Can I duplicate the scene (current view)?To run rendering  - for example - 10 different packaging in exact same position as the first one, as the one set in one AD document? Please advise.Thank you 🙂

Hello,I've been searching for a while now for how to put a logo on an object created in Vectorwrks, exported in FBX format and imported in Adobe dimension. When I try to put any image on one of the sides, it only appears in the menu on the right. When I try to play with the size, it is either too big or it is not visible. It's as if the image (which is small in size) doesn't fit in the modification frame.Does anyone have an answer to my problem? That would be great! 🙂

Is it possible that this program could potentially support vehicle wrap design?Take vehicle model, design within the program, export the design as a flat mesh surface (say, per panel of the vehicle such as door, front quarter panel, hood, etc) and print flat vinyl that can be wrapped/installed in the real world?

Hi all, I imported in Dimensiona model purchased from Adobe Stock but the curves are segmented and not smooth. The image in Adobe Stock does not have this problem. Can anyone help me?

Hallo zusammen,Ich bin am verzweifeln und hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen.Bei einer erstellten 3D Zeichnung mit sketchup habe ich freigestellte Fotos mit transparenten Hintergrund als psd Datei eingefügt. Nachdem ich die Zeichnung als OBJ-Datei exportiere um es dann in Adobe Dimension zu importieren, um einen Hintergrund einzufügen und es Rendern zu können. Jetzt zeigt es bei den Bildern nicht den transparenten Hintergrund an, sondern weiße Flächen.Wie kann ich den transparenten Hintergrund mit Übernehmen?Grüße Karsten Winkler 

adobe dimension can't create a new doc nor open an old one

Hello, I was working on a certain Dimension file, saved it, and then closed Dimension; and now when I try to open that file, I get a lot of waiting and then a blank screen, no visualisation even though the scene, actions, and properties panels work and have opened the project.Could anyone tell me what's wrong with the file? Hello, recently I see that Dimension does not generate UVs correctly compared to Stager. For the same object created from scratch with both programs (a 50x185x50mm block), Dimension generates the UV wrong while Stager does it perfectly. Once the UV has been worked on in Photoshop, when generating in PNG Dimension, it is not capable of adjusting it to the block, and yet that same PNG Stager adjusts it perfectly. Two months ago this did not happen and Dimension generated them well, I can assure you. I work with simple objects simulating packaging.Why is this happening?... I don't want to think that they are making Dimension stop working properly.

Hi. I recently wanted to create an obj file in Photoshop only to find out that Photoshop no long supports 3D objects. What can I use to create obj or 3d models to import into Dimensions? Thx in advance.

When I import a 3D object created with Illustrator into Dimension, add a simple color to it, it appears to have a folded paper look (i.e., the material is not seamless). The object is seamless when I export it from Illustrator. How do I address this? Thank you.

Can anyone tell me the proper way to import a Adobe Dimension obj model with color (materials) and textures into Cinema 4d r21 and have it render out of C4D using the Dimension assigned materials. I can create a material in C4D, apply to my Dimension obj import, it appears in the editor window and renders perfectly.  Many thanks BTW the purpose bring the Dimension obj into C4D is to create animation that orbits around the Dimension OBJ...thanks

Hey everyone. I'm new to the dimension software and have been trying out a few ideas. I've done one render before with no problems, but suddenly with this project I have some white spaces being left in the final export.I can't find someone with the same problem online and was wondering if anyone here could help.Cheers.Fyi, there's meant to be a sphere object in the white space in the centre.

I hope everyone is having a good day. After I import an OBJ, sometimes when it imports, insted of one segment it will come in as mutiple layered segments, in a folder. When I apply a texture and set the repeat at 5. One of the segments will look like a 1 repeat another is a 5 repeat and some look to be 10-20. If I change one segment all the others change as well. If set it at 10, the previous one that looked like a 10 before is now a 20 and the single is now a 5. Ungroup them, they are still linked. How do you break that link.Thanks! 

adobe dimension suddenly stopped working on my computer.adobe support told me to open another user on the computer and test on that. it worked on the new user...any idea what the problem could be and if yes how to solve it??

Every time I open Dimension, I immediately lose several GB. When I close the app, I never get that space back. Yet when I try disc cleanup, it also doesn't return the space. There is no folder I can find that holds Dimension cache and no topic I can find that mentions it. How do I get this space back?

I've just installed Dimension but upon opening the programme I have these white lines all over the UI, making it impossible to use - can anyone offer a solution? Thanks in advance

Hi. When I use the Orbit tool I am only able to rotate on the x-axis so I am unable to look around the object. I'm sure it's a setting but can't find any information anywhere to help.

Can anyone tell me if Adobe Dimension is capable of LATHING objects? If so, how? Also, is it possible to model hollow objects such as a ping pong (table tennis) ball, a box or a shadow box type of object? If so, how?

Just installed Dimension on my Win10 64-bit (i5-3570, 16GB RAM Nvidia 750Ti)The user interface is extremely blurry (Like low res video) When I hover my mouse, some area get sharper, but no consistently.
