I am running Windows 10 2004 OS build 19041.685.  Previously I have been able to use Premiere Rush, however I was having issues to uninstalled.Now after re-install Creative Cloud is telling me my system is incompatible and I need to update my OS?.. My OS is toally updated?What is going on?

Ich habe Photoshop Elements 2021 auf meinem Windows Computer installiert. Möchte bestimmte Arbeiten aber lieber auf dem Mac durchführen. Wenn aber im Mac die Seriennummer anführe, bekomme ich die Meldung "fehlerhafte Seriennummer". Gibt es eine Lösung? Für Eure Mühe im voraus besten Dank!

Hello, I have an older iMac running on mac OS 10.8.5 and downloaded Illustrator CC2014 just fine through the Creative Cloud application, but it absolutely will not download Photoshop for me. I keep getting an error right away before any of it downloads. It says "Installation Failed" and I click "Learn More" and it says: "Installation Failed.Download error. Please Retry to try again or contact customer support.(404)" Some old threads came up suggesting to go into the Library and delete a folder called "AAMupdater" but nothing happened. I'm not sure what to do at this point. Thank you for any help!

I have been using the apps on my macbook with no problem, however I have just moved everything over to my pc and sold the mac now and I haven't been able to do anything at all. After a few minutes of use on any application (I am using Photoshop predominantly) my display will turn off and then on again (potentially the graphics card restarting) and displays its brief startup message, however when it turns back on the app will be in the process of crashing and by that point it is too late to do anything. I have all the up to date drivers and software for Windows 10, AMD (Processor), Nvidia (GPU) and the current versions of the Adobe Apps themselves so I don't really see what the problem is as my machine should be more than capable.  I have...- AMD Ryzen 5 3600 - Nvidia RTX 3070 Founders Edition - 16GB Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro Ram (2x8GB @ 3200MHz)- Asus ROG Gaming-F Wifi X570 Motherboard - Corsair MP600 PCIe Gen 4 NVME Drive (1TB) I feel like

I am the "designated CC mentor" for a team of students. We have a FIRST Robotics team license. Have not installed yet. We are doing projects all-remote now, so I would like to install CC on both of my own computers, for ease. I would like to transfer one of these installs to a student/team computer once we are meeting in person. Can I do that? Can you uninstall on one computer and reinstall on another computer without an issue? I have used CS6 for ages, but CC is new to me. Thanks for any help.

I bought a laptop with Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 and Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020. When i try to find the serial number I´m redirected to the Adobe Licensing Website, but when I try to login it tells me that I´m not recognized as an authorized user in that website, and I had no problem with my Adobe account before.

Hi everybody,I am your subscriber (photographic plan) (photo 1).Recently I bought a laptop          (win10-64 bit-12ram memory-256 SSD- ryzen5) and          tried to install Ps 2021 and LRc through my Adobe Account.I chose download Photoshop (photo 2).Unfortunately, after many many attempts, I did not succeed, because the PS was not downloaded and -waiting loooong time- i was taking these pictures (photo 3-4-5-6-7-8-9) and unfortunately, I give up my attempt without result (photo 10). Please help me solve this problem by driving me properly ....Thank you and I look forward to .... 

I recently upgraded my PC and added an SSD as my primary drive. Like most people, I also have a secondary drive for most apps and files. In the Creative Cloud App manager, I changed the Installation location to a directory on my secondary drive. The problem was, Some applications I wanted on my SSD for performance reasons and there was no way to change back to the setting "Default location..." Because CC installs both a 32 bit and 64 bit version of some applications, I wanted to make sure that it put them in the correct "Program Files" or "Program Files (x86)" folders. After some poking about in the config files I finally found out how to do it.(NOTE: The path below is for Windows 8 and possibly Windows 7, for other OS's it will likely be in a similiar path)Close the Adobe Creative Cloud app (File > Quit)Open this file in notepad: C:\Users\ExampleUser\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE\com.adobe.accc.apps.....prefsSearch through the text untill you find the install location that you set. This is incredible! TThis is incredible! This would be the new window for saving files after downloading Big Sur (for example on Indesign)? So small you don't see what's inside the folder, you don't see the favorites bar, you don't see anything....! Maybe it was better as it was before....sorry for the outburst!

Hallo. Ich nutze zusätzliche Wechselfestplatten z.B. für Backups. Jedesmal, wenn ich eine andere Platte anschließe und und sie wieder entferne, glaubt Adobe-CS, dass es sich um einen anderen Rechner handelt und dass ich einen der beiden angemeldeten Rechner deaktivieren soll. Wie kann man das abstellen? Es nervt einfach nur.

Guten Tag,ich verwende 2 neue IIYAMA Monitore und bekomme sofern ich nicht den Bildschirm vom Notebook als Primär definiere beim Versuch Photoshop oder Ilustrator zu starten die folgende Fehlermeldung:"loadlibrary failed with error 126: Das angegebene Modul wurde nicht gefunden"Es ist auszuschließen dass mein Windows beschädigt ist.Es ist auszuschließen dass einer der beiden Montitore beschädigt ist. Lt. Monitorhersteller kann Adobe offensichtlich nicht damit umgehen wenn 2 Monitore an einer Dockingstation hängen. Vielen DankMartin

I know this is a little off topic for this community but I couldn't find one that was dedicated to Creative Suite. -- I was just wondering if Adobe has completely killed CS6, I have found articles on the web saying that you can still buy it from an Adobe call center. This information is from 2017 though. I was just curious if you could still buy it. I have a copy of CS6, I rely on Fireworks. Tried Illustrator and XD but I always went back to it. My friend was wondering if they could still obtain a copy. Is this possible in 2020?--Thanks!Regards.

HELP. Help would be joyfully received. I'm trying to install Illustrator, Phoroshop and more on my mac. It is not an account issue, that is all paid and working fine. It won't let me install the latest due to OS (however I have just made sure I have the latest OS thyat my system update would suggest and allow. I don't even mind if I can't download the latest versions, legacy versions are fine, but it wont let me downlaud any at all. Any ideas from you lovey community people? Thanks,Luke

As a gift, a friend purchased Adobe CC for me a couple of years ago using a student email address. That email address is no longer valid. I have a bunch of settings, swatches, styles, etc., that I would like to still like to use once I buy my own account. Is it possible to transfer/import these things to a new Adobe CC account without having to redo all of the work?

Hello there. I am in serious need of help.  2 days ago I tried launching the Creative Cloud app, as I thought it was time to update some of my Adobe applications. It wouldn't load. I tried restarting the app, still didn't load. Tried restarting my PC, didn't work. I tried following the steps seen here: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-app-doesnt-open.html but those didn't work either. I've tried searching the forums for answers, but still nothing. I contacted Customer Support, and after waiting for hours, I went to bed. Today I finally got in contact with one, who tried to help via remote control access, but he couldn't figure it out either. Eventually, after uninstalling EVERYTHING related to Adobe on my system, he gave up.  This means what little access I had before to some slightly outdated Adobe applications is now gone. I have tried contacting Customer Support again, but after being "transferred" I still haven't heard anythi
