Hello, we own a perpetual license of Acrobat XI Pro (serial number license, not a subscription).We run it in a Windows VM (Parallels) and are still happy with it.After reinstalling, activation fails with the message that the serial number has been activated too many times and that we should sign in to the associated account to deactivate old devices.The problem: the license was registered years ago under our former company with an e-mail address on a domain that has since been given up. The domain no longer exists, so we cannot sign in to that Adobe account or reset its password.Registering the serial number in our current Adobe account fails as well (already registered). The support chat bot refuses to connect us to an agent because this account has no active subscription.Could an Adobe staff member please reset the activations for this serial number, or tell us how to reach a human agent for a perpetual-license activation issue?We can provide the serial number and proof of purchase v

Hi,The Creative Cloud Desktop give me error 190 and can not update version … for all other product (Photoshop and Lightroom) no problem, only Creative Cloud Desktop can’t be update and after connexion, I receive pop up back to windows with error 190 and resubmit, but same result I have Windows 10 22H2 with all updates, Google Chrome last update all are official version It’s my 1st error with Adobe products. I need version 28.x for windows 11 and its not available in the cloud. because a critical Cutting Master Pro Plus plugin used with my Graphtec Cutter is not compatible with my current Illustrator workflow. Illustrator 2024 is no longer visible under Other Versions in Creative Cloud. Please provide the official installer or escalate this request to the download and installation team. Please Help!

Hello,I own a legitimate boxed copy of Adobe Creative Suite 3 Master Collection for Mac, including the original serial number.After Adobe retired the CS3 activation servers, Adobe provided an activation-free replacement installer together with a new replacement serial number. I have been able to obtain the official Japanese Mac replacement installer from Adobe’s server, but I never went through the serial-number replacement process at the time, so I do not have the replacement serial.The original retail serial does not appear to be sufficient for this activation-free replacement version.I have read several other threads about this issue, so I realize that the situation may be very difficult now. I legally own a perpetual Adobe Creative Suite 6 Master Collection license.The Adobe activation server reports that my serial number is already activatedon two computers. In reality, I currently have access to only one activatedcomputer. I installed photoshop Elements 10 on my Windows  11 and the icon isn’t on my screen and when I tried to find it , it only showed me what was available on the internet. I’ve installed it 2 times now without any results. thanks

I have used Adobe products since Illustrator 88. Since then, each successive release of the top 3: Photoshop, Illustrator, and later on, InDesign has become more bloated, buggy, slow and frustrating to use than the previous version. Unfortunately Adobe is the de facto standard for creative professionals and we are at their mercy. Note I am currently using current CC applications in my workflow on a brand-spanking-new hyper-fast Mac tower.Take Illustrator, for instance. I've lost count of the times I see a spinning beachball and have to wait for a few seconds just to select and move a square. With NO OTHER SHAPES in a document. A square. Seriously Adobe? Illustrator also takes an inordinate amount of time to save a file to disk that's only a few hundred K in size. I'd expect a 1.5 GB file to take a few moments, but a few hundred K? I own a legitimate perpetual Adobe Acrobat XI Pro licence.I am moving the licence to a replacement computer because one of the previously activated computers is no longer available.Acrobat XI’s built-in offline activation process still works. Adobe’s official offline activation website recognises my serial number, but returns:“Activation limit reached for Acrobat XI Pro. This Serial Number has already been activated on 2 machines. Please deactivate one of the other computers and try again.”I cannot deactivate one of those old machines because I no longer have access to it. Hi,I just finished building a new pc, and I want to use my CS6 Production Premium on it.But, after installing CS6 Production premium, it tells me that the serial number X is already in ue by the maximum of 2 computers.You need to deactivate another computer within 30 days to use this product.I do not have access to those computers that are currently using my serial number, so I need help with remotely deactivating those computers using the serial number.And i was told that asking in here was the way to do it. :).

Under Plans & Payment there are no activated devices, I guess because it’s not a Creative Cloud license.  Support chat is no help and there doesn’t seem to be anywhere to email.

Help: the "Uninstall" function for Photoshop 2025 AND Photoshop 2026 are not working. If I update the App  leaves behind a folder of the older version (taking up alot of space!). What should I do? I do not want to loose my preference/settings etc and I am afraid this would happen if I simply trash them?Thank you.

I've just received an email from Adobe (storemanager@adobe.com) that my subscription is almost ending and that I need  to update my creditcard data to continue my membership, but I've never received this before. I presume that is a phishing mail? I've attached a partly screen shot in Dutch. Thanks in advance.
