Aqui estamos nos em 2023, neste momento tenho 40 sites rodando com ASP puro. Rodando bem, com escabilidade. A facilidade de manutencao no codigo, que iniciei a escrever 15 anos atras nao me deixar convecer'me a trocar de linguagem.

Hallo,ich probiere seit Stunden, wie ich das hinbekomme:"Sie können für Hyperlinks die Schriftarten, Schriftgrade, Farben und andere Eigenschaften festlegen. Standardmäßig erstellt Dreamweaver CSS-Regeln für Hyperlinks und wendet sie auf alle Hyperlinks an, die Sie auf der Seite verwenden."Ich schaffe es einfach nicht, dass die beiden letzten Links auf der Seite http://www.rockpopchor-schöneiche.de/musikfest_23 schwarz sind wie bei den beiden ersten Links...Hat jemand eine Idee? Danke schon mal!

I want a slightly different template than what is available when I choose to create a new document under 'started templates' - how can I get more templates? Or how can I create my own? Must be responsive.

Hello Community,I added several new files in my Site but Git did not recognize them. They were not displayed green in the git file view. I coud not add or commit them. First I tried to delte the index.lock file in the git folder. This did not help. Afterwards I staged the files via add through the Git Konsole (Terminal). Git status shows, that they are staged. But Dreamweaver does not show this. The File names are still not colored in the Panel.I would be thankful for any help. Best regards,Daniel 

Hello all!We have this Informative Website, entirely custom, mainly in .PHP with animations, CSS, JS queries, some video iFrame embeds, etc. and now many things go wrong with it, because it's getting fairly old... I guess...? 1. the 'S3Sliders' disappear in Win 8.1, 10 & 11, but are still good in Win 7, and older I presume...2. the smooth, sub menu dropdowns, same story... They can't be viewed, only in Win 7...!3. obviously, the site is not responsive, apart from offering a slide bar at the bottom, to pan horizontally...4. my exact version of Dreamweaver is Version 12,  build 5861... I just don't like CC at the moment. If that makes sense to some of you.5. I am not the original webmaster or dev. for the site, but took over 2-3 years after its creation, in 2011...6. Since then, I have maintained it... somehow. - And tried to learn, but the task is rather challenging and intricate, for someone with no Code training. I created this code using Word. In word it is aligned by equal signs, but as is clear, the alignment disappears when I clip and paste it.  What can I do to align this when I drop the MathXML into my Dreamweaver HTML?  Thanks.

Hi, i am editing the css on the mobile device.but the layout seem not in a scale, what should be the max width?

Its Feb 2023 and I am getting the same error.  "An FTP error occurred - cannot make connection to host. User limit reached or not authorized to make the connection due to local firewall blocking FTP data."  Latest OS, just transferred everything to a new computer, so ....  ANybody find a solution between 2017 and 2023 to this?

Hi folks.Not so much a problem as an irritation.I have my Dreamweaver Interface on light grey.When I highlight the start of a div the corresponding closing /div is also highlighted, trouble is the highlight is very faint.I’ve looked at the highlights section in preferencesto try and change this but it doesn't seem obvious to me.Does anyone know if it's possible to change this highlighting colour only?

After updating from DW 20, this new build is just sooooo slow. Everything I do takes between 5 and 15 seconds to complete.Often times when I open a new file, switch tabs, or save a file, it takes more than 1 minute. I have tried the solutions in this thread and they didn't work.I do NOT have cache enabled and I have deleted the REGEDIT temp file list folder. There are no longer any options to change memory preferences and I wonder if that's the problem. Why would Adobe remove this? I have to use this app for work, but I'm about a week away from quitting and downloading Sublime text or something. System specs:Windows 1132GB Ram11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11850H @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHzIntel UHD graphics card NVIDIA RTX A3000 Laptop GPU This is a brand new laptop and everything is faster except for Adobe products. I have similar issues with Photoshop, and Premiere Pro, and After Effects. But I primarily use Dreamweaver.

All Creative Cloud applications have been updated to version 2023, however with DW this is not the case. What is the future of the program?

I have a historical WWII website and have been using Adobe Expression Web 4 for many years.  The website is nothing fancy. I don't sell anything or require any user accounts or log in.  I mostly just index and post historical documents.  Expression Web 4 works fine with older versions of Windows, up until Windows 11.  It does "sort of" work on Windows 11, but if you try to add a link (a feature I frequently use) Expressions Web just shuts down.  Planning ahead for the day when Expressions Web 4 stops working altogether, I'm looking for another webpage editing/building program. Ideally, I would like something easy to use without a huge learning curve. When creating new webpages, I basically just edit existing web pages and add new text and links.  I would appreciate either suggestions on what program to buy - or if there is a way to get Expression Web 4 to work with Windows 11.  Here is a link to my website so you can get an idea of what I need.&n

Auch wenn ich dreamweaver schon eine Weile verwende, die Programmier-Editoren zuvor hatten ein praktisches feature, das ich beim dw nicht finde & entsprechend vermisse:mit zum Beispiel shift-strg-1 bis shift-strg-0 (am PC) konnte man die Cursorposition zu einer Sprungmarke machen, und mit strg-1 bis strg-0 schnell dorthin springen 🙂Hat der DW so etwas, und wenn ja wie heisst es dort  Andreas(ich hab hier schon in den Foren gesucht, aber 'jump marks' zum Bsp. brachte nix)

When I already have one document opened in Dreamweaver and I want to open a new HTML document without template I do not get the option to select a framework (non / bootstrap). Does anyone knows a solutions?

I have an old website, developed 12 years ago in Dreamweaver. Due to recent demand I'm trying to update it. I had used a third-party extension that I purchased. I just purchased an update from them and I can't get it installed. There's no option in Dreamweaver to install plug-ins.  I've tried using UnifiedPluginInstallerAgent but it doesn't seem to work. The plug-in has a ZXP extension.  I'm starting to wonder if Adobe has depreciated this feature to force it's customers to buy from their exchange. I'm hoping Adobe hasn't made that unforgivable change. Any help would be appreciated.

According to internetworldstats.com, there were appx 300M internet users in 2000, versus appx 6B today. So a website generating 100K monthly visitors in 2000 represented a much different feat than pulling the same number of visitors today; just based on the fact that the internet population was so much smaller back then.   Is there a website out there that will calculate what 100K monthly visitors (or page views, or anything really) back in 2000 would represent today? Like an inflation calculator, I guess, but for web stats.

I would like to know what the plans are for developing Dreamweaver?  There a several reasons we continue to develop our website, which is now well over 4,000 pages, which 10s of thousands of assets.  Moving to another platform where I cannot have the control we do with Dreamweaver is something I am not looking forward to if we are forced to go there.  But, I would like to see some improvements made to the platform.    Where can we gain some visibility on the development cycle that is planned for Dreamweaver?  Is there a way to upvote new feature sets that are planned or being considered?  Thanks,  Jason

I want to setup Dreamweaver so that everytime I start DW it will open some pre-specified files in the design mode. Is it possible?
