We have an enterprise license for Creative Cloud. When some of our users login to our enterprise Adobe portal and use their enterprise IDs to download the product, they only get trial versions offered. We have had them manually uninstall other older Adobe products first, we have confirmed that the correct E-mail is being used, and we have tried creating new Adobe IDs. We can't install the full product even though our licenses are paid for. Any ideas why this is happening?
I have created Creative Cloud packages on MAC with os x el capitan. However I can not copy those packages to a network share. I get Error-36 messages. I have tried using dot_clean but that does not seem to work because i can not use any switches. Does anyone have any ideas how to get packages on to a network share
Hello - I have the Creative Cloud Packager installed. I have created many CC apps successfully. After packaging Lightroom CC 2015 64bit Windows, we run the .msi to install to the desktop. But the install quits almost immediately. The blue bar starts to move forward, then retracts and the screen closes. I have tried repackaging Lightroom several times now, all with the same result. Anyone else having issues with getting the Lightroom CC 2015 package to install? Thanks!
I've used the creative cloud packager a few times. I was trying to build a package yesterday but could not because I got a "There is a problem, please retry" message. It does it over and over again. The only difference I can tell is I recently upgraded my OS to El Capitan. Will there be an adobe update that fixes this issue? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software again. No luck though. Ultimately had had to try and build the package on a system running 10.9.5 instead.
I am trying to setup Adobe Update Server - In House. I have my AUSST file and my root folder named Adobe. It is on the desktop and in the inetpub\wwwroot folders. However, no matter where I specify in CMD it always gives me the Could not access the specified path error code 3. How can I fix this?

How do I reset all of our Acrobat XI Pro licenses to install on new machines? We have the license numbers but can't deactivate them on the old non working machines
Hello All – I need to install the Creative Cloud Design Std CC suite to our PC’s via SCCM 2007. We will first need to install Acrobat DC from the exceptions folder then all else in the build folder. I cannot use the Adobe Creative Cloud packager and this must be done the harder way. I suppose I have two options: Adobe says to Acrobat first by creating a batch file as outlined from adobe. Have the below run first:-----------------------------PushD "%~dp0"Set installdir=%~dp0@4628292 off Echo "Installing the Creative Cloud exceptions. Press any key to start the installation."PAUSEExceptionDeployer --workflow=install --mode=pre --installLanguage=en_USEcho "Finished installing the Creative Cloud exceptions. Press any key to finish."PAUSE-----------------------------However where do I put this batch file in SCCM? After the batch file runs, then what do you need to do in SCCM next? If you installed the whole suite and Acrobat before this, could you be awes
Gracias!

I'd like to deploy various CC applications, preferably as one or more CC Packager (CCP) packages, but without the CC Desktop application. What seems to make sense is to build and deploy a base package of those apps all users will want, say Acrobat DC and Photoshop, and then use additional CCP packages to install the additional apps that subsets of users need. If this is a supported method of deploying CC apps has Adobe formally documented it? Are there any caveats to deploying multiple CC apps in this way?
We have a customer with a Citrix server and they have ONE user who needs Acrobat Pro and that user has a valid license. However, when any other user tries to print to PF the installation of Pro (Rather than the installation of Reader) takes over, and pops up a window asking for the user to log in with their Adobe ID in order to 'Use their free trial of Pro'The other users all use Reader and do not need or have a license for Pro. How do we get this prompt to go away so that other users can print to PDF?(The user who has a licenses installation and logs in with their ID does not get this prompt when printing to PDF.)
I just upgraded and can't log in without serial number. I am on deadline and need to send a file to the printer. Help need asap.
I'm the administrator for a creative cloud for teams membership, and as of last week all of our users are getting a message saying that their membership has expired (it hasn't). Signing out and back in again doesn't make any difference, and neither does deleting the opm.db file as suggested in other posts with a similar problem. So far, the only workaround I've found is to revoke the licence from the user and then issue it back to them. A bit of a pain to be honest, especially for users who have files synced, and I don't want to make this a regular occurrence.Has anyone else experienced this issue, and come up with a more graceful solution? Thanks
Hi all,About ERROR: UpdaterCore failed for CFU errorCode(220) curRefId((null)) errorCodeString(U41M1C220)I hope you can provide some help on how to perform a RUM update in a domain. The users don't have admin rights and they have Creative Cloud Team installed on the machines. The software we like to update every night. We did read all the documentation but could not find a clue on the error below.+ We did deploy RUM tool to the end user machines.+ We did create a scheduled task via GPO and created a taskuser (admin rights) to run the RUM on the end user machines.+ We don't use a internal update server / we use just the adobe one.Below the error log generated when the scheduled task is started with elevated rights.03/25/14 22:30:00:420 | [INFO] | | AAMEE | Utilities | RemoteUpdateManager | | | 4752 | 03/25/14 22:30:00:420 | [INFO] | | AAMEE | Utilities | RemoteUpdateManager | | | 4752 | ##################################################03/25/14 22:30:00:420 | [IN
Hello,We are running into an issue with XA7.6 on PVS 7.6 and Server 2012 R2. I can key the master machine, but the provisioned targets are challenging users for the activation key. I downloaded the latest version of the Adobe Application Manager from the Using Adobe Provisioning Toolkit Enterprise Edition link and installed it. After installing the tool (no errors), the adobe_prtk.exe utility doesn't show up any where on the hard drive. I found and older version of the tool and installed that. The adobe_prtk.exe file did show up, but when I tried to run the command-line string with the key and leid to generate the prov.eml file I get an error 14. We opened a ticket with Adobe over a week ago and can't seem to get anyone to call us. When we try to talk to support we get run in circles. It is very frustrating as you might imagine and the client is livid at this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated.adobe_prtk.exe --tool=VolumeSerialize --generate --serial="<ENTER SERIAL #HERE&g
Hello,We are having an issue in our environment that we haven't been able to resolve. We are running Windows Server 2012 R2 terminal servers and users are using Roaming profiles. The issue we are having is that if there is more than one PDF viewer installed on the terminal servers (Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Reader for example) when the user chooses a default PDF application, once they log off and back on, that default preference is lost. They once again have to select their default PDF viewer, every time they log in. If there is only one PDF application installed on the server, the setting is retained without an issue. Also, if you use a local profile, even with multiple PDF viewers installed, the default setting is retained without an issue. We've tried using GPP to set the registry key to set the default viewer, however, the value has a Deny Write value applied to it. We've also tried scripting an export and import of they key upon logoff and logon respectively, however, the same issue
I created a custom installation package for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015 on Mac OS X Yosemite. It has various options turned off, such as cloud services. I built the package using a PLIST file that I got from another thread. The package creation is successful. However, when I try to install this custom package, I always get this error saying [Insert the "(null)" disc to continue the installation.]. At that point, there's nothing I can click on to close or get out of that window, and I have to eventually Force Quit the installer. What can be causing this problem? I believe I am following the instructions to the letter.
Hi,I have CC2015 Enterprise. The version of Photoshop installed it 16.0.0, 2015.0.0 release, 20150529.r.88 x64It seems like a version from May 29th,I know there are updates from Nov. 30th, there is supposed to be Photoshop 16.1 but when I go to Creative Cloud they do not show up. Why?I have to say that in general they way the CC cloud works is very poor. I'f you chose to install an up it's several minute of "Waiting....." and no, it's not my Internet. At work I have 600MB/sec (University)Why is CC soon bad?ThanksMichele
I have a customized install of reader installing the base package of 11.0.00 and then patching it to 11.0.09. Everything is working good except this message pops up. I have users that do not need to see this message. Help?
Here's what I did, step by step:1. Installed Adobe Acrobat DC with license key for user2. Upon first run, Adobe prompts for sign-in.3. I tell user I will defer her signing up an account with adobe (because I'm unsure of company policy) - Exited out of adobe4. I look to see how to disable sign-in prompt. Users point toward options within Adobe Customization Wizard5. Downloaded Adobe customization wizard, granted offline exception for license and disabled online features.here is the issue: now that i've installed the non-custom adobe for this user, how do i deactivate to reinstall the product, if i can't even get into the program without "signing up" with adobe? has the product been activated upon install when it asks for my license key, or would it need an adobe ID in its first launch to activate the software? i don't want this instance of an install to count against the license limit and then run into issues with a re-install.thanksedit (12/1/2
