WHY can't Photoshop read corrupt or missing jpeg-markers and a common free program like Preview can ? (Photoshop should act as a swiss knife,given the price ?)

    We should be able to read pics from WhatsApp in the current version of Photoshop. I think a lot of people were bit by saving files with .jpg extensions when it's actually a different file type.
