Hi all,A question for developers or adobe staff who have been using dreamweaver to process sass files successfully:(@staff who haven't been using this, please refrain from giving me standard questions as answers, like "Can you post your code?", "Which operating system are you using?" or "Have you tried using compass?")I'm working on a website and using the source of the bulma.io framework. This has multilple .sass files that need to get processed into one css.I thought i would switch to dreamweaver from a free alternative (atom or visual studio code) but i am experiencing a lot of dreamweaver freezes.Has anybody encountered this, or has any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this:Every 3rd time i press "Compile" on the base .sass file, dreamweaver crashes.Half of the time it even causes Windows Task Manager to be unresponsive. Hallo!Meine Problematik ist die folgende :Für eine Website möchte ich einzelne Punkte aus der Navigation entfernen (findet man auf jeder untersite, drop down )Nun habe ich die index.html von der Hauptsite (alle anderen sind unterordner dieser site) geändert und der gewünschte Punkt ist nicht mehr in der Navigation vorhanden. Sobald ich nun aber eine andere Site besuche (also einen unterordner) ist der Punkt wieder da. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen dass ich jetzt jede einzelne der Seiten bearbeiten muss um den Menüpunkt aus der Navigation zu entfernen, daher die Frage wie man das leichter bewerkstelligen kann.(ich habe die Seite von wem anders übernommen). Es gibt außerdem mehrere templates im Ordner, auch hier habe ich einzeln schon versucht das element einfach zu entfernen, aber das hat leider auch nicht geklappt.Vielen Dank falls jemand Rat weiß
한글로 쓰면 누가 읽고 답변해주려나,,개발자들이 임의 형식으로 만들어 놓은 파일이 있는데, 드림위버에서 미지원 확장자라서 파일이 열리지가 않네요.해당, 파일은 메모장으로 따로 열어서 수정하려니 번거로워서 혹시드림위버 속성에서 확장자를 사용자가 추가 할 수 있는지 문의드립니다.
I get: an FTP error occurred - cannot make connect to host. I can connect using Filezilla with no problems but I can't with CS6. I've changed my password on my server and that didn't help. Anyone with ideas is appreciated.Thanks,Paul
In order for an expert to examine and analyze my site files, I am required to provide a zipped copy of my Dreamweaver site. I have the local site folder on my desktop but it only contains the HTML and styles files but each is in a Chrome file format together with images and SVG. In the past, when I have needed support on Muse I have been able to send the complete folder by Hightail which provides a link for access. But I am not able to locate a Dreamweaver folder in my computer or CC files. There doesn't appear to be a way in Dreamweaver to save the site folder to my desktop. Can anyone explain this, please?Kindest etc.

Hi,I have an email template with a paragraph thats giving me issues. At first I tried to just add another paragraph below with it's own styling and for some reason the next paragraph jumps about 400px down the page. So I added a <span instead of a <p and now I'm getting the overlap. Does anyone know a code fix to get my header image working? Right now it's set as a background image which I know is a no no. I've tried bulletproof background and I can't figure where to put the code. THis is what they gave me. Isn't there an easier way? There isn't any reason to have it set as a background since nothing is being placed over it. I'm new to web design and i've been using inspect and view page source to view different websites and see how they coded their site. I've been doing this for a little while but i've noticed lately that in Google Chrome, when i right click and use the "Inspect" feature, images are not appearing in their full size. For example, on Instagram i look at one that's 600 x 746 pixels but it says the "natural" size is 933 x 1160 pixels. If you click to open the image in a new tab it gives me the smaller 600 x 746 version.Is there a way to view the natural size of each image? Why does it display this way when a couple of weeks ago it didnt do this for every image? Is there a way to view all of the assets (images, etc) on a site in one place?

Hello,First, I apologize if I I've overlooked something, however I can't get the new Find & Replace window working as in DW 2015.This is the new Find and Replace window:FIRST QUESTION:Where is the "Find All" button? There are many circumstances for which I really need to get a list of the occurrences found, even when searching within the current document only (for proper work-flow, it's not enough to just browse back and forth using the two arrows). As displayed below, the search result window remains totally empty, even if there are 11 occurrences found:SECOND QUESTION:I haven't found any way to undock the Find & Replace window, but it can be displayed only on top of the current document, taking lot of space. I really need to undock the Find and Replace window, and to drag it on a secondary monitor, to maximize editing space. This was perfectly possible in DW 2015, as displayed below:Please help!

However when i test them here on my test server it all works. when i go remote it doesn't work. the text underneath the images do change as it should. i'e renamed the images. deleted and copied them back again, but no luck. i must be overlooking something. Any thoughts..?
When editing in DreamWeaver, you can click/drag text you want to edit. When you "right-click" options come up, but "change link" is grayed out. Why?
I am unable to Put files in Dreamweaver CC (Ver 18, Build 10136).I have deleted my original site (which did not Put either) and created a new site, and tested the connection in DW. It connects OK.I have cleared my browser cache.I have rebooted.I have uninstalled DW CC from the Creative Cloud desktop app, and re-installed it. Then rebooted again.I can upload the selected file with FileZilla, and FTP works.I can edit the file in DW CC, adding an obvious change. Save it, then Put it. The change does not show in my browser. But if I use FileZilla, the change shows.DW does not offer any error message. The Put simply is not working.Can anyone help?
Using Dreamweaver CC, after entering an opening tag the closing tag is automatically inserted. After placing my cursor between the tags and pressing enter, the closing tag is indented instead of lining up with the opening tag position. Is there a way to change the behavior?
In Adobe Dreamweaver CC v18.0, I am working on a website. I started by making a local copy of one of my client's existing websites. I am now making the changes and am far along. This website uses many (about 20) CSS files. My issue is that when I use the Quick Edit feature in DW, sometimes DW finds and presents for editing the exact CSS rule. But for some code, Quick Edit returns a panel with MANY CSS rules, when in fact only one of those rules is relevant to the bit of HTML. It is then up to me to hunt through the rules to find the relevant rule. My hope is that there is a way to have Quick Edit home in on the correct rule. I hope one of you can provide me with guidance. Hi,Im having issues getting my email to render correctly in Outlook. Other clients are showing up ok in Litmus. I cloned an email that was used before (one that worked) and created a new version. Whatever I did Outlook doesn't seem to like it. Whats weird is that when I replaced the hero image at first it wasn't showing in outlook. I had to use bulletpoof background code to get it to work (outlook workaround) Bulletproof background images | Campaign Monitor So now my main issue is that the email is getting cut off half way down. If you paste the code for each you can view them and preview in Dreamweaver since all images are hosted.I've also attached a screenshot of how it's looking in Outlook on a PC. I just recently discovered Dreamweaver's advanced regular expressions feature. I used it to strip all the hyperlinks out of a file.But when I upgraded to CC 2017, I could no longer find this feature. Hi,I am working with a local server thanks to MAMP, in the site configuration of DW CC 2018, Advanced Settings-gives you the option to select which version of PHP you want to work, but shows you only 2 options: PHP 5.6 and PHP 7.1.My hosting provider offers me support for PHP 5.2.17 as the highest, due to the hosting plan I am subscribed (the "cheapest"). I have the MAMP and I could set the PHP 5.2.17 in the MAMP. Now, the PHP version for the dreamweaver site must be also 5.2.17? If so, is there a way I can use this version on my current DW CC 2018?
