HiIn Dreamweaver how to move from one site to another by finding his workspace in the same state: for example several 2 open pages on site A, then load site B with another space and 10 open pages?

Hey everyone, When I try to go to the screen to adjust the font choice, this is the screen I am getting:It does not change from this, no matter how long I wait. Can anyone explain how I go about getting a visual look at the fonts that are being named, but not presented visually as is shown in the tutorial video when first starting up Dreamweaver? I have done a bit of research to see if anyone else is having this issue, but wasn't able to find anything really useful. If anyone has any info, I would appreciate the help. Thank you!

In my installation of Dreamweaver I do not have the folder that must be in DisableFeatures system to be able to put in use the server behavior enable

I've been a very long time user of DW, and now have v18.2.  It's far from perfect, but still an adequate tool.  I don't use any of the server behaviors, libraries, or designers, I just code html, css, php, javascript, and ColdFusion and for the most part enjoy the interface and flexibility DW provides.  I tried a couple other editors like Sublime Text and a couple others, but I came back to DW because it was familiar and comfortable.  It seems version 2017 is went it mostly went wrong.  You could tell that non-developers were making "enhancements" to the program in isolation of actual user input and/or needs.This forum and the bug reporting site is flooded with outcries of users wanting changes to happen, but it seems Adobe has put the DW program on autopilot and are neglecting their user community.  I realize too that these sites are also flooded with gripes about issues that have nothing to do with DW, but are questions about typical web development issu

Thanks for looking at this post, Dreamweaver Bootstrap experts and readers.  I'm using a carousel with captions.  I would like to move captions on the images for better reading.  Each image could require a different caption location.  My first idea is to use margins and padding with the new Bootstrap 4 short cuts; but, my work will probably require more movement than the short cuts offer (max 4).  A second idea is to use the Dreamweaver Designer’s margins and padding.  To try that, I feel I need to pause the carousel while editing.  Any ideas on ‘caption location control on images’ or ‘pausing the carousel’ for editing with Designer is greatly appreciated…thanks J

Recently changed dedicated servers (Plesk Onyx 17 / Windows Server 2016) and installed LetsEncrypt to comply with upcoming SSL requirements from the browser folks. After this change, pages load in browsers as SECURE just fine. But when designing pages in DW CS6 with images on that secure server, the image preview doesn't display Design View as it had prior to the LE installation. When viewing in Live View, images display as they should. I have tried changing the absolute links from http://site.com/image.jpg to https://site.com/image.jpg...nothing. When the images are referenced locally, everything shows up fine. So it IS possible to do the design locally and then insert the appropriate absolute https link. But this seems to me to be an unnecessary additional waste of my time.Seeing as how three components are in play (new server + LetsEncrypt + local computer/software), and two have been modified essentially simultaneously, I am not sure where the issues might reside. Is there a way to have objects on Dreamweaver property inspector be re-arranged more vertically so they can all be seen when docked on the right side panel area.Property inspector works nicely docked on bottom but takes up too much valuable screen real estate. Problem is when docked on right side with other panels then most inspector objects cannot be seen since it seems hardwired to have the objects strung out horizontally. 

I maintain 10 WordPress sites, all remotely hosted. I've used DW for years, and finally bit the bullet and moved to DW CC (on my Mac).Synchronization (of each entire site, getting all new files and deleting local files not on the host) has become UNUSABLY slow (think hours till DW comes back and gives me a list of files to be imported/deleted). It's gotten to the point where I've been touching only individual folders (and even then, it's impossibly slow).What gives? I've seen reports of this for years in the DW forums, and while I've tolerated the slowness, under DW CC it's unusable.Help!

As the subject says, my ctrl key only works once per press. That is, if I hit Ctrl + C, then hit V while still holding Ctrl, it simply types the letter V. I have to release the Ctrl key and press it again for it to register. This affects all Ctrl+ shortcuts in Dreamweaver 18.2 (Build 10165). It does not happen in other applications. Changing focus to another application and back does not fix it--nothing appears to.Because of this, I find (usually well after the fact) that I get errant "s" and "v" in my code and this is completely unacceptable and unworkable.I am running Windows 10 Pro 1803 with a Microsoft Ergonomic 3000 keyboard and the latest drivers for it (Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center 10.4.137.0 as of this post).Has anyone else experienced this behavior and, if so, did you find a solution to this?

I have been unable to log onto my website for a few days as I keep getting FTP errors... unable to log onto to site.When I contacted my hosting company yesterday I was told they dropped using FTP from their servers.The IT guy writes:<< It appears we did in fact turn off FTP access from our servers. However, you can still access your files via ‘cpanel’>>He then provided me a cpanel address, user name and password to access the cpanel.Can any of this information now be used to plug into the Manage Site area on Dreamweaver so I can access my website?Thanks.

I have searched the Forums for examples that amswer the "padding" question.  I understand that this will require code - but my attempts to add code have not worked so far!  I would appreciate any help on this issue.

I have sql file downloader from my phpMyAdmin. Size of this file is 19,5 MB. When i trying to open it in DW it's loading for a while, and then... nothing, empty grey. FIle is opened but no content to watch 😕😕I was trying to open smaller files: 18MB - no problem.Is there some cache problem or I can change temp memory size in DW settings to fix it?I'am using newest CC version from creative cloud.

Is there any workaround for getting a Google Maps API key without having to add a credit card? My understanding was that you would only have to provide credit card information if you believed you could get over 25,000 map loads a day. I do not like the idea of having to contact all my clients and telling them they have to provide a credit card to Google to keep their maps loading correctly.

When I create a new document, the pre-filled codes are not indented accordingly. How can I indent them "quickly and easily" instead of tabbing at each line? Periodically, when I open someones' else code and I want to do the same to indent and find it daunting to do so due to the length of the codes. I know it will still work if the code is not indented but it does make a difference when reading it. Thank you for helping.

Hey guys! I have a tribute site to a spiritual master from India at windowsfromthesky. It also doubles as the best news source in the world - with more news article and video postings (just links) than you can absorb. It is also the ONLY ONE that shows you The Matrix we're living. See 'Corporate Slavery: The Shackling of America' in 'Quickstart' off the main page. Basically, the counterfeiters are cheating the poor out of everything they have; their money, labor, rights and lives. The site was created in Adobe GoLive 2 and I am still using that for news postings. I never learned Dreamweaver as it is much more complicated than GoLive. I'd rather avoid the hours of experimentation and frustration and just have someone tell me. I'm very busy with my other activities. Here's the thing. The audio in the Guru/Dialogue section no longer works. (I just recently discovered this by using my new computer to access the site. My old 2009 iMac I use to run the site still sees and plays the audio.) T
