Digital Editions

Hi all!I'm now finding that I can't load any books on my Nook Color without getting the ''Loan Token Not Found'' error msg.  Without checking here first, thinking I could ''fix'' it on my own, I've wasted several hours and tried every remedy that I know to do.  Including de-authorizing, uninstalling, deleting, etc...  Nothing is working at this point.  I've even deleted all of the old books on my Nook and have re-registered it.  PLEASE, if someone could help me.  I've seen so many ''fixes'' on here, but I feel like I've tried each one - or atleast most of them.  I also feel like I really just need to start totally over from scratch, but I've messed around so much that I don't know where to begin.  Please, PLEASE someone advise me as to what I should do now!!  I'm an avid reader and am so very frustrated now. 😞 Many, many thanks!!!

Hi, I looked on this forum and nothing has worked for me. My windows 11 laptop will not complete the installation of ADE 4.5.11. I don't know what to do. 

Hello,it's some days now that ADE doesn't open a window, although the icon seems to be active, with ALT + TAB I see a small preview and everything seems normal. But I can't see the screen and can't read a book. I use Windows 10, and I deinstalled ADE 4 and installed ADE 4.5, but the problem isn't fixed. Please help.

Hello, trying to open some estimating books. Subcription is up to date and all drivers programs are up to date. Was able to open these last fall.  Now, they do not open. Help! 🙂 C

Just downloaded version 4.5.6, and am seeing the same application crash as I've seen in the past with 4.5.5.When downloading a borrowed library book, the download never seems to complete. The pop-up window remains on the screen until I kill it by closing the application.Then, the file/book appears in the Digital Editions application Bookshelf, but attempting to open the book causes the application to hang, until I kill it by closing the application.I'm on Windows 10 Home.

Bonjour,Je m'en remets à vous car je n'ai trouvé aucune solution pour cela. Suite à un changement d'ordinateur, les livres numériques ne me sont plus autorisés pour la lecture, malgré que les précédentes soien effacées En effet, pour pouvoir à nouveau avoir accès, il m'est nécessaire de les autoriser suivant le compte utilisateur utilisé. Cependant, je me rappelle plus de celui qui a été utilisé, d'ailleurs lors de la vérification il était indiqué les éléments suivants : "Unknown | Adobe ID urn : id...." Est-il possible de retrouver l'adobe ID via l'urn ou bien mes livres sont perdues et ceux-ci devront être rachetés avec mon compte actuel?  En attendant, les messages suivant s'affichent constamment lors de l'ajout d'un livre à la bibliothèque :  Je vous remercie d'avance et vous souhaite une excellente journée.

Una aplicación dejada de la mano De Dios por Adobe. No consigo ver los libros ni en el pc w10 ni en el portátil w11. Desintalado, reinstalado, desautorizado, autorizado...Nada, en blanco la biblioteca y crash al rato. ¡Una solución por favor!

All my ebooks have vanished, where have they gone???

When I try to download ADE from Adobe's website my MacBook tells me it's not allowed because I haven't downloaded from AppStore. When I go to Appstore ADE is only possible to download to iPhone and iPad. So what shall I do to be able to download ADE to MacBook?

Hola buenas tardes soy autor de un libro y quiero subirlo Adobe Digital Editions entonces quiero q ese libro no se pueda compiar descargar y nada de eso solo que lo tengan atravez de un codigo para q lo puedan ver, tengo q comprar una licencia de autor de libro o como le puedo hacer

Tengo un e-reader nuevo marca Noblex, modelo ER6A02. Pude instalar el Digital Editions en la computadora y agregar mis libros pero cuando conecto el e-reader con el USB el programa no lo reconoce y por lo tanto no lo he podido autorizar para pasarle los EPUB que tienen DRM. Alguien sabe como solucionarlo?

I'm trying to copy text from an ebook -- which is in pdf form. Control + C won't work. And when I right click on the text, the option to copy is disabled. What do I do?

"Digital Editions could not connect to the fulfillment server. Please make sure you are connected to the internet." The support agent said I need to repeat the problem here to get any help?

Help. My Adobe Digital Editions has suddenly started acting weird.  I can no longer download epub books from my online library (eReolen). I just get the error message box -  "Connection Error Detected Digital Editions could not connect to the fulfillment server. Please make sure you are connected to the internet." But I am connected to the internet! I was using version 3.0 but tried updating to 4.5. No help. I uninstalled all versions then re-installed v 4.5. Same. I then re-installed v3.0. Still no joy. Also most of my books and all my pdfs no longer appear in the app (even though they are still in the folder). What's happened??I am on a Mac OS 10.9, using the lastest Firefox browser. It's been working fine up to now. Any ideas? Thanks! Caleb 

I have installed Adobe Digital Editions (ADE) and I cannot authorized it.

I seem to be in a loop on the website -- I was trying to get this to work with my new ereader and I messed things up during the process of working on firmware updates.  I realize i need to reset my authorizations, and should contact support -- but I simply can't get to any spot on the Adobe website where that's possible. Here is the error:E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS http://adeactivate.adobe.com/adept/Activate 8:10000:10000 urn:uuid:5c96d000-b17f-4f1e-8c5b-a1b9d53187c8 Hopefully someone can help me... I can see where to "erase authorization" on my laptop, but I assume that only removes that particular authorization (to the ADE desktop app, not to all my authorized devices.) Many thanks.

Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.11 on Mac OS 10.14.6 fails to open a purchased .acsm file but other purchased books open fine. Vendor trouble shooting instructions and similar on Adobe help site indicate that erase authorization and re-authorize may solve the problem.I am logged into Adobe with Adobe ID but ADE refuses the password when entered for erase authorization.What is the method to reset the ADE password?I recently changed my Adobe ID password during this trouble shooting event but that did not remedy the ADE problem.

OMG what happened to ADE4.5?!  I can install, but it won't come up with any bookshelves, it won't recognize any of my .ascm files so I have to manually open them in there and I can't transfer a book from my non-existent bookshelf to my Nook.

I can't download books using Digital Editions.  I get connection error.  can not connect to the fulfillment server, it used to work and now it doesn't. So I installed on a separate laptop (same O.S. windows 7) connecting to my hub through wifi.  Digital Editions 3.0 same problem.  Authorize computer check without I.D. "Connection Error - Digital editions could not connect to the activation server. Please make sure you are connected to the internet"  would not work for the life of me.  Grabbed the info from the initial laptop of my Adobe I.D. and tried Authorizing computer still get the same error. Tried again many times no luck.  uninstalled 3.0 and installed 4.5.11 same problem. I used Firefox and it worked before (although that should have no bearing on how it connects)I tried my initial laptop a few tries and it did go to an authorize page but it seemd like it was frozen doing nothing like it was just sitting there spinning it's wheels.&n

How can I change the font STYLE for Adobe Digital Edition 4.5 ? My eyes cannot see thin style type letters.  I needbold face type to read.
