I use a workflow where I send images from LR to PS by selecting a sequence of images and choosing the "Edit in > Merbe to panaroma in Photoshop" option. The settings default to the same "Auto" & "Blend images together" every time I do this. I wish it would remember the settings I used last time (just like LR does when doing panoramas) as I always use the same settings.

Hi, As many users i have recently begun seeing the bugs with the normal and height map generators. As a texture artist, i do not use the additional 3d tools in adobes toolbox but i do use these. So it is an awful shame for them to be moved behind a paywall due to their technical issues with the current photoshop build. For this reason i suggest you create some kind of "3d core" that is included in the Creative Cloud All Apps setup, which would include access to these generators and very, very basic tools. Who knows, having convenient access to tools of this type could help encourage creators to bridge the gap and join the substance crew as well, instead of moving on to clip studio paint and xnormals like i am probably going to have to do..

I'm a Web Designer and I would like to combine Smart Objects and Layer Comps in my daily workflow more effectively. I would like to select which Layer Comp inside a Smart Object I want to display on the Root Document where it is placed and also store that again in a Layer Comp of the Root Document. This could allow for example to store the Menu of a Website in one Smart Object but call different active states of this Menu from the Main PSD.

About saving data in the cloud using photoshop etc. If you store your data in the cloud, you won't know what's stored. I want you to be able to save the shortcut icon to the cloud on your computer. Then, you can search with file search software such as "Everything", which is very convenient. If you want to use a file, you can open the data saved in the cloud just by clicking the shortcut icon.photoshopなどを使っていてクラウドにデーターを保存する際について。クラウドにデータを保存してしまうと、何が保存されているのか分からなくなってしまう。クラウドへのショートカットアイコンを、パソコン上に保存できるようにしてほしい。そうすれば、「Everything」のようなファイル検索ソフトで検索をすることが出来て、とても便利だと思います。ファイルを使いたければ、ショートカットアイコンをクリックするだけでクラウドに保存されたデータを開ける仕組みです。  

The B&W adjustment layer is frequently used with Luminosity blending mode to enhance color images, and serves to fill in for some of the color-based luminosity tools found in Lr's Develop module. Further, the Hue & Saturation adjustment allows targeted selection of hues and ranges to enable saturation adjustments. I'd like to see the capabilities and UI blended. On the B&W adjustment layer, we get sliders for six major hue families, but we do not have the ability to fine-tune the selection ranges as with Hue & Saturation. On the H/S panel, we don't get to see all of the hue families at once, sometimes making it difficult to track progress and slowing down work as each range must be selected from a menu. Please add the H/S "color ramps" to to the B&W sliders for more refined control over hue selection ranges.Please enhance the UI on the H/S adjustment layer so RGBCMY ranges are simultaneously visible, while retaining the precision color ramp controls. 

It would be nice to have the ability to work with a FITS image in Photoshop directly when doing astrophotography.  Currently, free and other software will do this such as GIMP and Affinity but not Photoshop.  I would imagine that this would be an easy addition since other software is able to do it.  Now the only way to work with is, short of installinga ten year old plugin, is to convert to a TIFF.  Please consider adding the ability to work with a FITS file.

As far as I can tell there is no way to do this currently, but correct me if I'm wrong. Basically, say I have a bunch of overlapping objects, and I want to apply the exact same layer effect to each of them. Currently, I have to copy the layer effect to each layer, and then if I decide to alter it, I have to go through and either edit each layer's effect separately, or copy them over again. It would be great if I could just group the items and apply the layer effect to the group as a whole. Obviously this does work, if the objects are separated - but like I said, if I want to do this with overlapping objects, this doesn't work, because the layer effect applies as though the objects are merged (i.e. if I have several concentric circles in a group and I apply a drop shadow to the group, it applies only to the outermost circle). 

I think it would help me if you could see grid lines (rule of thirds) in the print setup dialog, as you need to position/move/ resize the image sometimes in the print output stage? Or is there a way of doing this? Thanks

It would be excellent and much easier to be able to import a video on the iPad version of photoshop to be able to trace and animate. I am aware it’s possible on desktop but tracing with a pencil is much easier. 

Okay, I have a couple things that are driving me nuts in Photoshop and I am hoping that you can improve them: 1.) I really like the option to edit my "desktop layout" / how the tools are viewed and I like that they dock in nicely at the side, but I REALLY want to be able to lock this set-up. I drag things around all the time by mistake when I go to actually use the tools. 2.) The new "Save As" vs "Save a Copy" is probably annoying everyone... I understand the reasoning behind this feature, but I just keep clicking the wrong thing out of habit. A lot of the saving features are easy to overlook and sometimes I just wish that I could set presets on how I usually do things - TIFFs w/out layers and "Save for Web" with selectable variables of 72 and 96 dpi (that don't change the resolution of the actual document), etc. My suggestion would be to have one save option in the menu - a window that also pops up with a sensible shortcut and this window should have a nicely designed set of square

I would really like the ability to change color formats on the mobile version of photoshop. It is clear the greyscale conversion is a common frustration among desktop users so why the mobile version did not support a conversion solution is beyond me.

I've almost given up on making my own custom workspaces in Adobe products because every other time they update the software, the couple workspaces that I made are just plain gone.  Let me save them to oneDrive(or google drive if that's what you use. just not Adobe Creative Cloud because their cloud storage has issues) instead, so I can keep a backup AND I can easily share the workspace I made with a coworker.  If you're not going to a Least let us do that, could you Please save them to the cloud so there is a backup? Sometimes, oops, I've changed the workspace somehow. And by Somehow I mean I opened photoshop at home on a single 4K monitor, but last had it open on dual 1K monitors at work, and that messes up your workspace. I'd like to just revert back to what it was previously. I'd also like it to be smart enough to know that if use one workspace on just my laptop, then a different workspace if I'm using dual monitors, and a different workspace for my bigger 4K monitor then

I am using data sets in Photoshop. The text file that I am importing from uses '\n' instead of line feeds/breaks. It would be very helpful if Photoshop could handle these gracefully by replacing escaped characters with the equivalent character on import. For example, it should replace \n with line breaks. Otherwise, I have to manipulate the file in a text editor to replace the characters before importing the file into Photoshop as data sets. Thank you!

Adjustable grid size for the warp tool

Hello, I need this function to be added in PS: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C9FeOidxeBo + I need a clear layer function without deleting it (CTRL + A + delete and actions does not consider as this is a handicap methods, I need 1 button to clear a layer as all normal drawing apps have)

I know, I can rotate the canvas view. But I'm really missing the option to mirror the canvas, without doing changes on my image. I'm working with a Cintiq tablet. I have my own hand disturbing my view on the picture very often.  Also after working some hours on an image, a mirrored view on it can help finding errors. 

Is there any way (or this is an idea for Adobe) to designate a particular area and particular spot (such as a freckle) to where the software would mass remove anything of that color and replace it with what you'd get using the Spot Healing Brush? As it stands, my wife is VERY freckly and even has other white areas where she appears to have lost pigment in her skin.  Doing this in Photoshop one click at a time is making my hand fall asleep. So if it can't be done...Adobe, can you help?

I work as a DTP specialist for a large ad agency, I do print and digital ads and I miss the possibility of simultaneously viewing RGB, CMYK and Total ink values in the info panel (third color readout). Constantly switching views with the options panel is terribly annoying, 3 color readout would make - probably not only my work - a lot easier.

I'm sure this has been suggested before but I think  a great add in feature would be when trying to import gradients, brushes, patterns ect that we could do more than 1 at a time. I mean if you have hundreds it is quite daunting

the file info gives the gps co-ordinates (Lat and Long) but there is no way of imprinting this on the display print. It can be done by a laborious manual process but I would like to be able to copy and paste it from the file info and be able to have the process automated for a batch on digital images. My TZ20 put the date and time on the image but not the gps info. Christopher ARPS.

Please make Photoshop tab buttons like google chrome, as it is shrinking when lot of tabs open, so we can drag and drop objects easily through tabs. 

I am a user in the Arab Middle East, we hope to get a full (translation of the Arabic language) for the Photoshop menus to make it easier to deal with and benefit from.

Hi, could this feature be implemented into photoshop?I am noticing that I often have to rename layers when using other people's files or when I forget something and realise too late.It would be great if I could search by name and/or select multiple layers and tell in one place how to rename them instead of going from one layer to the next one doing so many layers one by one.I tried to use the Tab key, but that jumps inconsistently to random layers instead of the next one and with bigger files it takes ages to load the renaming.I think this would be a very useful feature.

Hi, In search mode in Photoshop, hiding multiple layers in one go is not working the same way as outside or search mode. Usually I can just slide through the eye icons hiding or revealing layers, but in search mode I have to do clicking one by one. Could this be implemented in there as well? It would make work much faster. Thanks!aa

Hi,   Our company would like to use Photoshop (and later InDesign) UXP plugin with our java application server. We use Rest Api interface.   Problems:- Because Photoshop (or InDesign desktop version) always will run on a desktop machine Rest request cause --> CORS error- We use self signed SSL certificate for own servers. There is no user interface for enable a non secure site when I send a request --> Network error   Proposal:Options for plugins (maybe in manifest.json):- cors: true/false- secure: true/false <--- ignore SSL certificate errors Without some node cors proxy (eg http-proxy-middleware) it is not possible now.    I think a lot of developers would be grateful for these options. For CEP I could turn off CEF security but the UXP does not use CEF for rendering. It is a general network problem for UXP developers. (e.g. for InDesign is important also)   ThxKaroly
