Feature Requests

I understand that Apple made some changes to their API, but there has to be a work around to the new Save as Copy feature in Photoshop. This new feature is so cumbersome and time consuming that it's ridicuous. whats even more ridculous is that the destination folder revert back to the default when you click on the Save as copy button. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. I don't even want to think about all of the time I've wasted with the new save dialog.   Thanks

I wish I could scale the preview of selected foreground/background colors with click&drag. As now I feel like the selected colors are very small, which makes selecting correct shade harder. 

I've recently been dabbling in fixed layout our epub creation, to produce comic books. The comic books I make have extremely simple layouts, I.E, each comic page (including the cover) is a single image.  InDesign already has an export to fixed layout epub option, however it would be cool if you could export photoshop layers to a fixed layout epub.  If it was possible to export to a fixed layout epub some export options would come in handy. Assign cover image (default to top layer)Allow the creation of Dublin core metadata elementsChoose image compression (if any) options. Ideally, options like in the save to web legacy has Baring that idea, exporting layers to InDesign or single PDF would be the next best option.

After selecting import/open and navigating to my pdf that I want to open the files are all grayed out and I cannot select them. It appears that Photoshop Mobile doesn’t support opening PDFs. I find this hard to believe, so please let me know if it’s something I’m doing wrong. If not, I would hope Adobe adds this feature very quickly.

Images that are printed in newspapers or magazines are "screened" before printing and consist of specific dot patterns. A neural filter similar to the "remove JPEG artifacts" filter that reduces/removes the effect of the screening patterns would be very useful.

You added NFT which is great but it is only for Metamask. Can we pease just have a place to enter our address form other wallets? Some of us have years of work with wallets that are not MetaMask (or the other two you have listed)

Adobe,I strongly suggest to add back older version of photoshop in the creative cloud desktop apps: '' drop down list : other versions " ? You only kept v23 and v22, it make no sense and many of your client member, like me need to have access to the software version , in my case photoshop that work ok, meaning lesser bug on ower PC...It's a safety net, to have access to older version... Photoshop v21 is not that old, adobe had a upgrade for v21 just few week ago.. Please do ti pretty soon .. I need v21 so badly I can not work and can not complete the work for my clients 

Hey, First of all I have been a Photoshop user since 1999. I am a designer and an instructor. I have a course which has over 35.000 subscribers at Udemy. Nowadays I am a lecturer at Istanbul Kultur University and teaching Photoshop in Turkey. Photoshop is getting easier and easier to use. I also teach Photoshop to my 8 years old son. He likes it so much. I think that, If you can redesign some features just for kids, they can become interested in Photoshop at a very early age. Maybe you can release another version of Photoshop just for kids or you can offer an alternative view (kids view) in the standard Photoshop. Photoshop can be learned in primary schools and even in preschools. I think this is a necessity. If you want me to share the features which I care about according to my experience, I can do it in a short time. Regards,Faruk Tasdemir

Hallo, ich würde mir wünschen, dass die selektive Farbkorrektur genau die gleichen Farben enthält wie in CR beim Farbmischer. Ich vermisse die Lilatöne und Orangetöne. Vielleicht könnte man die noch hinzufügen. Dankeschön 🙂

When pasting from Illustrator into Photoshop, text boxes should have the option to paste as a type layer (similar to paste as a shape layer). This feature would allow you to work with typography in Illustrator and easily bring it back into Photoshop to streamline the workflow. [In the latest release (v23.0) the new paste as layers option became available, but it rasterizes all the text boxes and doesn't allow any further edits within Photoshop.]

Can you guys make a 9-up setting within the window > arrange tab?   Would be helpful when working with extra screen real estate...

Crop Tool to show Ratio in the Info panel along with X,Y and W,H.While cropping I want to see what the ratio is while I'm dragging the crop edges. Of course I can stop, calculate it based on Width and Height (W,H) values manually, then continue to adjust edges, but it will be more convenient to see the ratio value calculated.  It is typically in those cases when I want to crop to some desired ratio, but doing that though crop ratio preset is more restrictive and less convenient.

If you are using a color picker while using a brush, you probably use Alt alllllll the time.If you just once select a new brush while doing so, forgetting the release alt (or being unaware of this 'feature'), you'll just yeet your brush out of Photoshop. And for any illustrator, you're probably using your own brushes too, so you can't simply 'restore' via the menu.  Is there a way to remove this feature? It's extremely destructive and I have wasted HOURS of time I can never get back just because of this stupid function that nobody ever deliberately uses. 

There is a 12 character limit on the suffix when 'exporting as'.This doenst seem to serve any purpose and is annoying when the suffix needs to be longer than 12 characters.Hope this gets solved on the next update.

I recently noticed this issue — when starting Photoshop and using the brush tool (90+% of what I do), the brush window shows the first or top brushes in the palette, not the currently or last used brush. If I try to change brushes via the ',' or '.' hotkeys, the window will not advance to display the current or last used brush (though the brush is changing). I have to scroll through the window itself to the brush I want, and select it in the window for the brush window to behave normally. Is there a fix for this? When outlining an area with a lasoo, it would be very convenient to save that particular lasoo with the image file. That way it could be easily recalled and reused instead of having to redraw the lasoo.   The saved lasoo would only be available on the individual file that the lasoo was created on.

While it's nice to have the new version of Photoshop on Mobile, as a photographer, launching the app with no Dodge and Burn makes it feel incomplete. While I know it's supposed to be built on the real photoshop code, missing features like that make it still feel like a compromised mobile app. I would have rather you delayed the release and make it more complete as right now without those features it's really a no go for me and my fellow photographer friends.

It is almost impossible to use the gradient editor to simulate blending between lights, because it draws a straight line through RGB space. It would be good to be able to select HSL and LAB colour spaces for the gradient editor, and it would be even better if you could make bezier curves through RGB space, like the free tool at http://www.foddy.net/2010/10/gentle-g... is pretty frustrating that there was more flexibility in Deluxe Paint IV's gradient tool 23 years ago than there is in Photoshop's gradient tool now.

I can’t import a simple Nikon Raw (.nef) file into photoshop iPad. The foto is on my iPad I can open it from files app but photoshop is not able to import!!!!!

I NEED the Rotate view tool (R) inside the Liquify, it'd be VERY handy!

Everytime we have to save in jpg or tiff we get a dialog-box up with options, could we move this when checked as default to preferences and never get this up again? Or put these checkboxes in the first window where you choose path etc? Have this as a "save as default-options" or similar. With this option we don't need to check everytime that you have correct options and newbies also don't do anything wrong by having the standard settings on. JPG with max compression and so on..

Maybe there is a way do this, but I haven't found a way. It would be great to be able to edit a path or shape with javascript. Say just move one anchor point or adjust the handles. Currently you have to recreate the entire shape to make any changes.

It seems like an oversight that there is no keyboard shortcut to create a new artboard in Photoshop. I am getting sick of clicking menus, especially since they are on a different screen.   Since a new layer is Shift+Ctrl+N, maybe something like Alt+Ctrl+N
