I have this same problem on my Macbook Pro EVERYTIME there is an update.I can update on my older tower just fine.In the past, direct download links have been the only thing that worked successfully.Re: Creative cloud update failed: Error 1002. Those are no longer available.I have cleared my cache (Chrome), I have deleted the OOBE and AAMUpdater folders - no improvements. .I have tried changing my DNS servers to the adobe servers - no improvements. I know that they come from adobe, but I want to know what's the purpose of them and what they do. I have a cc subscription, but I don't have any adobe products running right now. Is it basically drm or something?

I want to do a clean installation of windows.Can I then reinstall LR and PS without any problems?Does this see this new installation as the 1st installation and can I still install it on a possible 2nd PC?

Hi, so ive been trying to fix my adobe creative cloud for a good couple hours and LITERALLY followed the main adives that fix it for everyone such as a uninstall of program, using cc cleaner and deletion of every single file and then reinstall. YET when i do this despite getting a fresh download of adobe IT still lets me log in but then instantly gets stuck on the blue wheel and then logs me out and logs me in and then eventually gives up and ask me to send a report as to why it didnt work. This is beyond frustrating and i cannot find a single solution on any forum please help.

Hello there, I'm here for a small aesthetic issue: my CC icon in my Mac top Menu Bar is always in a wrong color and doesn't follow the system preference when it's set to automatically.I tried to reinstall the CC app but no change.Anyone as the same problem?   [ attachment inserted as inline image by moderator ] 

i just wanted to thank all of you for this thread. i really need visual editting software,  have been using free stuff with limited functionality and all. finally have a bit of spare cash and was feeling very tempted by photoshop. but yeah this all sounds ridiculous. why does adobe need to be able to spy on me and why does photo editting software require constant validation checks? if my tv requred constant reminders that it was bough and paid for i wouldnt watch tv. all in all adobe seem to be total a holes so ill find something else to spend my rare disposable cash on. thanks posters. except the ones cheerleading for adobe. like seriously do they thinknpeople cant recognize when theyre being exploited?

I saw another thread like this recently, but alas nothing was actually answered in it.  the Core sync process is killing my MAC OS system, running at 100% CPU all the time.How can I resolve this issue? (without having the force quit it every 25 mins)  

I am trying to download three of the adobe creative apps but it will not let me because my storage is full. I bought two terabytes of storage from iCloud and thought I would be able to use that room but it is still giving me storage error messages. How can I fix this issue? 

Hello, I'm trying to install/ or rather re-install the Creative Cloud app on my desktop PC.  The window says: "Enter you system password when prompted to install Creative Cloud on your computer." Although I never get a prompt/window to enter any password.  Please help! NOTE: I am still able to use Premiere and After Effects fine, I was trying to reinstall Photoshop (because I can't repair/fix/ or uninstall a later version) I was ultimately led to this Creative Cloud issue.  But maybe that won't even solve my photoshop problem? Thanks!

Hello,  I'm stuck in Adobe Spark creating a brand. I add my logo, I add color, I select a font and it says "Hang tight we're creating your brand.." and it never progresses beyond this point. I've refreshed, signed out, tried different browsers, and waited for 8+hrs for it to load, tried different sized PNG logos from 8kb - 80kb, different colors, different fonts from built-in to adding my own. I do not get any error messages, nothing, it will not progress past the "loading wheel" How can I progress to using the brand feature? I am a CC user with all apps. Is there another adobe product I can use to do the same thing, as far as having the different templates to quickly and easily share to Social media i can add my logo and pictures too? Thank you in advance for any help, I'm trying the live chat support but does not seem as if anyone is available. 

Hi, I had a long conversation with your chat-support yesterday and eventually, he told me to reach out here. I have bought ther Design Std Suite CS 6 in 2013 and have the serial for that. I did not have the installation files, but these have been provided by the support employee. But when I try to install, it always says that the serial number is invalid, even though it is marked as valid in the Adobe license system (at least so I have been told in the chat). We tried everything from restarting the computer to re-download using a browser which I have never been using before. Nothing worked. I also have a support case number: ADB-13855923-G9T0. It would be great if you could help me. BR,Oliver

Hey,Today i got a problem with CC. I started the programm but its endless looping to sign in. I unsinstalled everything and now im trying to reinstall it but it doasent work ! 😞Now the download is looping endless.It goes like this :Download  --> Open the Setup --> the installation starts --> A new Browser Tab opens --> Signed in --> loading --> A new Browser Tab opens --> Signed in --> loading... at this point its endlessly repeating the last 3 steps .. hopefully someone can help me

Hallo, ich habe ein Foto-Abo, das auch in den letzten Monaten ohne Unterbrechung abgebucht wurde, jedoch kann ich seit einer Weile weder LR noch PS benutzen, es kommt immer eine Meldung, dass meine Testversionen abgelaufen wären. In meinem Konto wird das Foto-Abo auch gar nicht angezeigt, die letzte Abbuchung wurde jedoch ganz normal wie immer am 20.01.2021 per Paypal-Einzug abgebucht.Bei der CC abmelden, PC neu starten und wieder anmelden hat das Problem leider nicht behoben. Liebe Grüße,Josefine

Downloaded & Installed Photoshop and Primier Elements 2021 on my PC several weeks ago, tried to open Photoshop for the first time, tels me to log in then asks for Redemption Code and Serial Number. When I follow instructions it tells me to download and install the programs. Which I had completed previously, system can't seem to reconise I had done so previously. Painfull!!Any advise? 

I got a new Macbook Air and want to deactivate/uninstall the cc apps on the old one before before passing it on to someone else.  That system had only Creative Cloud and Lightroom Classic installed on it.I opened LR Classic and signed out.  Next I ran the LR uninstall app.  Everything went as I expected. Next I tried running the Creative Cloud uninstall app.  It would not complete the uninstall process, giving me a message which said "Couldn't uninstall Creative Cloud for the desktop. You still have Creative Cloud applications installed on your computer that require it".  I do NOT have any that I know of.  I don't see any in my applications folder.  I also opened the Creative Cloud app and looked to see if it shows any apps installed.  It does not. What is going on with this and how do I get around it ??

Hello,I have a new MacBook Pro and I want to put my CS6 apps onto my new laptop. They were downloaded onto my computer by my college in 2009 (and then updated to CS6 when it became available) My old 2008 MacBook Pro still "works" but I don't have the CS6 physical software disk since the college installed it for us. Over my 3yrs there I paid a total of $2500 for this software, and I can't afford to pay again, or subscribe for the updated versions. I just need to know how to transfer my purchased Adobe CS6 software to my new laptop. Any help would be amazing, I've already tried contacting Adobe but since I never "registered" my software back then, I'm not a customer so I can't speak with anyone at Adobe. Thanks in advance for any advice. Kait
