Digital editions could not connect to the fulfillment server.  Please make sure you are connected to the internet...Anyone find a fix for this yet?  ADOBE!?!?See more people with this error and no answers at all...I've troubleshooted using all the usual things like reinstalling, clearing caches, trying to erase authorization and redo it.  Ironically it won't deauthorize due to the same issue I assume, it says I'm not connected when I definitely am...

HelloI bought a book and I opened with Adobe Digital Edition, The computer was authorized with out any adobe account, so I could opened the book to read it,  after I authorize the computer with a Adobe account to read the book in my mobile, but now I can not open the book because it says that the book was authorized with a different adobe account.Can you help me please?

On my authorized home computer I have access to a certain book in Adobe Digital Editions, however today I authorized my work computer with the same ADE account and I was unable to access said book. How do I go about accessing this book from my work computer?

I just re-installed the Adobe Digit Edition following the guidance of Adobe technical support, now when I authorize the computer to open the ebook, it says that the vender account you entered is not associated with the item you are trying to open. what should I do?

I am not able to open my library.  This worked fine on Saturday and then when I tried to open it up on Sunday, nothing happens. I do not even get any type of message.   I tried uninstalling and reinstalling ADE with no luck.  Any suggestions on how to open the library?  Could this have something to do with the new release of edition 4.5.4?

I have downloaded the book to my PC and I can see is on the iPad to download but when I try to down load it I get an error Digital editions could not connect to the fulfilment server. please make sure you are connected to the internet. I'm defiantly connected to the internet.I tried to connect the device to the PC but it doesn't register on the app there so I don't know how to read this book on my iPad.

My adobe digital edition 3.0 has stop working it had been in use with the local library for my e-reader I have Uninstall it and reinstall it but it still does not work I am running windows 10I appreciate your help.

Hello.I have the problem opening PDF files with Adobe Acrobat Reader for iPad from EC-Council. They are using DRM protection. I have no problem opening same files on PC/Mac or Android device, just on iPad or iOS device. It should ask me for my login name and password, but iPad version says, that it is unable to connect securely with drm.eccouncil.org server due to SSL. Do you have any suggestion? There is nothing to set in iPad version of Acrobat Reader. Thank you.

I'm trying to download the DSM V ebook that I just bought. But when I try to open the download link there is an error that pops up that says lic_already_fufilled_by_another_user. How can I fix this?

I have 1 desktop and 2 e-reader authorizations for Adobe Digital Editions. That is the maximum allowed of three. The two e-readers are non-functioning. I spoke to someone at the chat portal two years ago who said when I needed to authorize another e-reader, they could help. I have read this on the forums too. Today, the chat people send me to the forums and insist they can't help. Can anyone at Adobe actually do what I need anymore? Is it reset of authorizations or increase the number of authorizations? If you need my email address how can a forum post help more than a live person?

Titles appear to download correctly but can't be opened.  Non-protected documents such as the getting started guide open fine.Have tried both 4.5.1.139278 and 3.0.1.91394, to no avail.  I've also tried resetting my adobe id password.Redownloading then dragging onto the app used to give "INTERNAL ERROR", but now gives "Error check activation" on 3.0, 4.5.1 hangs after the "Fulfilling..." dialog "Downloading Content..." bar completes.After restarting the app, the books show up, and show as Licensed and Viewable on any device, Copying and Printing not allowed.  Opening a book hangs Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.1(Note that this is all before this evening's Adobe outage.)Any thoughts?

Why is my Adobe Digital not receiving downloads from 3M Cloud (Cloud Library). This is a program that the Maryland Libraries use to borrow/read ebooks. The 3M Cloud just had an update last week and now when i check out an ebook from the library it will not download into my Adobe Digital. i have no issues with checking out books with 3M Cloud, it's just not linking with my Adobe Digital program on my computer. Any suggestions?

Despite the 'question answered' status of a previous thread for this question (by 'lizardtales' on Sept 13/16), I am having the same issue and the answer there does not work for me. I have ADE 4.5.2 installed in a Dell PC with Windows 10 as originally installed (i.e. not an update). I download books in EPUB from a public library and moved them to  ADE - where they wll not open. The system just hangs - except for one book (of the three I have tried) that did open. All are the same format from the same library.I returned the non-working books and redownloaded them.Now I can't return them.  One of the books does not show up in the Library at all, though both show in Explorer. For the other, when I click the delete button, the Library says there is no record, maybe it was returned, though the icon is in the Library. The Explorer version for each book says I can't delete it because the file is open. I have tried many times to open them, and the system stops responding and i have t

Today I made an unauthorized account thinking I would not need to make one, realizing seconds later I was wrong I made an account on my phone and tried to log in my computer however it did not allow me to have multiple devices so I deleted the app from my phone and logged in on my computer however my already downloaded Book did not follow me. so now it will not let me download the book because it is being used by an old non-ID access.  I have already talked to Adobe Chat help and they told me to come here I can not explain how many times I have done this today and I obviously have no idea what I am doing so Please help me reset something Its like I have two different accesses to Adobe but one has no password or ID so no ID no user no book.

I am trying to Authorize my ADE using overdrive. My credentials seem to be incorrect or maybe I am using the wrong ones.I am getting "Incorrect login ID or password for the selected eBook vendor. Please try again."I have tried both the email address and library card # as the Vendor Login ID. My overdrive account has a very simple password. What should be I using?

I ordered an ebook from the publisher and opened it in digital editions no problem - i had not authorized my copy of digital editions on my personal teaching computer. i then authorized my personal teaching computer with my adobe id about month later to synch with books i had purchased on my personal dissertation computer with a specific account. however when i entered digital editions on the personal teaching computer it no longer allowed me to open the book from the publisher instead it gave me the error message above. namely, "this computer needs to be authorized with vender id to open". I wrote to the publisher and they gave me a new link to the book. it still doesn't open and gives me the same message. I figured it had to do with the email account which differs from the one i contacted the publisher with and the one i have my adobe id with. so i requested the publisher change my email account associated with it. they said it is not something that they do but rather i had to contac

I want to connect Digital Editions to my new e-reader. But Digital Editions turns out te be authorized by an old Adobe ID. This ID belongs to a provider I do not use anymore. I cannot recollect the password so I can't remove the authorization. Removal of the entire program doesn't work either. So, wat to do?

I think that I am losing it.....I am having trouble downloading books to my kobo from the Toronto Public Library.Their support desk sent instructions to help remedy the issue.They advised to uninstall ADE from our computer and then install version 3.0.Their instructions for uninstalling ADE didn't work but I was able to 'get rid of it' by highlighting the app and then hitting the command button ( on my mac) and the delete button and away it went...I then installed ADE 3.0.However I still cannot download books.......The error message reads: Unable to download. Error getting License:License Server Communication Problem. E_ACT_NOT_READYThey sent the address for a website to find help re this specific error message but this specific error message was not addressed by the website that they suggested.HELP.......please.....
