Download & Install

I read that there is a LR 6.14 but cannot find it. In case there is a question as to which version of LR I have, it is LR6. I own it; it is Lightroom 6.0; I own it and am looking for ver. 6.14 if it exists.

Im trying to download photoshop on to my computer but it only downloads till about 8% then fails each time.  Please help.

I have a CD for my CS6 and it is installed on one of my computers.  However on my new computer that has a Windows 10 platform it will recognize the disk but won't do anything when I select to install it. Why?Thanks for the help.

For the last 3 months, more and more problems with CC occur. Last weeks almost every day started like this - after turning on the computer, CC comes with a note - "the app is damaged, it needs to be reinstalled." This takes about 10 to 15 minutes of my working time. After that, the CC seems to be upgrading - another 5 to 10 minutes. After these operations are finished, I open any app (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign...whatever) and I got another error note: Your subscription status cannot be verified (I have to say, I'm not offline)...next in line is another note: "We're sorry, but there was an error in the product, we need to close it"There are also problems with Typekit synchronization (fonts do not sync). Please, can you do something about it?  These problems take too much of my working time.

I'm new to adobe portfolio. Watched videos on how to use it but they're all outdated. Need some assistance.

Since the release of OSX, Adobe has had a misunderstanding of what the Documents folder is. For twenty years they have been using it for a depository of empty folders and temporary files. They seem to not grasp that they are a guest on my computer. It's mine, not theirs. I want their junk files somewhere in the Library where those types of files and folders belong. They refuse to listen. They are like a guest to my house who takes a dump in my hall closet and refuses to listen to my cries about where my bathroom is. Twenty years! I just delete the folder all the time. I'm sure this screws up my settings and wipes out temp files I would probably like to keep. But there is nothing I can do about it. Impossible to d'install update photoshop 22.4 on macOS Big Sur. Error 403 ! I tryed to disconnect and reconnect my creative cloud account. Nothing change

Hi, my problem is that some Adobe Apps freeze at start. Premiere, After Effects and Media Encoder. When I click the icons of those 3 none of them starts. They show me the usual opening flyer with some program info and freeze right there.I use Windows 10, and i've been trying a lot of possible solutions but I can´t solve it. Thanks for reading!

I have had to replace my laptop driver and have lost my lightroom 5I have installed lightroom 4 as I purchased the product with a disc. I upgraded to lightroom 5 by purchasing the activation code only but now cannot download the product to use the activation code any advise please 

tried opening PS was told C drive is full said hold crtl alt to pick other drive, inserted external drive and still nothing. Any advice

when I want to install adobe fresco the icon shows not compatible, but from the information compatibility it works on this computer, and I've checked all required to install this app, but still not compatible

Every time I turn my computer on after turning it off the computer sends me an error message saying adobe creative cloud needs to be repaired and my programs don't run correctly until I do this. Its not something I can do myself, I have to wait for the prompt. I am getting very tired of this. Does anyone know of a fix for this problem?

Every time I try to open Photoshop CC (2015.5), a new window from Adobe Application Manager pops up. It says something along the lines of "validating license..." before it disappears then pops up and starts doing the same thing. I have trouble getting it to stop, and most importantly it won't let me open photoshop CC even though I am still subscribed through my one-year subscription. How do I fix this?

I am trying to re-install Adobe Premeiere Elements 14 on my Macbook. I am running Big Sur version 11.2.3, and I am getting an error message, saying that the 'Install' programme needs to be updated. Is there a fix for this? 

I installed PS2020 and it sucs. Always freezing, not working properly...I REALLY don't like it...

Hi,I've had this error for about 3 months now, whenever I attempt to download or update an adobe app, it usually downloads to about 9% before 'installation failed'. After restarting the download it reaches 9% and downloads an extra 2% before failing again, taking hours to download.Never before in the past have I had this problem, I do not have slow internet and no one else in my household has this problem.As I mentioned previously, I have had this issue for several months, including other connection issues with chrome downloads failing.Game downloads from steam however dont seem to be affected and I have no trouble with gaming with a normal ping of 20 (ish). I have followed the steps on RESOLVE CONNECTION ERRORS  to no avail Can anyone help?

hi, I can't seem to download the apps now I have paid for them. Installed and uninstalled and reinstalled Abobe Cloud  and nothing works Can anyone please help - apparently Adobe is closed 😕😕

why wont the adobe creative cloud web page open up im paying for the plan but cant even get the apps downloaded because the page wont load but everything else will openHelp. 

Hi community,  I hope you can help me to solve my problem.Creative Cloud automatically logged out on my computer, unfortunatally I am not able to login anymore. I tried to uninstall the programm multiple times but the following window keeps appearing and nothing changes. In English: you are signed off. Sign in to be able to keep on using the Adobe apps. - Sign in button. Thanks a lot!

Bonjour Je voudrais retrouver mon ancienne version de lightroom , tous mes presets sont dessus, mes dossiers... A la mise à jour de l'abonnement une nouvelle version de LR se charge mais je n'ai plus rien dessus.Je voudrais retrouver l'ancienne mais j'ai un message me disant que je ne suis plus abonné alors que oui. Bonjour,J'ai systématiquement "Échec à l'installation" pour la mise à jour 22.4 pour Photoshop.J'ai procédé à une réparation avec "Creative Cloud Unistaller" qui s'est très bien déroulée. Téléchargement et installation sans problème, Donc, je n'ai aucun problème de téléchargement ou d'installation.D'ailleurs, j'ai désinstallé Photoshop à partir de l'interface "Creative Cloud" puis relancé l'installation. Échec comme pour la mise à jour. J'ai donc demandé la version précédente (22.3.1) qui s'est téléchargée et installée sans problème. J'ai donc retenté la mise à jour, sans succès.Je vous joins deux captures d'écran.Pouvez-vous faire quelque chose en considérant que ça ne fonctionne pas que pour la MAJ Photoshop ?Je vous remercie.Cordialement,Patrick.

When using Photoshop and Bridge I was frequently asked for my log in details. I eventually managed to find a telephone number for Adobe.I was informed that to avoid constantly logging in I should open each programme, go to the 'Help' prompt and close each one manually. Then go to Creative Cloud and open each programme. This should cure the problem and allow normal closure and opening of each programme.We shall see!

Hi I just want to know that whether can I use adobe apps on my site. I am working on different apps on my site and also provide <link removed-kglad> apps to the users. Guide me if I can use these apps on my site or not? Thanks
