...about having to pay monthly for software that they can change at any time essentially making everyone a beta test guinea pig? And don't you feel a little burned by the fact that they are forcing every user to do this R&D for free? I do, especially since there are many more bugs and problems as well as things that are just not working well, slow sluggish controls, the menus end up scattered and they are much more difficult to keep organized. they are hard to read and stupidly placed. Personally i hate CC and i especially hate that i have to keep paying for it every month, in 2 years i will have made Adobe $1,200 richer and i'll never be able to get comfortable with the software which i purchased because they can do any stupid thing they want anytime they want. I'm not a techy person who likes to spend long hours learning the stupid little quirks and conceptual changes they make every version that comes out. buenas tardes, tengo un problema con el plan que contrate hace algunos dias, ya que me encuentro que en ningun momento he comprado ningun plan, no me sale activo ni tampoco en los registro de historial. necesito arreglar el problema ya que yo estoy estudiando y necesito el programa lo antes posible. contrate el plan de estudiante, me hicieron el descuento en la tarjeta de credito. cuando lo compre no hubo problema pero dias despues fue como si no hubiese comprado ningun plan. quedo atento a alguna respuesta. gracias.

I'm not sure where to post this, so I thought I'd try here as it seems more general. One little thing that bugs me in using the Adobe Suite is that when I choose Open from the drop down File menu, it defaults to the file for the last opened program, not that individual program. For example, if I opened a document in Illustrator in a specific folder I created and then open After Effects and try to open file from there, it will start from that Illustrator file I last opened, not the last opened After Effects file.  Is there a setting I can change to affect this behavior?

Regarding After Effects/Photoshop "empty" pop up windows keep appearing and I can't use the programs.I thought then to uninstall the programs. To do this I need to access Creative Cloud.Unable to access Creative Cloud "The PC cannot contact the server"; "log in again"; "check firewall and verify date and time". The date and time are correct.I don't know how to do it. I have already changed the validity of the certificates with the keychain but it does not change.I read that some people recommend to connect to Google DNS 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 and then remove an adobe account.... O.O???? I have no idea

Hello everyone,I had a terrible time on the live chat where I had to wait for over 40 minutes for assistance on cancelling my subscription and asking whether I can transfer my Portfolio site. In regards to my website, the operator first said, that is not possible (transferring website to another account) but then contradicted himself my telling me to speak to Behance support instead. The responses were incredibly slow and in the end I gave up with asking further questions as it took too long.I'm just wondering if Adobe have a way to make a complaint?Thank you.

Downloaded Cs6 .exe and .7z files. What is the .7z file for? It does not appear to be an extract file, so I'm not sure what to do with it.Any help is greatly appreciated!!2Wheeler%

I get the following error when I want to install Adobe Creative Cloud "Adobe Creative Cloud is required to solve this problem. However, it is missing or has damage"

CC is so ridiculously slow in updating and/or installing to my computer. I started the UPDATES to the apps YESTERDAY and it's still not finished. I'm wired, not on wifi, new computer, nothing else running. I have read this same issue on the forums since 2018; it's 2021... I'm close to canceling my subscription if this is what I have to look forward to each time. It was AWFUL to download, but now the updates. I LITERALLY could not do any work yesterday, and here I am the next day and it just finished updating ai. There are 7 other a apps needing to update. AWFUL!!!!!!

Creative Suit Stop working Suddenly and I have no access. App try to conect and banners appears and go blank again without success until it becomes blank I tried everithing into the web and reinstall, clean and update many timesRename conflictive foldersOpen ports, AV and check connectios Nothing works. I am trying to access my free trial of Photoshop but when it propmpts me to put in the final dgits of my phone number and then sends me a code for 2 step verification... the codes do not work! And after a few tries, it locked me out temporarily. Help?

I am using Lukas theme in Portfolio to construct a photography gallery.  The masthead has two buttons to click - WORK and CONTACT.  I want to change WORK to GALLERIES.  I there a way to do that.  Or  is it not possible to do with this theme?  

I have installed Photoshop CC on my new laptop with a screen resolution of 3200 x 1800. The menu items and text on panel items on the program are so small I can barely read them. Any help would be appreciated.

I have Adobe Premiere 2020 v14.8 installed and I want to install the 2019 version.When I go to the creative cloud app to install other versions of Premiere Pro the only options are v14.9 and v15.0. If I click looking for older versions I'm tranfered to adobe website with apps available to download but premiere pro is not there.How can I install older versions? I already had installed the 2019 versions but I uninstalled it a few months ago.Thanks in advance.

Hallo Leute,leider ist meine C Festplatte wegen meiner Illustrator  und Photoshop Bibliiothek voll. Jetzt konnte ich das verzeichnis bei Photoshop in den Einstellungen ändern, aber noch nicht bei Illustrator.Weiß jemand wie ich es einrichten kann, das meine Bibliothek auf der Festplatte D gespeichert wird und gleichzeitig Illustrator auf C läuft? Gruß Bernd

Hi, everytime my Adobe products (Lighroom & Photoshop) updates, it uninstalls and re-installs.But now Ligroom classic isnt re-installing, it says update failed due to duplicate file - please remove file... when i go to adobe file in C: drive and try to delete Lightroom folder it says 'Location is not available - access is denied' ??? I am behind schedule now as i have been trying to sort this... but i am stuck!!

I just downloaded Illustrator, but cannot get it to open because it's saying my account has expired.  I used to have it on this computer with a former employer but am now wanting it for personal use, but when I try to open it it asks me to purchase a plan (which I already did under a new email address) and if i click that it shows my old email and my old bosses payment info.  How do i get it to work with my new account?

when I start installing say photoshop or the adobe creative cloud install it's get on the photoshop install up to 6% and then says error 201 and I tried all the trouble shooting options and used to adobe cleaner and nothing seems to work I've never had this problem before with my old PC

After I bought the Premium version, all the presets and photos were deleted! Help, how to restore them?

In Lightroom it says "Your cloud storage is full … 21.07 GB of 20 GB used." However, when I go to the Creative Cloud and click on "Files" it shows there are no files and when I click on "Deleted" it says "You have no deleted items." Therefore, it appears I am using no creative cloud storage, but it still says storage is full?Any ideas on what should I do to delete/ clear the storage?
