My view settings are not saved for each folder. If I first set the list view and then switch to thumbnail view in a subfolder and then return to the parent folder, I still see the thumbnail view even though I would like to keep the list view there. Would it be possible to give users the option in the settings to save the view settings for each folder?This is the default setting in Windows Explorer. Each folder retains its view settings even if you select a different view setting in another folder.I would like to have this in Bridge as well.

Via search or filter in Bridge we would like to display all images that are located in a folder with the name “03_JPG”, for example. Eu gostaria que os grupos de arquivos fossem mantidos após uma conversao pelo export, eu trabalho criando grupos de arquivos em RAW no Bridge, logo após faço o tratamento desses grupos com o Camera Raw, e depois eu preciso converte-los para JPG, mas ao fazer a conversão os grupos não são mantidos, e isso me atrapalha, pois eu preciso ir convertendo grupo a grupo para não se misturarem, a idéia é que na pasta do JPG tenha os mesmos grupos do RAW

Hi, I've been looking for a way to reset the number sequencing when batch renaming in Bridge but have not been able to find a way to do this. I found some older posts which said it was not possible but nothing more recent so was not sure if this was still a limitation or there is a workaround that may be suggested without having to manually set the sequence number back to 1 each time.What I'm trying to do view all assets within a series of folders which I can do via View -> Show Items from Subfolders. I then Select All and then Batch Rename. This works but the sequencing keeps counting up. This is a small request but I used it every day and it has agrivated me for years.When doing a "Batch Rename" I use both Sequence Number and Sequence Letter. When I move from SN to SL the default is UPPERCASE. I prefer lowercase so I change it. Then I do my numbering. Next, I then change from SL to SN and I mostly use "2 Digit" but it defaults to 3 Digits. So I chnage it and then do my numbering. The day continues and I have to change back to SL and the default is back to uppercase and I have to change it. Then I move to SN and it's back to 3 Digits and I have to change it. I realize it's a little thing, but if you could make it just STAY on the last thing you choose this would save me UNTOLD house of clicking everyday. Once you choose lowercase it just stays there even when you switch too SN....and same with 2 Digits. Thank you for listening to my RANT. Kirk Voclain

After decades of collecting images and trying to organize, my students need a built-in Bridge feature to Find Duplicates within a folder and its subfolders.Once found, having options to compare, skip, delete, etc, would be great. This would solve a problem without having to use another app.

Con mi trabajo me va muy bien utilizar las etiquetas y las estrellas y, aunque ya hay muchas, no tengo suficiente. Quizás a alguien más le pase. Estaría bien poder seleccionar tantos colores como se quisiera, tipo un "personalizado" y elegir todos los colores que se necesiten. Gracias por leer mi idea, que sean felices!

When I search for a keyword, the results are highlighted with a rather dark blue.  This means black letters with dark blue highlight - which makes it difficult to read.  Can we change that? I've attached a screenshot. 

In Bridge -> Output you can activate the output of file names with or without extension. In some cases, especially if the files to be output are in collections, it would be very useful if the associated paths could also be optionally output. An additional option should be that only the last part of the path from which the paths differs is output. Means: The same pathes (seen from the root) should optionally be able to be hidden, so that, for example, the entire folder structure is not exposed when being passed on in the form of a PDF to external persons.

So, I have an extensive keyword list and I have discovered its actually quite difficult to find the right ones most of the time, if not all the time. You scroll through and where is that "Public Transport" one and where is "Cake" again? So I end up scrolling up and down needlessly. Sure, perhaps it's me, I'm getting old. Still, the way it is now is not visually "appealing" and it is like looking at 10.000 movies posters on Netflix trying to find one to watch.I suggest that each new letter start keyword get a space in between or the corresponding letter as a separator. Or perhaps get a BOLD lettering. That way its way easier to visually skim the list and figure out where youre supposed to go. What I have done as a temporary "fix" is to create a new keyword with the corresponding letter and then some stars and then the letter repeating 3 times afterwards. That way I get a "line" between each letter. A ********** AAAB ********** BBBF ********** FFF 

The spacing in the Content tab is too large.Wouldn't it be better to let users adjust it themselves?For example, users with 4K monitors might prefer wider spacing, while those with FHD monitors may want it to be more compact. 

Stop or pause button for immediate hold of generating previews, during the process.There are a few cases it would be very nice to stop this process.For example in a folder with many large TIFF files, especially if clicked on by accident. Bridge will continue endlessly, or grey out when clicked on again.Certainly if this folder is on an external backup NAS over the network. Maybe there are other background processes, this would be useful for. However, this can hardly be called a background process, since Bridge is effectively inaccessible.

I use Bridge and the attached Camera Raw to most of my image editing.(Iuse them as my 'Digital Darkroom' before any possibe editing in Photoshop which I do not always find neccessary to my work).A part of my workflow in Camera Raw is to create a number of 'Snapsjhts' during editing.In both Camera Raw and on the Bridge thumbnails - I very much miss some kind of notification symbol, that indicates to me that there is a number of snapshots related to the specific image.Will be very useful to have ...RegardsKeld Vinther    

Bridge automated photo stacking is simply a painful existence.  I run a real estate media company and we are shooting thousands of images per day. Our workflow includes stacking 5 image brackets for file management and organization while culling. Bridge's "Auto Stack HDR" is effectively useless. It NEVER works correctly and ithas no customization for stacking parameters. Lightroom at least has a "Stack By Capture Time" feature which is decent but lightroom itself is not a great choice for file manageent. We NEED the abilty to set custom parameters for auto stacking. All of the data needed is in the meta data.  We need options for stacking via Capture TimeSequenceEVExposure CompensationFile TypeCamera Serial Number Any other meta data that may be relevant.  Additionally, Please make selecting the WHOLE STACK the standard and selecting the top image require the option key. I can't think of a reason that someone would want to drag the

Hi,I download the plugin on Adobe Stock for AVIF/AV1 format compatiblity for Photoshop but i mainly use Adobe Bridge for managing and searching for images for projects.How comes that AVIF format not supported into Adobe Bridge?Could we have a plugin also for Bridge please?Thanks. 

It would be an awesome quality of life change for bridge to be able to display the previes for blender files! 

The re-write of Bridge, in my opinion, is the worst software product release of all time. And I have been a personal computer user since Vic-20. I disliked it then, I dislike it more now. It still lacks much of the features of the old one. It certainly in every area performs WORSE than the original version.
