Hi, I bought LR6 almost three years ago and didn't use it much (I've a receipt and key in my inbox). Is there any possible way that I can use this software considering the fact that Adobe has removed the dobwload optiuon from its website (I originally used this option to acquire the software). Surely the fact that I paid for the software would me some kind of legal standing.   Thanks in advance guys.   Kev.

While I have made changes on the Adobe CC DTA to make my external drive as target destination for CC Library, I still find about 42 GB of space being consumed by Adobe CC Library on my mac primary drive. The path is ~/library/application support/adobe/creative cloud library. Can I move this library to my external drive and change the default library pathway to external drive to be used with Adobe applications precisely PS, AI etc. Thank you

I can’t find a button on the Russian site where I could try to use a trial weekly free version of adobe premier pro, I only see the buy buttons, but at the same time I tried to link my Russian card to avoid the problem, it didn’t work out due to sanctions in Russia, can I take advantage of premier pro download with 7 days free trial?

Is there any other way i would be able to download the creative cloud desktop apps? I am currently in school for Graphic Design and am unable to proceed with my lessons until i have downloaded the creative cloud desktop app, and all i have right now is a Acer Chromebook 15. Just recently have been experiencing this, really inconvenient and every post I have looked at on the adobe forums has not worked. I have tried what I believe everything possible but nothing has fixed it. I have tried: uninstall/reinstall, used CC cleaner to clear adobe files, deleted all my adobe programs installed, followed this post that i followed, and deleted all adobe files inside C/drive. Nothing I have tried has done anything, all the forum posts do not solve my problem. I have been troubleshooting for almost 6 hours now and everything I have done doesnt do anything. Please help for the love of god

Hallo zusammen,leider hat ein Plattenfehler auf meinem Rechner dazu geführt, dass ich eine komplette Neuinstallation durchführen musste. Dies bedingt auch eine Neuinstallation von Photoshop CS 6.Beim Installieren bekomme ich die Nachricht: Der Dateiarchiv-Teil von Adobe Photoshop CS 6 fehlt.  Um Adobe Photoshop CS 6 extrahieren zukönnen, müssen alle Teile im selben Ordner vorhanden sein. Laden sie alle Teile herunter. Was ist das Problem und wie kann ichg es umgehen/beheben.Vielen Dank und GrußJürgen

After several tests, and accroding to the Activity Monitor,  it seems that the Creative CLoud Helper app is preventing my screensaver from launching on the STudio Mac running Monterery. If I terminate the app in the activity montior, the screenaver activates after the approriate time.  I am not exactly sure what the helper app is and if I can delete–or if this is an known issue (can't find anything about it) I am assuming gthe app is what sits up in teh menu and allows me to open CC on the desktop tpo do updates etc. ANy suggestions for fixing this welcome... Thanks

I have 5 CS6 licences - 2 premium and 3 standard and only use one of them - I used to have a graphic design business - some of my old machines are in storage and were wiped clean (I think after deactivating Adobe Creative Suite) and some failed whilst acivated - so I am unsure which serial numbers are in use.I saw that Adobe recently switched off their activation servers for CS3 and prior and since some of my licences are upgrade versions I was concerned that I might lose the ability to install CS6 and also that in time Adobe will switch off activation servers for CS4/5/5.5/6.So I got one of my old macs (which had no apps on it and was running Sierra) and tried to install CS6 design standard.As soon as I put in a serial number and continued it said "please connct to the internet and retry" - I was connected to the internet but it wouldn't let me go any further - so I chose the connect later option which allowed me to install a trial version and I was then able to supply my serial numbe

I am in process moving the applications to a new PC. When I was ready to move the licenses, I found out that my granddoughter, which got the old PC, uninstalled both applications! What can I do now? I must say that Adobe's help is pretty well nonexistent. Does anybody know how I, as a private person, can get in touch with an actual Adobe tech support?PLEASE, HEEEEEEELP!!!

I purchased a 12.9-inch iPad in the hope that I could work on it with my Adobe license (Photoshop and Illustrator mainly). I entered the iPad with the Creative Cloud subscription and there are no downloadable features! . If I subscribe to the cloud, how can I use the iPad in my subscription? They are only installed on one computer now.

I recently updated to Monterey, and Photoshop has stopped working.  I understand I need to update Photoshop, but when I go to my Creative Cloud updates pane, it says Photoshop is up to date with no other updates available.  Does anyone know where I can go to update Photoshop?   [Moderator note: Renamed and branched from an unrelated topic in an unrelated forum.]

Illustrator and InDesign CS4 cause the computer to freeze randomly.    Why would that be?Maybe these older versions of Adobe are not set up for windows 11?  Is there anyway to fix this or am I resolved to buy new versions of  Adobe products.   Did Adobe do this on purpose to force us to buy new software and increase their income?

Im getting to transfer my photoshop elements 14 from my old laptop to my new laptop.   I got an error message that says PX engine unknown.  This app can't run because it causes security or performance issues on windows. A new version may be available  Is there a way to fix this? I can't afford a monthly fee to pay it again
