Hello.There was a problem during the update of Photoshop, and now, Creative Cloud doesn't work anymore.I tried to uninstall Photoshop to install it after, but the uninstall doesn't work. Creative Cloud try to repare itself everytime and doesn't work. I don't know what to do.

It says please fix these problems below. However no clue how to fix them. Tried several times and no luck     Adobe Photoshop Elements 9.0.3 Update   There was an error downloading this update. So I downloaded and installed the program last night. Today i was following a tutorial and creating an image. I made the camera but can't add color to it.  It keeps saying error that step can't be done.  I need help please

Trying to install Adobe creative suite 5.5 on my new computer that has no disc drive but I keep getting the serial number already in use message. I have 2 old computers. 1 for sure had it installed and the other possibly but can't remember, rarely used it. 

Just like every recent year, I buy the upgrade version of Elements. The purchase is recorded correctly as expected in my account, with the download link and the license number. The download is for: PhotoshopElements_2021_LS30_win64.exe [downloader file name edited... Sorry] However, that installer re-installs 2020 !!! I have checked and tried again several times, no way to install version 2021.   It seems I can't use the 'chat' option to get help until Monday?   Additional info: The re-install also install an update I was not aware of : 18.0(20200120.m.139560)x64 and ACR pluging 11.3.0.197 (which has replaced the 11.4 version I had manually installed!)   I am using the installer in French, but as usual, I choose to install the English version.   As expected, the reinstall of 2020 did not require signing in.

What are the minimum specs for CC2017 to run? I have a Late 2009 MacMini Intel Core 2 Duo 2.26GHz sunning High Sierra... is it ok to work?

I found the file "acroNGLLog" in Library / Logs. It is more than 18GB big. Searching on the web, i found this document "https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/AdminGuide_Mac/troubleshoot.html"  stating, that it is part of the installer from Adobe (next generation licensing (2019) Can i delete it?  Why does it have to be so big?thank you for any tipps regarding log files and their respective sizes 

Hi, Today Creative Cloud suddenly stopped launching. The dialog that shows up says "Adobe Creative Cloud, needed to resolve the problem, is missing or damaged. You can try to repair to fix the issue. All you have to do is shut it down and there's an application error called crlogtransport.exe The application could not start properly (0xC0000142), click OK to close the application

I own Adobe Creative Cloud and have logged in, but it keeps saying I need to buy it or that my trial has expired.

Hello, I purchased CS6 back in 2013 and installed it via the CD ROM (I know how this sounds, lol). I recently updated my MacBook to the newest Mac software and now programs like Photoshop and Ilustrator will not open. When I click on them I get a message that says:    "The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of macOS. Contact the developer for more information."    I know Adobe has moved towards the "Creative Cloud" platform. Is there any hope for me? Do I need my old registration number to figure this out so I can still use CS6 on my Macbook?    Thanks!

I have LR6 on my Mac, and recently upgraded to Big Sur.  I decided to move my LR6 license to a Windows PC, but I need to free up my license on my Mac first.  On my Mac I started LR6 and clicked "Help" > "Sign Out" but nothing happens.  I've tried it many times, but it never signs out.  Consequently I am unable to "Sign In" on my Windows PC. Is there a workaround for the "Sign Out" problem on Big Sur?

I am currently using Lightroom 6 on my desktop PC.   I received the subscription service for a gift and I cannot download Lightroom-nothing happens it just says it is downloading.   Do I need to uninstall the LR on my computer first?

Even if I have asked to download CC in English, it is still showing in French. I cannot install the aps in English. What can I do??? Will I have to uninstall the downloaded files of CC to be sure it was previously downloaded in English,, and reinstall it again. I do not know how to check which language it is in the file. Please let me know of all the procedures to uninstall and reinstall. Thanks a lot for any help. 

I've just signed up to use Adobe softwares, after installing the creative cloud I couldn't go through with the installation of ANY softwares - error 303 -, and after rebooting the PC (I thought this would solve the problem) this pop up with Adobe IPC Broker keeps appearing at an annoying rate and clogging my task manager in a way that I can't keep up to delete anything. I am extremely disappointed in my purchase, is there anything I can do to solve this? I have Windows 10 Pro v. 20H2 Thanks in advance

Operating System Mac High Sierra 10.13.6. Old Mac Pro (Mid 2010). I can't install Illustrator from my Creative Cloud. Can I run the program on this machine anymore?The program was still running last week.

A few days ago I created a post called "Frequent requests to log in".Having managed to eventually get through to Planet Adobe and receive advice on how to overcome the need to frequently log into Photoshop, Bridge etc. As a mere 'Beginner' I thought I would be the good samaritan and share it with the Community.I now realise that the Planet Adobe advice was an absolute waste of space, so I decided to go back into the thread and apologise for uploading incorrect information.So off I rushed to my thread, only to find it is locked - WHY?Is it because I was critical of 'Adobe Planet beyond the stars and beyond communication' or did I perhaps upset some hierarchical person with the key to the lock?It would seem that the only way to avoid constant requests to log in, is to be eternally logged into Adobe Creative Cloud!

After contacting support several times, I am getting more and more hopeless with these softwares. Premiere Pro is the software I use the most, and it's a total mess. From constant random issues (freezing, lagging, crashing), to aversion with Panasonic files (keep in mind this is a high-end NLE, and Panasonic is one of the biggest video companies of the world) since ever. GH5 was launched in 2017. They still don't know how to handle its files. Now Creative Cloud simply has broken, out of nowhere, and I can't even reinstall it anymore (tried the Uninstall tool already). Seriously, Adobe? Hi there.  I am new to Adobe Portfolio where I am setting up some digital photography displays. I am having a hard time figuring out Collection configurations.In a given Collection I can set up Pages of images.  However, I would like to set up a Collection within a Page.(Ie.  In a Collection called Home, I have pages called Garden or House, and in those pages are photos.  I would like to set up a page called Misc by Year, whereby a click on this Page would launch me into a new collection broken down by year.)  So far I am only able to show Collections on the Navigation Bar, and I don't want to do this.  I want a page to launch into a new Collection, like folders within folders.Can anyone tell me how to do this?  I would be much obliged.

Hi. My MacPro has version 10.13. I am unable to uninstall Adobe.. What's my solution?

I currently have only 1 computer with the Adobe apps installed for use, and my account permits 3. However, Adobe has an error or bug because it's storing instances of the same computer. And ironically, the devices are identified identically with my computer name. It seems to happen when Windows 10 has been updated. It's annoying but doesn't seem to affect my use. Just thought I'd put it out there.

Apple iMac 10.9.5Two days of trying everything I could find on internet for fixing this problem with no success. Was doing Chat on Friday until connection was lost. Can't get on today.CC won't start. The icon shows in menu bar for a split second and then disappears. I believe I have tried every solution published in these discussions as well as anything else I could find online. I have now lost Photoshop as well, it has disappeared from my computer. Must have happened when going through all the file deletion processes. I'm in the middle of a big job and dead in the water, will probably miss my deadline. Have been trying to get a live chat for hours. What a mess and I can see I'm not alone. Wish I never went the Creative Cloud route.

Hello, I have just been trying to update illustrator via the creative cloud application which was failing.  So I (foolishly) uninstalled illustrator in the hope I could install the new version to open a new AI file I have received.  However now I cannot install it at all.  In creative cloud on the list of apps it just shows an exclamation make and Download Error - Learn More.   When learning more it say.... Exit Code: 125 -------------------------------------- Summary -------------------------------------- - 2 fatal error(s), 0 error(s), 0 warnings(s) FATAL: Fatal Error '125' occurred while download FATAL: Error occurred in install product workflow with error code 125 error message {https://cdn-ffc.oobesaas.adobe.com/core/v2/applications?name=ILST&version=25.2.3&platform=win64&build=25.2.3.259,P:-4,PS:404,G:-4} ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Help urgently required as work
