Unfortunately, this solution does not work for me as I have organization managed security settings. In my case, I am unable to change the exclusions as I am not an administrator. 

Hi All, I Have a requirement where i need to expose the experience fragment from AEM to third party vendor as HTML with all the styles applied in AEM. This should look same in both AEM and third-party applications without any style differences. Let me know if any ideas or articles which can help on this requirement. Thanks

Adobe font stop working. Can´t access activated fonts, can't activate new font, can't do nothing and i getting tired because i tried every solution that exists in the support and nothing works.And when i try to open a chat with support doesn't work and my country phone number doesn't work to. It's a shame for those who are paying for licenses every month, not having any support

I work as an IT admin and regularly have to upgrade users to Acrobat DC from the Reader and I regularly have to deal with the P205 error. Frankly, this is ridiculous and Adobe should be ASHAMED of that error and just how many others have to deal with it. Not ashamed because there's an error (despite it being persistent and ubiquitous); Adobe should be ashamed because their stock price trades at a "modest" $436 DOLLARS PER SHARE - that's how profitable the company is. However, the software is so bad that merely attempting to install it results in an error that Adobe claims is a networking issue (as an IT admin, I can assure you it's not).  Here's hoping a viable and better competitor comes along to compete with Adobe so I can move my enterprise to that and stop using Adobe altogether.

Do administrators automatically get access to creative cloud?

I got Adobe experience manager trial licence from my company to ramp up? Basically i'm a Java developer so not sure how and where to get started? What kind of applications can be done using all these? Is all these comes under the category of Low Code No Code(LCNC)?

Hello, We are using Citrix VDI to host our staff workstations.  The workstations for our Adobe CC users are temporary but staticly assigned (After log off, the VM is rebuilt from the master image, but the user is always given the same virtual machine.)  With folder redirection, users content folders and workspaces are preserved between log in sessions. The only downside to this experience is Adobe CC asks for the user to log in every time they log into their assigned but rebuilt virtual workstation. Workspaces and settings, stored in the user's AppData folder, are carried over between log ins. Can their authentication token be honored between rebuilds of the users workstation? Is there any way to preserve the Adobe CC log in between user sessions?  A file, folder or registry key that, if not destroyed at log off would allow the user, on the same computer as before, to work without an authentication challenge?  We use Teams accounts, so I am stuck with

My team has an open support request for a specific problem and the support team is requesting a copy of the document, however, that document includes confidential information.  Is there a document which provides a level of confidentiality for customer provided documents related to support requests?

Hi, We have some new iMacs however I cannot get "Adobe Design and Web Premium CS6 Installer for Mac" to install on them. I think it's because the only download I can see is for a 32-bit installtion and the iMac's will only allow a 64-bit installation. I've tried to contact Adobe to see if there's a x64 installation I can download, but cannot get throught to the right people. Thanks, Matt

Hello,following situation:Windows Server 2019 domain with Win 10 clientsThe following problem occurs on a client under a specific user of the local and domain admin.Installation Creative cloud aborts at 0.6% with error P205. If you install under another admin it works. Easy question, I setup the accounts for our organization, a school, but I setup up the primary email to my personal email address and need to change it to our general email account so others recieve notifications as well. I signed in to the adobe account of the school but it does not give me the option to edit the primary email address. Do I have to set a secondary email, change the primary and then delete the secondary? Can I have the primary and secondary the same while I change this?

Rookie question here.  I have a license on my desktop machine @ work.  Our VPN is working intermittently, so it is not an option for using my Acrobat Pro.  Is is possible to transfer my license to the laptop I am currently using while I work remotely? This is, like so many other, a COVID-19 related problem. If I can transfer it, how do I look up my license # on my desktop machine?  This is an enterprise license through my employer and the laptop is provided by my employer. I did not find a similar question in the archive. Please excuse me if this is redundant.  Point me in the right direction and I'll be out of your hair shortly.

Does anyone know if its possible to still purchase Adobe Pro XL? 

I am the Department Chair for the Commercial & Entertainment Arts Department at Mt. San Antonio College. We have several thousand students in our program, all learning various Adobe Suite Products. First, I want to thank you for offering our students free access this Spring Semester. This offer was a critical element in our campus successfully converting to online.  Due to COVID-related regulations and policies, we will be 99.5% online for our next Fall 2020 Semester. We have already scheduled classes. Obviously, our Adobe campus license for all our classrooms and labs will not be used. I am posting this question (hopefully in the right place) to find out if Adobe plans to continue its generous offer to students for the Fall Semester.  If you do not plan to offer students free access, is there a way we can temporarily convert our campus license to allow student access? Or will you reimburse the school so we have some funds to purchase for the students? 

Does Adobe Pro allow a user to lock the PDF so no one can edit the PDF. If not, what license/version is needed to do this? Thank you

Get messsage when tryng to use cleaner tool   Couldn't unistall Creative Cloud for desktop. You still have creative cloud applications installed on your computer that require it.   Not sure how to proceed thanks  

Our school purchases the education package and we install through the Admin console. Any reason why we cannot install the latest version? We always have to go a couple of versions back for the programs to work. We miss out on the new features. 

Hello, after a recent change to payment options, some of the computers at my work no longer are signed into Adobe. The probelem is that for a some of those computers we don't know what emails were used as they have been automatically signing back in through multiple employee changes. I'm trying to find out which of our company emails have adobe accounts and, if possible, which still have active licenses.

Hello!! I am not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but thank you in advance from anyone who has any advice. The past three years I have been using CC through my UMass Amherst account. I graduated this May, and I also got a new method of payment! I began by trying to change how to pay, but I cannot because I am not an "administrator". I also cannot cancel my account and start over, or contact anywhere for help besides over the phone (and I have been very unlucky with some of these wait times). I cannot even view my plan or manage anything. I have contacted a few people through UMass, but they have either not responded or think I am nuts! Anyone else? Thank you!!!

I need to change the email address of one of my license holders in Adobe Acrobat DC.  I am the administrator and can change names, but cannot change their email.

I have the access through my university (Politecnico di Milano) enterprise, but today it's not working: when I try to Access and I put in my email and password, then the Creative Cloud redirects me to my Uni enterprise (as always) but then ERROR 500 pops up and I can't enter in the app to download Ae
