Please help me with Adobe Digital Editions End of version support date for version 4.5.11

Adobe Digital editions does not recognise my PRS-650 e-reader. According to the website the reader is compatible with ADE. Why is this?

I highlighted some text in Adobe Digital Editions and it is not giving me the option to remove that highlighting.  Any other program would allow me to just highlight it again, which would normally remove the highlighting.  But the stupid program just made the highlighting (that I didn't want) darker.  I went to hit "undo" and the button is greyed out.  This is an unbelievably incompetent product.  And of course, Adobe doesn't offer tech support, and this question has been asked by others with absolutely no answer.

Acsm normally downloaded and opened on my Ipad. The ebook appears in ADE, but when I open it :  very few readable pages, mostly text barely visible, erased, or white pages.Unreadable ebook !I reinstalled ADE. No changesAny solutions ? 

I have a problem with my AdobeID. When I created it 6-8 years ago I used one password. The combination of the AdobeID and password resulted in one UUID. This is the combination I use with my old eReader.4 years ago I changed my password and the combination of the NEW password and my AdobeID resulted in a new UUID.I have had no problems adding DRM protected books to my old eReader, which is using the old combination of AdobeID and password to this day. My AdobeID has never been changed. The problem now is that I got a new eReader and want to move my ebooks from the old device to the new device. One the new device I offcource can't use the old combination of AdobeID and password.This mean that I can't move my ebooks because the UUID does not match. And I can't change my password back because it is has been used before. So how do I get my ebooks moved?

Dear all,I have recently purchased a book from google books. I can have access to the EPUB, however, I cannot download the book in PDF format which is more convenient for me to read. I can't open all my books on one (my new) PC. Sharad Vatsa (ADOBE) said this shouldn't happen and asked for captures of authorization pages but I don't know how to send the privately... the form doesn't take attachments. What do I do?

I was trying to download Adobe Digital Editions, but I get an error 404 from the page where it is supposed to be (http://www.adobe.com/solutions/ebook/digital-editions.html ). Can I download it from somewhere else?

I'm using Bookari and Google Plays Books.They use Adobe Digital Editions as a DRM service.And now both of my Adobe Digital Editions IDs (one is self adobe id, and one is from Bookari which is an e-book reader app) cannot log in to authorize any new device.It tells "Your account has exceeded the maximum number of activations allowed."Please help me to reset it.

Tenho cerca de 40 livros no Adobe Digital Editions em meu notebook 1. Instalei o aplicativo no notebook 2 que uso para trabalho, pois preciso consultar alguns destes livros e não tenho tido sucesso com a sincronização. Os livros não aparecem na biblioteca do notebook 2, apesar de ambos os notebooks estarem autorizados. Também não adianta fazer upload à partir dos livros em PDF pois eles desaparecem do app instalado no notebook 2. Podem me ajudar?

I'm providing a screen shot to demonstrate precisely what I look at when I use Adobe Digital Editions, the window here maximized, and the text impossible to read.If I re-size the ADE window to an arbitrarily correct dimension--for example 1151x716--the text is clear.It is like this for every file.  (As though it were reading images rather than text.)Any other experiences of this nature?  Any Solutions?  Or should I switch to another reader?

Since my recent Windows 10 crash and reboot, ADE won't load my (large) library of Epub books or read any new ones. I've tried trashing and reinstalling the program; no dice. As of right now, ADE is 100% useless.

I have a newer Mac with M1 chip and OS 13 Ventura. I want to install Digital Editions to on my Mac to download books from my local library to transfer to my Nook eReader. Will newest version of ADE install and work on my Mac?

I want to change the standart directory "C:\Users\...\Documents\My Digital Editions" for the library to a custom one. Is it possible?

Adobe digital editions on my PC won't download epub versions from the new library site called Libby.  The files come in to the folder with .acsm extension.  Not sure how to resolve this issue.

Hello, I'm new to this forum. Would appreciate help to fix the following:I need to install Adobe Digital Editions onto to my Samsung sm t510 tablet so I can read my new e-book.But after downloading Adobe Digital Editions, the only installation option I am given is my old samsung GT 19195 mobile i don't use and which never had ADB on it and is switched off. Certainly the Samsung sm t510 tablet does appear in the choose device list but it is shadowed and pale and so I cannot select it. How do I change the install default to my Samsung sm t510 tablet? He hecho todos los pasos de la instalación de Adober digital editions, versión 4.0, tengo la autorización, conecto el kindle al PC, luego abro el A.D.E.pero mi kindle no aparece en el lado izquierdo de la pantalla para poder transferir el archivo. Alguien me puede ayudar? Gracias

Hi,  I've paid for a bunch of textbooks. The third party cites - like Cambridge publishing etc - tell me to download Adobe Digital Editions. When I try open the ePub files or whatever format the books are in, Digital Editions comes up with the error message 'Unable to Download. Error Getting Licence. License Server Communication Problem'  I tried calling customer support. A useless man forwarded me to someone in a photography department who didn't know anything about Digital Editions. I tried the chatbox, and the human assistant said Digital Editions wasn't their forte. Adobe sucks.  When I've googled, it says to authorise myself. Seemingly, there is an old email associated with my Digital Editions. I can't 'unauthorise' it, because I don't know my Vendor ID, whatever that is.  I just need to be able to read the textbooks I've paid for.     

Hi! I would like to change the authorised device linked with my account regarding Adobe Digital Editions.It says that I cannot log in and I have recently bought a different laptop on which I would like to use it.

Everytime I import a book to ADE a pop up window says: Fulfilling ... *book title* (downloading content) but Digital Editions window won't finish nor close. Only way is to force quit ADE. - The book is then in my ADE folder, and I have to lauch ADE again to start next procedure... you're program sucks. Can you fix it asap pls?

Hallo ,Hoe / waar kan ik zien welke computers/ apparaten verbonden zijn met mijn Adobe ID . Ik krijg de melding dat mijn maximum aantal apparaten ( 6 ) bereikt zijn. Ik gebruik enkel mijn pc ( Mac ) met het programma Adobe digital editions 4.5 en een E reader ( voor het offline lezen van mijn geleende ( via de bib ) E books.
