Can I still install CS5.5 in 2021?  I own the discs and have my serial number so can I still install it on a second PC with errors?Thanks!

Hey! Was looking for some help with my question. I had a question about The MacBook Pro. I’m gonna be a college freshmen and am going into a career field where I will be doing graphic design, photography editing and some video editing. So all 3 here😂I have one Mac picked out that I think would work, I just don’t know if it’s powerful enough? My plan was to get the MacBook Pro 13”, 1.4 GHZ i5, 16 GB of ram, 256 GB storage (planning to get an external hard drive if it gets full, don’t wanna spend too much). My question overall is: with what I’m gonna be doing with graphic design , photo editing and video editing..will that be enough?I’ve had tons of mixed opinions saying to get the i7 processor because it’s better and will last longer and to spend the extra money, but then some are saying to go with the i5 because it’ll do just as good for me. Like if I went with the i5, should my laptop still run good for those tasks and programs? Or should I consider just paying the extra for t

I own CS5.5 on discs so is it possible to install it on any version of Windows 10?I've heard that some people have installed it successfully while others can't seem to install it, so any tips to install it without issues?I'll be buying a new laptop soon and will make sure I do all updates before attempting to install CS5.Thanks to anyone who has installed it and can help me.  

Not sure whats going on...i tried deleting all adobe cloud and products and redownloading.Anyone experiencing this?

Anyone else having this issue? After Effects 17.7 just won't install. I'm running Windows 10 64-bit. The installer gets to 83% and just hangs there. I tried installing it a month or so ago, and today as well - no luck. Then when I cancel the install, it turns out that AE is now broken and won't launch, so I need to uninstall and re-install it. My current version of AE (17.6) has so many bugs - the main one being that it frequently won't RAM preview and I need to restart it. Please Adobe, stop tweaking the UI and adding bells and whistles, and just MADE AE WORK AGAIN. I've been using it for nearly 20 years and it's never been this broken before.

For a few days I've been fighting to remove CC since my CC had to be replaced. I Deactivated the Stuff before uninstall. Hunted through thousands of discs to reloaded old programs like CS5.5 and time machine hunted for CC 2017 apps,  so I could go into those to do properly. Even hunted down rogue files in Activty Monitor, and then realized I was reading a 2 year old thread, and it's still the same steps listed today, but if I can't get the CC to uninstall, do I hunt in Activity Monitor for CC and Adobe things still popping up? I don't want to do this again so should I hunt Adobe and try getting CC to uninstall from my Mac or just cleaning tool it?  I included the old page I was reading...

All of the thumbnail images for all of my libaries' shared assets are missing. The assets still appear to be there, but none of my collaborators can see or access anything. Seems to have started with the most recent update. See screenshot below.What's going on? Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi, We're developers for InDesign and we have an extension running at our customers. They use CC2019 and CC2015 and there's a problem with CC2015 now. I like to support our customer and I need an installer for InDesign CC 2015. Support Chat told me that this is not longer available and I should ask here. Klaus

HiI've the same problem, i uninstalled everything then reinstalled them and... NOTHING!!! Adobe UpdaterUpdates have been disabled for this machine. I've made multiple attempts to download Adobe Fuse but *nothing* happens. I have a CC subscription (paid for by my university and was installed by their tech guy) and am logged in to my account but, for the life of me, I cannot get the Fuse download to begin - the webpage just states "Fuse is downloading now..." but nothing happens. There is no sign of any remnant of Fuse on my hard drive. I've tried both Chrome and Internet Explorer. Help?

Update 22.0 for PS failed (error code 146)

I'm trying to fix somebody's iMac of the late 2013.  He has bought the CC 2015 and it runs ok, but when attempting to update from CC, retrieves the 205 error. Says there is an update... I know there hasn't been for a while, but maybe they all haven't been downloaded.  Connecting to the internet via a celly hotspot. Shouldn't be the issue because other CC applications have updated just fine. Also tried the Creative Cloud Cleaner app, though in a rush. Do I need to restart in between? I've barely ever used Macs. Didn't work.  System is on El Capitan and we're currently thinking of updating to Catalina. Unwise? Does his plan include an upgrade to the newest Lightroom CC? How do I really know?  It has has the issue of not showing previews of Nikon core picture format files ever since changing cameras. Ideas?

My friend is trying to download creative cloud and install it by running the setup. The setup continues on by asking him "would you like to make changes to this computer". After that, nothing happens.Nothings shows in task manager, we already turned off his firewall, restarted the pc, we deleted all adobe files from appdata and program files, we've tried everything! Nothing seems to happen. It's just that his setup won't open.Is there something we missed? maybe something in the registry?

I just bought a new (2019) MacBook Pro, and used Apple's Migration Assistant to migrate all my old apps from my old Mac to the new Mac.  I (unwisely) included old Adobe CS4 apps, which are very old 32-bit apps that no longer run on newer 64-bit computers.  I also don't have Adobe CC Creative Cloud yet. How can I uninstall Adobe Creative Suite 4 apps that was installed (migrated) onto 64-bit MacOS Catalina? (MacOS version 10.15.7).  The app folders do contain an 'uninstall' file, but I can't run them because they are 32-bit apps, not run-able on 64-bit computers. I've downloaded and run the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleanup Tool, which worked to remove some CS4 apps (like Photoshop), but did not work for After Effects CS4, Dreamweaver CS4, and some other old CS4 apps. I've also looked at Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers, as I've read that there'd be an uninstaller program there.  There is (for After Effects only). but that program doesn't run ei

The 2021-versions of the Adobe-programs requires Win 10, but I have 8. And using the "three dots-'Other Versions' to download old versions"-guide from Adobe does not work. The dots doesn't show. What to do? Is there another way of downloading the old versions compatibel with Win 8?

I am running El Capitan (10.11.6) on my MacBook Pro. My InDesign CS5 and PhotoShop CS5.1 both run just fine under it. I would like to install a more up-to-date operating system but don't want to cripple those Adobe apps. Can anyone tell me how far I can upgrade my OS and still have my InDesign and PhotoShop function?

Can i have chance to install for Adobe InCopy for 15.0.3 and InDesign for 15.0.3? I have plugin with specific to this two version, i have 15.0 for both installed, will I be able to have chance for the install file for this two version or if any chance to have the update package fro 15.0 to 15.0.3 can be download? Thanks for the help

That would have been an excellent recommendation except that the thread on error 301 for mac was closed by admins and we were directed here for the "solution." 

You see I'm having the problem that is not opening or installing at all it tells me that I need a VCRUNTIME140.dll Which I don't know what that means please help me figure this out.

I've already installed a number of applications to my desktop, and the Creative Cloud desktop periodically notifies me that updates are available for those apps.  However, when I go to the Update page in CC, the UPDATE and UPDATE ALL buttons are dead, they don't respond.  WTF?
