Hello,I've created a package with the Creative Cloud Packager version 1.14.0.97 of Adobe Acrobat 2017, so far everything is going well.After deploying the package the application is installed but when the user opens Acrobat he/she gets a login screen. After clicking it away Acrobat closes itself. Later I tried the solution what was indicated below:Disable Adobe Sign In Prompt – Acrobat Pro DC | adminfix  This gets me a step further, now I also get a login screen what I could close without closing the application too. According to the link I pasted above the login prompt should be gone completely but it isn't. I get the option to activate with the account that is I used to log in to the Creative Cloud Packager but this isn't an option for a deployment to end-users.Does someone has experience with this problem and knows how to solve it?

My customer has bought two licenses for Acrobat Standard DC 2017 (classic track). One German license key and one "International English" license key.So I have created two different .MST-files using Acrobat Customization Wizard one for each license key.Both files are identical except for the license key used for installation.Deployments are working fine, but when I start the Acrobat Distiller from the German installation it looks like this:In comparison this is the GUI of the english Distiller as it should be:No reboot or reinstallation could change that. I already tried to switch the Windows GUI, but no change.The target OS-platform is Windows 7 Enterprise (64-bit) patchlevel November 2018.I have not found any comparable issue when googling, yet.Has anybody got the same or similar issue and any hint how to fix that?

I've got a few questions (hopefully basic questions) in regards to the AdobeID Federated option (using SSO SAML), particularly related to account maintenance. 1. Do we still have to populate the AdobeID directory with users using a flat file? OR is this taken care of using SSO when users try to sign in for the first time? IF they do get added automatically upon the initial sign-in, does the AdobeID account manager have to drop them into the correct product group, or is this done automatically?2. When we delete users out of our Active Directory, does it also delete their AdobeID?3. Other than having the same password as their Active Directory password for their AdobeID, is there any substantial benefits from using SSO?Thanks for anyone's help with this.

Acrobat Pro DC has just updated itself on MY OWN PC and is now in trial mode.  I now have to uninstall and reinstall a product THAT I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR.  This is absolutely GD ridiculous!!!

When using the Acrobat Customization Wizard DC to build the MST for both Reader and Acrobat Pro, what does this mean under Default viewer for PDF Files --> "On Windows 10 this option will only set default PDF viewer for browsing and file preview." The forums don't have a selection for the Customization Wizard so I originally had this post in the Acrobat SDK. It was suggested there to post my question here in Enterprise Deployments. Hopefully you all know the Customization Wizard for working on Enterprise Deployments as I do myself. I cannot find anything online to explain this not even in Adobe Support. Thank you.

Hi,I'm wondering if there's any API available for libraries inside the creative cloud? I can only find documentation for files SDK but there's nothing about libraries, just an announcement that they'll be moved to assets.adobe.com soon.Features we needSome kind of an API where I could connect my web app to the libraries (each user would have his own Oauth2 login) and display their folders list. I would also need to have an option to download selected asset as a rendition (basically JPG or PNG).Is this doable right now? Will this be doable once the libraries are moved to the same domain as files?Thanks for the answers.

Hi Community,I'm trying to roll out Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams by using the Self Service Package created from within the admin console. It is getting pushed to the users machines and sillently installed in the system context. After it is installed, users can log into the cloud app and are able to install and update apps.However if they reboot their machines, which are Windows domain joined, these privileges are no longer granted and they are prompted for admin credentials again. The config.xml for self service still has the appropriate option set to 'true' but its ignored somehow. It was the most important advantage for us compared to single licences to move to teams because we were promised standard users would be able to maintain their adobe products on their own with a self service package created from the admin console. Is there anything that I missed maybe? Do we have to modify any group policy to get this to work? I already chatted with support and they told me standard users

Hi all,Two questions. I have 135,000 student accounts within my GSuite environment and I've completed all of the steps to federate our Google domain with Adobe. My first question is, why do I also have to upload accounts to the Adobe system if they are already federated and service enabled within Google? Uploading by CSV with a limit of 5000 accounts per file is a real pain and might be a show stopper for us to utilize Spark.Secondly, I have attempted to upload a CSV with some students in it based on the Adobe template and I'm getting the error for all accounts stating "User with this Username and Identity Type wasn't found in this organization" and I've confirmed the information is correct. What is going on here?Thanks.

We are a non-profit society and have purchased one licence of CC 2019 for Teams.   I have added 1 user in the admin console and it now says that all licences are used so is there no way to have multiple users accessing that single licence? We have different people on different computers needing to use the various products but NEVER at the same time and some will be very intermittent users eg once every 3 months for about a week at a time.

Hello all.We are deploying Adobe Reader DC via SCCM on our network with specific settings, and each time we wish to apply patches or updates via SCUP with the official Adobe catalog imported, the settings are being reset on our client workstations. (viewer.aapp being recreated, desktop icon being recreated, file associations...).Is there a way to avoid this?Thanks in advance for any clue anyone may have.

I currently have 100 Seats for CC All Apps. Ive always used the downloaded application packager to create my Adobe install packages. Doing so i was able to choose device lic with a deployment pool. With the new versions of CC Apps the application packager is no longer supported. Im forced to use the admin console. I can no longer choose what type of lic I want to use when creating a package.. When i create one, install it on either windows or mac i cannot use the programs without signing into CC.. Once i do, the program goes into trial mode.. This is due to the fact i cannot assign users to products in my TEAM Admin console. Its not even an option... At this point im not able to use Adobe Apps. There are no options to assign products to specific users...

Hi,I created a SCCM application to deploy Creative Cloud App. With RUM, I enabled RUM Inside that app and then disable it for all other softwares. As Creative Cloud App is always install Creative Cloud App is becoming the pivot for RUM.I don't find a –productVersions value to update Creative Cloud App. So I am able to update everything except creative Cloud app. Does it means I need deploying the new version each time instead using RUM?Thanks,

Hello! We have CC subscription per device. Apparently, according to the Adobe website, CC 2019 does not support serial number licensing. When we upgraded to CC 2019, apps come as a 7-day "Evaluation" app. How can we solve this problem?Avaliar = Evaluation

Good Morning,We are having some issues in one of our design suites where all of the PC's were initially signed in and the product key was entered for our organisation upon first set-up. The users were able to use the software hassle free for a good period but very recently it is asking for them all to be signed in again (with some asking for the product key alongside and some not) and a good proportion are asking to sign in for a trial of Adobe CS6 Master Collection. We didn't install the trial version, we installed the full version with the full version product key . Can someone point us in the right direction to get this resolved? Obviously this is slightly frustrating when teachers are trying to teach classes which use that software!Many Thanks

Hi,I had packaged all the apps and got a msi file. Then I have created an application in SCCM with this msi file but the application is not getting pushed through SCCM to my Test Machine. But when I tried to install manually via msiexec installation script, it worked. Then I had tried to create a package in SCCM with the same installation script but still the machine is not getting installed. I had checked the logs but not applications has been detected. Nothing has been downloaded in ccmcache. Can someone please advise ?
