Hi, I'm an Adobe Exchange Producer and would like to provide a method for users to rate our products.  However, I have not been able to find a way to get a direct link to the "Ratings & Reviews" section of the add-ons pages.  I can only find the link to the add-on as a whole (e.g. https://creative.adobe.com/addons/products/16897), which defaults to the "Product Info" section.  Is there a path / query parameter that I can use to jump right to the rating section?Cheers,-Brian

Dear Adobe, I am trying to contact someone about a wish request for a young disabled man who is to weak to move and uses a wheelchair to get around. His family takes care of him 24 7 and depends on the help of others to live. Lately he has taken an interest in video and graphic design. He uses some programs he has found for free but nothing great. He keeps his mind going by reading and learning new things. Even if he is in to much pain to have a job or use these talents he still wants to learn. Computers have always been his savior and something he can do from bed. I had all of theses filters on my photoshop program. Like watercolor, colored pencils, oil, pastel, conte crayon ect. Where did they go and why are they gone?  I want them back otherwise it isn't worth the money.

Looks like I'm not the only one dealing with this, but none of the existing posts I found actually show a resolve!I'm trying to install the Snap SVG Add-On for Animate CC 2017. ( https://creative.adobe.com/addons/patches/26811#.WMjGsBIrISQ  )Acquired and installed, but my CC Activity Stream is not receiving notifications.Here's what I've already tried:1) Checked to make sure I was logged in, and sync settings are enabled.2) Uninstalled, restarted, reinstalled.3) Tried downloading the .zxp file to install using Extension Manager (even though it's supposed to be obsolete). This resulted with two outcomes:          - "Cannot find required data from database"          - "Failed to install com.example.SnapPlatform. Please make sure the manifest.xml of this extension is valid... blah blah blah"          - You can see the actual errors here: Cannot Instal

I can't get Maya Live Link to install. It doesn't install in folder where is says it should be. I do not get an administrator request to install. I disabled my firewall and ad blockers. I have trouble shoot this for most of this morning and can't get it to work. It says at "apps acquired" but nothing happened. It did not install. Yes, file syncing is on. I am using the latest adobe cc desk top app.

I've been using Photoshop for probably 15+ years. I hear so much about Lightroom and how simple it is, but for me it's not intuitive. I have downloaded a few presets to play around. Once I apply the preset, is it possible to vary the opacity of the preset like it is in Photoshop?

Hi all,I have got a big problem with a special database plugin we use.We have to change the database completely, so this add-on is useless.But I can't remove the external add-on without an error message and stopping packing.I know there is a workaround using IDML.But I hope to find an other way (we have made more than 4000 files with this add-on).What can I do?Thanks in advance

I wrote an extension that has been approved for a while. I got an email from someone who bought the extension and couldn't install it on a Win computer with PS 2017. I have an extra computer and tried to install it also, as I just had the test files that were written with Brackets. I used the addons site to remove the extension, then tried to install it again. I said installing for a couple seconds, then the button on the website reverted back to "Install". This was a self-signed extension, and it looks like other people have purchased it, and have been able to install it. I've checked all the trouble shooting: CC app manager installed, file syncing on, allow internet access on, etc. Anyone have any ideas what is going wrong?

Hello,we are having difficulties with publishing a minor update of our Lightroom plugin. Current version of the plugin is 1.4.3, but we plan to release a new version with the 1.5.0 version number. When we initiate a new update by clicking  on "Upload patch" on the product site (in Adobe Producer Portal), we find that a new draft product will be created with the version number 1.4.4.We went through all the possibilities, which are:- adding the zipped version of the lrplugin folder to the files along with a mxi metadata where the plugin version is defined- adding the self-packaged zxp fileThe result was never the expected, as the plugin's version stayed 1.4.4 instead of the expected 1.5.0 that was defined in the metadata.Please, can somebody share the correct way of achieving this!Thanks
