Insert responsive animations in bootstrap 3 page?

Hi all,I need to insert an animate cc 2017 animation inside a bootstrap 3 page.I put the animation inside a fluid container that should fill the whole browser viewport.This work in a basic page (not bootstrap) but once I put the animation inside a bootstrap page I get the animation in the container a little bigger than it, so, the browser horizontal scroll bar appears (but it should't).Has anyone narrowed down this problem?TIAtony

MacOS Sierra & Dreamweaver not saving FTP passwords

Hi there,New Macbook Pro running Sierra, installed CS5 and licence accepted fine.Either importing a site or creating a new one in Dreamweaver doesn't seem to save the FTP username or password when I exit the application.Googling about:1) Going to ~/library/Application Support/Adobe/ and renaming Dreamweaver folder to Dreamweaver_old didn't work.2) keychain access repair. first aid not found on MacOS Sierra (think previously missing from El Capitan too).3) Dreamweaver for Mac OS doesn't remember FTP details  - I don't have "SiteName-SiteServer 0" or similar in Keychain.Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Where is the site window refresh button in Dreamweaver 2017?

in Dreamweaver 2017 I can't find a refresh button on the site files.  Previous versions had both a sync button and a refresh button. This only has a sync button. How can I refresh without a refresh button?  I've had to quit the whole program and reopen it to get images I just put there to show up.  I used to just be able to hit the refresh button. Is it hidden somewhere?

Problems with accent marks

Take a look at this simple javascript code fragment:   s = l.replace("à","a");   s = l.replace("è","e");   s = l.replace("é","e");   s = l.replace("ì","i");   s = l.replace("ò","o");   s = l.replace("ù","u");After the last update of Dreamweaver (2017.0.1) the same fagment in the browser page turns into   s = l.replace("Ã ","a");   s = l.replace("Ã¨","e");   s = l.replace("Ã©","e");   s = l.replace("Ã¬","i");   s = l.replace("Ã²","o");   s = l.replace("Ã¹","u");Where am i wrong?I tried changing the page properties, but nothing, everything remains the same.The only way is to save the page with notepad with ANSI encode. However if i open with dreamweaver, dreamweaver doesn't respect the new page encode and the error comes back again.Any help?

Purchase ot DW CS6 from eBay - Big Mistake

I just got burned! I purchased Dreamweaver CS6 off eBay and once installed, it crashed all my original Adobe products. The software was purchased from marsma295 (Bruce Brady / Mark Small) in Norwalk, CT. I should have known something was different from the initial “splash screen” of Dreamweaver CS6, that this was not “original” software from Adobe. The manner of installation was yet another sign that this was not an original Adobe product. After I installed CS6, my previous version of Dreamweaver 5.5 stopped working. Photoshop CS6 also stopped working. Whatever was included in the version of Dreamweaver CS6 that was sold to me, interfered with these previously installed (original) Adobe products. To make matters even worse, after attempting to re-install these damaged programs, I received error messages that “Adobe Support Adviser” and “Adobe Application Manager” was not working and any attempt to re-install Dreamweaver 5.5 and Photoshop CS6 was stopped. Cursor jumps to bottom of design view

When I make a change in a line of code and switch to Design/Live, the cursor jumps to the bottom of the Design/Live view.. The Design/Live view should remain synchronized with the cursor location.

Dreamweaver CC 2017 stops working.

I have not been able to get Dreamweaver CC 2017 to work. This notification shows up when I start it (A problem caused the program to stop working correctly) It does open but the pop up appears before I can do anything. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling but it still happens any ideas? I have also tried loading 2015 version and it does work as long as I do not do an upgrade. I do not have Web Companion and can find no other programs that are causing a conflict.Help please.Johnna

Find and Replace

Dreamweaver 17.0.1 on a PC. Sometimes I can't enter anything into Find, and frequently I can't enter anything in to Replace. This is not affected by choice of Design/Live or by Text/Source Code. Closing and replacing the FInd and Replace window doesn't heklp.

New install of Adobe Dreamweaver CC 2017 won't start on MacPro running Sierra

I have just "upgraded" to Adobe Dreamweaver 2017. I installed on my MacBookPro and it runs fines. I then installed it on my MacPro and it won't launch. I paid for a 1 year license. What do I do? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling on the Mac Pro - no joy.

Synchronize "Testserver" with "Remoteserver"

Hi,i have set up a testserver for my domain like "dev.domain.com" an a remote server for my live version like "www.domain.com". I work local and synchronize my developement on the test server.But how can i synchronize then from the test server to the remote server??at the moment i manually upload the file from the testserver to the remoteserver via Filezilla, but is not possible in dreamweaver??Thanks for help.

need help / advice on setting up my DW CC2017 website

1. Take it my 1st step is to define website?2. I want to create a website to suit all screen sizes, so do I use bootstrap to make my template and all other pages thereafter?3. Since there are 3 screen sizes - when I create my page using the larger size, do I save each page 3 times (with same page title) and do I then end up with 3 of every page in the right H/S column under website?4.I haven't a clue about html - I just enter a table with the 4 or 6 columns across - in the editable region and enter images in them with some text - will this still work in CC2017?PLEASE PLEASE HELP. Thank you.

OT: Colorzilla eyedropper stopped working inside of Firefox browser window?

Anyone else noticed the Colorzilla eydropper stopped working inside the browser window?Firefox 51I've read it's had to be re-written from the ground up because of certain issues but if I try and install the latest version - 3 from the Colorzilla site it says its corrupt.OsI've just installed the alternative color picker below, seems to work fine. How do I change the keyboard shortcut for 'exit'?

By default Dreamweaver CC 2017 has 'CTRL+ Q' set up as the keyboard shortcut to exit Dreamweaver.I keep hitting this combination by accident and closing the program. How do I change it? 'Exit' doesn't seem to appear anywhere within the 'Edit' > 'Keyboard shortcuts' panel.

I cant seem to center my images on a web page

SSIs and .php files not properly set up

[Using DW CC 17.0.1 on macOS Sierra]Earlier this week, I set up a Testing Server on three of sixteen directories, with the help of Nancy Oshea and Jon Fritz. However, I see that my setup efforts haven't been successful. When I right-click a file in the Files panel and choose "Open in browser" to see locally any of the files in those three directories, I cannot connect to the newly created localhost and I get this error message on my browsers. . .Note: When I do similarly to pages in the other thirteen directories — that don't currently have a Test Server on a localhost set up on them — those pages open as they should in browsers. So, obviously, I've not set up the Testing Server in those three directories correctly.I've since contacted my host/server to resolve this, but the technician would only confirm that my definition was incorrectly set up but couldn't advise me on how to personally set up the localhost.So, who can help me correctly set up my Testing Server on those three directo

Dreamweaver CS5.5 has been screen when launched ...help

I'm using Win 10 and haven't had an issue with Dreamweaver CS5.5 until today. When launched, it goes to a grey screen. I can still access the tabs at the top, but can't access my folders that were usually on the bottom right corner which means I can't update my personal web site? Any suggestions?? Thanks!

My font folder won't appear when I try to add custom fonts to Dreamweaver

I was wondering if I could have some help with finding the folder to allow me to have custom fonts for my webpage. I've got the right directory/folder area. But when I open it up in the add fonts pop up box. It will not appear for some reason. But every other folder in that area appears. Is there something I'm missing or not doing correctly? Thanks in advance for any kind of help.

Printing & Design Teacher needs direction with Dreamweaver CC ASAP

Hi,My email address at work is howard [email address removed by Mod]  I am a "older" Printing teacher that has been converting my vocational program over from a traditional printing program (1988) to all digital printing (2006) to basic video production, animation & web design (2011).  I have had to learn on the way.  My first experience with Dreamweaver was MX  and I became a fan of AP Divs assigning my students to properly format images, save to the correct folder as well as make the home page link to 5 additional pages and external pages.  I always told the kids this is BASIC web design, telling my students that they could go further on their own.I should have made this post last year, learning that AP Divs were be diminished.  But, I was able to find a work around and because I was in the middle of learning 3D printing I took the work around; converting traditional divs to AP Divs "through the backdoor".  This year I was prepared to do the sam

Hi,How can I select a tag in Code View when I'm in the middle of it using only the keyboard?  For example, if I'm adding a class, how can I select the tag such that I can wrap it with Control-T?When my cursor is at the | spot<input class="added class|" type="submit">I'd like to press a shortcut to have <input> selected.  Then, I'd like to be able to Control-T to wrap in a <div> or Control-[ to move to a parent.Thank you
