someone help me to remove the previous authorization of my account, so I can authorize my own computer now? many thanks beforhand!

I have an older Adobe ID on my iMac and have a number of EPUB books in Adobe Digital Editions using this ID. I then bought a MacBook and set up a new Adobe ID and downloaded additional EPUB books with the new ID. I am not using my iMac for ADE any more and want all my EPUB books on my MacBook. I have joined my 2 Adobe ID's through https://adeactivate.adobe.com/ and I have checked to ensure my 2 ID's are now synced. Now, when I try to open an EPUB book in ADE   on my MacBook I get the message "Document is licensed for a different user account." I was expecting to be asked for authorization for my older account now that my accounts are synced, but I didn't get that option. Does anyone have any ideas on how to correct this? Thanks.

I just downloaded Adobe digital editions and I am trying to authorize my computer.  It is a mac book air. I keep getting the error message: Activation Server Error E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_DR_PKCS12.Any ideas?

I get “this book was downloaded with another Adobe ID” when I try download my books to Bluefire ReaderThen some of the books do not downloads - saying they were downloaded with another Adobe ID (which is the same as I am using) and I need to add that account so I can download the books.  What can I do?

I just got a new computer and downloaded Adobe Digital Editions.  When I went to authorize it, i got a message stating that I can only authorize this computer with an adobe ID that has never been used on another device..... does this make sense?  What should I do?  create a new id?

HelloI cannot authorize a book bought in Wiley online. ADE user/password are correct. I can read the book if I do not authorize within Adobe but only in a single device.Thanks

I bought an E-textbook through Adobe digital editions. I recently got a new computer and transferred everything over to the new one, including adobe digital editions. The book is still here, however it won't let me open the book because it shows a message saying "activation server error". I have tried erasing the authorization on the old computer and when that didn't work I tried erasing the authorization on this computer and re-authorizing but it will not let me. I also tried re downloading adobe digital editions and that didn't work either. I need to open and read this book for homework for my class, but it won't let me.

Hi,I was reading e-books using ADE from last one year. Unfortunately my system got corrupted, I formatted the system,  earlier  windows 7 was installed in the system  and after formatting the system is  installed same  windows 7. Now I am unable to read e-books. I am getting the following message Error getting License. hi! I've got Adobe Digital Editions in my pc and in my netbook, same account, same ID, but i haven't the same books, and i can't disavow my ID of my PC and notebook.Any help? i want my ebooks in both.

Okay my problem is, I use e reader to read my book drm protected , i use my Adobe ID for my PC, also for my phone, i i change so many app to open book for my phone, but not deactive first, but direct uninstall it (app reader). I gave my school's computer permission to download a book on Adobe Digital Edition. Now the computer has been reset and I can't download it to my computer.Can you clear authorization from adobe servers?Thank You

I get an "unable to connect" error when I try to download my document through Adobe Digital Editions.  Looking for quick guidance.  Thanks in advance!

My computers and both my Kobos have the Adobe Digital Editions authorization, but, when I disconnect my Kobos from the computer, I can't open the ebooks because of : "Oops! This document couldn't be opened     This document is protected by Adobe Digital Rights Management (DRM) and is not currently authorized for use with you Adobe ID. Please sign-in with the authorized Adobe ID and try again." I did a factory reset on one of the Kobos, reset my computers and my Kobos authorization, but it still tells me that "Oops! This document couldn't be opened". I tried the E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED solution, but that has not worked either. What do I do?

I have a Kobo H2O.  I can no longer borrow books from the library and carry into the Kobo.  I have removed Adobe and reinstalled.  When I try to authorize my laptop it is telling me that the login in information can not be used.Help.[Your post moved from Acrobat Reader to Adobe Digital Editions by Moderator]
