Digital Editions

Hi, I have always used ADE with library books on my Kobo e-reader. Since this year I can't see the books on the kobo anymore. In ADE everything seems to work fine, transfer is succesful without errors. I can see via the laptop that the books are in fact on the device but when I safely disconnect the books are not visible on the e-reader. I tried it with other e-readers and all have the same problem so the issue is not in the kobo. Does anyone know a solution?

I have some problems with my new Kobo reader. Several public librairies suggest to remove the latest version and install version 3.0. Where can I find the 3.0 release. I have looked everywhere and I am always redirected to the latest version.

My kobo aura is giving me this message whenever I install a e-book from public library using adobe digital editons:This book is protected by Adobe Digital Rights Management (DRM). Because you previously deauthorized your eReader, you need to re-import the book using Adobe Digital Editions (ADE). Please visit kobo.com/help for more information.I had tried reimporting the ebook, go to the Kobo website, deauthorize both the computer and ereader, factory data reset my Kobo and redownloading the Adobe digital editions but none of them helps my problem.

I keep getting this message when I try to transfer a book from ADE to my Sony PRS-350 ereader. This is an Overdrive book from the library and should have the relevant DRM on it.- Both my ereader and computer are authorised with the same Adobe ID- I have tried deuthorising and reauthorising both- I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Digital Editions- When I plug my ereader into the computer and try to view my book on screen it gives me the error message 'No record for this loan is found on this machine'- I have also tried deleting the Adobe Digital Editions file in my ereaderNothing has worked at all.Is there a known issue with ADE?Thank you.

I tried to install Adobe Digital Editions on my Lenovo M10 Tablet which runs Android 11, but when I looked for Adobe Digital Editions on Play Store it shows that the item isn't available. How can I install the app? Thanks!

I need to read books for school from proquest ebook central. I have downloaded digital editions on all my apple devices. the books open fine on my laptop. when i try on my ipad pro, i just get the following text in the middle of the page "1125244 7 ACSM files 2KB".  please help

Hello I am trying to read downloaded .acsm file which was a e book from the e library. I downloaded the Adobe Digital Edition too. I am trying to authorize my PC  but it keeps n giving me error message. Please help me. Thank you.

Not able to download the app either on tablet or cell phone. Message on Google Plays says the app version is older than Android version installed. Is there a way to fix it?

I cannot see the cover when I convert a word file in epub.Is it true that the images in ADE have to be of a particular size (not too heavy)?  And what is the limit? Thank you.

Help please - I have tried everything I can. ADE just stopped working for me. I cannot return library books or transfer them - I get "cannot connect to fulfillment server on ADE" message. I have tried uninstalling and reinstaling several times. Doesn't help. Programme running incredibly slowly. I cannot deauthorise my computer in an attempt to completely start again - tells me its not connected to the internet when I try! My internet is working fine - so that's not the issue. ADE just incredibly slow and not commuminating with internet somehow? Any suggestions please? In idiot speak - I am not computer literate (just disconnected from my Public Library.....)

Je viens de changer le disque dur de mon PC et je reçois toujours le message : CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED.J'ai fait ce que tout le monde recommande. J'ai enlevé l'autorisation de mon PC puis je l'ai réinstallée. Un autre messsge : ''Vous pouvez accorder une autorisation à cet ordinateur à condition de ne pas utiliser un ID Adobe déjà alloué à un autre ordinateur ou périphérique mobile. Veuillez réessayer.''Je tourne en rond. S'il vous plaît, aidez-moi...

I notice that this error was resolved for a Windows PC but I am having the same issue with my Mac.I am trying to Erase Authorization because I am getting an errror message:"Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:E_ACT_NOT_READY" when I try to access books from Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.1. I am using a new Macbook running OS El Capitan 10.11.5. I didn't have problems using Adobe Digital Editions with my previous Macbook.I can open the Erase Authorization window and enter my Adobe ID and password but when I press the Erase Authorization key, it says "Unable to erase authorization. Please try after some time." I have tried over several hours without success.

I just was curious why this program is lacking in basic functionality, zooming in and panning around is just a nightmare, even just turning the pages sometimes can be painful. I'd just like to know what the issue is, like how can Adobe release a product like this under their brand?

I just bought an e-book, but everytime i open the book in Adobe Digital Edition, the program crashes, so i can not read my book. I have reinstalled the program, removed the book and put it in the library again. Still i can not read it. What do i do?

Instalo ADE en mi ordenador en Windows 11y se abre una ventana en blanco. Imposible hacer nada. Si intento cualquier abrir cualquier menú (es lo único que se ve), el programa se cierra automáticamente.Po favor, necesito instalar ADE porque tengo libros con DRM y no puedo abrirlos. Paga para nada.

A day ago, everything was fine with the program, but then the E_STREAM_ERROR error began to appear, is anyone familiar with this error and how did you cope with it?

El programa no funciona bien, cuando abro el libro e intento subrayar se cierra siempre. Admás muchas veces no me guarda la última página en la que me quedé. He probado a darle a solucionar problemas y nada. También lo he desinstalado y vuelto a instalar y sigue con los mismos fallos, y tengo la última versión que aparece en la web. ¿Me pueden ayudar? 

i have dowloaded adobe digital editions on my pc but cant authorize it so i can transfer the book i bought to my sony prs 505..i keep trying to put my email address in and authorize it but it wont recognise my email address ? i cant download any books till i get an adobe id and authorize my pc...how do i do this ? I am having issues downloading ebooks from a public library using ADE.  I keep getting an error code saying my computer is unauthorised, although it is authorised, as confirmed under the Help Menu on the ADE 4.5 I have installed. The library say this is a recognised issue and advised me to deauthorise my computer on ADE and then reauthorise again. I was unable to do this as I no longer have the password I originally authorised the computer with. As advised by Adobe Help, I went to my Adobe account, changed my password, and then tried to deauthorise using the new password. This also failed. Can anyone help me with how else I can deauthorise? I'm using a MacAir running Monterey 12.3.1. Thanks.

no puedo leer libros prestados de la biblioteca de Andalucia.Ya he desistalado autorizado desautorizado....etc ,la portada del libro descargado es negra y el mensaje es : tu ereader no esta autorizado para abrir este libro.Como has desautorizado tu ereader previamente deberas volver a importarlo usando Adobe , pero es que ya lo he hecho

Hello. I face an annoying problem with the programme. Each time I try to download an encrypted ebook file I face the error: Unable to Download: E_ADEPT_NO_TOKEN. I tried downloading different file, I deauthorised my computer and reauthorised it, and I reinstalled the the latest version of the programme but the same problem occurs.

wann wird Ereader Onyx Boox note air 2 plus in ADE integriert. Danke
