Hello all.I have to post my annoyance with Adobe's approach to Creative Cloud updates and would be happy to hear about your experiences. I think Adobe is making life unnecessarily difficult for users in this point. Not only that almost every 1st to 2nd week updates are made, but to make matters worse, there are several other points that make it difficult for a user to work:1. Constant updates to icons and their text, why do I have to do this? I have the Adobe applications collected in a folder on the desktop, which I have to replace regularly because it can no longer find the old icons.2. Constant renewal of functions, removing useful functions such as the camera to take a high resolution picture.3. Again and again the plugin management was changed, so that certain plugins no longer work.4. In irregular intervals certain settings, if they were not standard settings, are gone, although their preservation was selected during the update.5. Working offline is hardly possible in the me

Hello,I needed to transfer CS6 master suite from a computer (dead) to another one. I cannot see any device activated in my adobe account.Therefore I cannot deactivate/activate anything while the purchase product is visible as its serial.And when I try to activate it on the destination computer, I am, of course, informed that I have a trial period. Is there a way to solve that? Thank you in advance for your answer and help.

Hi everyone,Today I'd like to share with you a good news that I am able to reinstall my LR6 in my windows 10 Home as it was before after replacing my computer hard drive and restored my windows 10. Since there are too may questions about Adobe stopped to support all the old photoshop platforms from dowpoaded to the disc purchased! Then I have the problem installing my Photoshop elements 2019 because "Adobe Installer update requested", then I chat with an assistance, he is able to help me to get through this issue fast! I am now happy with my old LR6 and Elements 2019 as well! Thank you for Adobe Support Chatting System!

I am very disappointed about the malfunction of Adobe Creative Cloud payment information editing. I have tried to update the expire year of my Visa card in Internet Explorer, Firefox and Google Chrome on two computers with the same error message every time. I even spent half an hour in a support chat when I was sent to the secure payment portal where the information seemed to be updated.However, one week later I once more got an e-mail message that my credit card soon expires and when I check the payment info the expire year has not been updated yet. I also tried with a Mastercard but I got the same error message. I have used those cards at numerous other sites without any problem, so I do not understand why it is so difficult with Adobe.It seems to be impossible to update the expire year in the payment info. What to do?

the support link on the website is recursive, you ask for more support and it folds back on itself, linking you to the same place, never providing a link to adobe support.

I cannot download the trial of lightroom 4 on new comutor. Error 1719 Windows installer service cannot be accessed. Any suggestions?

I am running the Photography Suite on a Mac, and when I start LRC I get a message that I need to update Lightroom. However, Creative Cloud says all my apps are up to date, so I can't do it that way. If I try to update either Lightroom or LRC via the "help" menu item, it tells me that updates have been disabled for my machine, and I should see my system administrator (me). I figured that a good start would be for me to find out what, in fact, the latest versions of my apps were, so I could see if I really did need updates, but danged if I can find that information! If it helps, LRC says it's version 9.4 and Lightroom says it's version 3.4.

All I want to do is to redownload PhotoShop 2022 rev. 23. I think that there's a file corruption of the existing software on my PC. It seems I can't just go to the PhotoShop download center and redownload the software. Why is a simply task like this so seemingly hard? Am I missing something? Jim

Just purchased Elements 2022 (Premier and PS) after installing MacOS Monterey. Neither will install due to failed network connection. Tried turning off firewall, etc... All other installs/updates and network connections appear to be in working order. Any suggestions?

At work we are still using the old CS 6 versions of Photoshop and InDesign.We have ordered a set of new M1-Macs, and thinking about buying the latest versions of Photoshop and Indesign. We will run on the case-sensetive versions of APFS, and the local seller told us that - the latest versions of - InDesign CC 2021 and Photoshop 2020 not will run on a case-sensetive file system. Is this correct ?We have some custom made inhouse software requireing case-sensetive file system, so we need to be carefull and do some preparation and research now before we buy and set up new machines.Back on track: Does the latest versions of the mentiones applications running on the case-sensetive versions of APFS and MacOS Big Sur ? Thank you

"Inside _GetOSDetails. Failed to find IsWow64Process2"This appears a myriad of times in the install log after I attempt an install. Trying to install looks like it's going well, int initial install works, but when the creative cloud window opens and the icon appears in the system tray the window is just blank and after about a minute the window and the system tray icon just disappear, no error message or prompt of any sort. I can't really find much on iswow64process2 other than it's basically to tell what bit verion your pc/os is. Please help!

I'm very upset to see that with the new updated Creative Cloud Desktop App, there's still no dark mode option available. It shouldn't be too hard to implement, but it's very important... I don't like being blinded, so dark mode is always the savior (well clearly it's not always). I hope that this can be implemented into your software sometime soon, there's no harm in doing it.

This is the first I've seen of any updates for quite a while so I am confused as to why there is more than one update for Photoshop:Should 22.5.2 be installed before installing 22.3?Thanks in advance. 

Can I buy out right an older version of photoshop instead of monthly fee

I have a license for Photoshop and Lightroom (monthly paid) installed on my Windows laptop.I consider buying an I Mac. Can I use the same license also for the I Mac, next to my Windows laptop? I read different answers on this question in this community. Thanks for your help! Marja

I have a Mac OS 10.15.7 and Adobe Creative cloud. Just upgraded and realise I must have old versions that I no longer need.
