Hi,  So similar to the title really, I was wondering if like in Avid, when I nudge a clip up or down, I can set it to some not delete the tracks it goes through? 

Would love it if the zoom hot keys would zoom into the timeline when that area is selected. As in, instead of making the thumbnail bigger it had the effect the slider at the bottom does. So you can more accurately see where to cut and zoom back out again quickly to move. The same would be amazing for after effects, so you can quickly adjust by smaller time increments.

It would be great to have the ability to increase the shuttle speed by a factor other than 2. I love using the shuttle function to review and scrub footage but sometimes 2x speed is too fast. I would love to have the option to increase the interval by 1.5 instead of 2, or even having the ability to slowly increase by a constant interval would sometimes be helpful. I'm currently working on hour-long videos with captions and reviewing the captions for accuracy. It would be great to have the ability to slowly increase the speed during sections with little dialogue and slow it down during sections with a lot.

Hey Team,   With the filler word filter being set up would it be possible to have a censor feature that either bleeps a curse word or user defined words by overwriting the audio from bars and tones over the filtered word and the option to remove censors as well like an on / off switch for when there's a censored and uncensored version of a project needed.

Each guide is different in each sequence

When creating Japanese captions from automatic transcription, I would like the captions to be generated so that they match the cuts in the audio track. Currently, captions are generated across cuts in the audio track as shown below.Ideally, they should be generated as follows.-----------------継続することです当たり前のことですが勉強を継続するのが何よりも大切です世の中では...----------------- Currently, this is corrected using caption splitting and merging, but this process alone takes a lot of time when it comes to videos with subtitles. If this issue were addressed, it would eliminate the need to correct cuts by splitting and merging captions, and I am sure that this would greatly increase the editing speed. Thank you very much for your consideration.

自動文字起こしからキャプションを作成すると、キャプションがオーディオトラックの切れ目と一致するように生成されるようにしてほしいです。  現状は下記のようにオーディオトラックの切れ目をまたいでキャプションが生成されてしまいます。理想は-----------------継続することです当たり前のことですが勉強を継続するのが何よりも大切です世の中では...-----------------のように生成されることです。  現状はキャプションの分割・結合を使って修正していますが、フルテロップの動画になるとこの作業だけでかなりの時間がかかってしまいます。 この点が改善されれば、キャプションの分割、結合で切れ目を修正する必要がなくなり、編集スピードが大幅にアップすると確信しています。 ぜひともご検討よろしくお願いいたします。

Although a multicam clip is essentially a sequence there is one thing not possible:When i load a sequence into the source monitor i can get a detailed view of it in the timeline ("open sequence in timeline"): Timeline view and source onitor correspond one with the other, setting in and out points alters both views. But i can not do that once i promoted the sequence to a multicam clip.I know that i can open the multicam clip separatly from the project panel, but this view is not linked to the source monitor: Setting in and out points in the timeline view does not set them in the source viewer and vice versa. So i have to read the tc in the timeline panel, enter it manually in the source viewer and set the in point there.Why do i ask for this feature? I like to work with whole days in a sequence i use as multicam clips, and an overview in the timeline linked to the source monitor would be a great option 

Although the master fader in the audio track mixer does not show a mute button it exists. When i work with Avid's Eucon controller software on a tablet the button shows up and i can mute all audio with one click. This is a handy tool for example when switching between timeline and noisy sources in the source monitor, and since the function exists i would suggest to make it availabe as a button and - even better - a mappable key.

Hey everyone,I often edit live streams that have multiple cameras baked into one stream that I then have to edit into single presentations. I usually use auto edit detection to seperate the different cameras onto different video tracks so I will have an easier workflow when it comes to color correction. But of course seperating each camera after each cut individually takes up some time as well. I'd love if the auto edit detect function would also learn to understand the different camera angles and lift each angle to a seperate video track automatically.  Let me know if anyone else has a better solution or what you think about this idea. Mike

I would love if Premiere could auto-sync existing caption or subtitle files to a video, by scanning the audio. I have many videos that where the act breaks were formatted differently than how the original caption files are. Also I noticed that some of the timings of the beginning of each act are wonky in the original caption files (maybe due to some old TV CC issue coming from a break?)In my case, the auto generated transcript/caption files in Premiere is not helpful because there are so many words mispelled, due to a lot of uncommon words/spellings in the show I work on. So it would be great if I could take the original caption files with the correct spellings and have it resync to the videos. I have been just manually resyncing the captions in Premiere and it probably only takes me about 10-15 minutes per episode. But I'm working on 20 years of content, so that's probably over 1,000 episodes. So it would be great if there was an automated way. Thanks!

In older versions of Premiere Pro, there was a feature where the Text Tool would remember the text used in the previous session. I found this option helpful because I frequently use the same text for my videos, and having to change it every time is a bit tedious. Additionally, the options for Stroke, Shadow, and other text effects were hidden by default, requiring me to click on an arrow to reveal them. I would prefer these options to be open by default for a smoother and faster text editing experience. It would be great if there could be a preference in the settings to customize this behavior. Thank you for considering this feedback. I know text styles exists (but i find them slower to use)

Hi all. I have been using PP for many years, along with Avid. When dear god will Adobe sort out Toggle source record! And make it the click of a button, not a painfull ridiculous process to do something so very simple. Avid does it with ease. steal it, make it work, it saves so much time. Please oh please. lol Hello Adobe, anyone listening? 

Every time I add captions to my videos it takes 3 extra unnecessary clicks to create the captions. 1. Selecting the caption preset.2. Clicking the blue down arrow (it starts closed)3. Selecting the text style. It would be great if defaults could be set that "stick". 3 steps may not seem much, but I am doing hundreds of shorts videos so it adds up very quickly.  

I have more than one monitor, and have the video display from my timeline displayed on an entire second monitor.  I would love to be able to double click the window to have it fill the entire screen, rather than continually adjusting the size to maximize it.  

add a vertical sequences for editing reel 

Hi all,I have been using premiere for over 20 years now. Here lately a lot of advances have been added. I would like to expand on that.TEXT AI, I love it, it works ok, I also have a youtube channel with close to 900 videos of police interviews and such, adobe struggles with that as even I do. But when it's fairly clear it does good, here lately it has improved a LOT! Now, here is my ask, more control over captions, to not have punctuations and such, it just doesn't look good for shorts and certain applications. More control over position of the captions, currently I have to check the captions and nest the sequence to position, seems there could be a better way. Figure a way around the extremely hard proccessing power it needs to function, I am playing catch the mouse pointer over here.. I have never had these issues until latey. The AI text is great but you guys should develop an app just for that, one that will do the captions and spit out an overlay that can be placed where ever

Maybe this already exists but I'm not seeing it. We need a Reduce Project option like After Effects. Benefit:This would be a seriously welcomed feature for simplifying/organizing file content and source material. How it works:Basically exactly the way the After Effects uses File/Dependencies/Reduce ProjectSelect the sequence you want to keep - using the same method as in AE (for consistency between programs). Premiere dumps everything that isn't associated with that Sequence, keeping nested sequences and their associated content. Now you have ONLY what is required for the selected sequence and everything else is dumped from the file - not the drive. The result is a simplified file with only what was required for the selected sequence. I'm kind of surprised this feature isn't in Premiere by now. I use it alot with After Effects and it's extremely handy. If anyone else sees the value in this please vote. Thanks!Randy C.

PROVIDE A LIVE SAVE OPTION IN LIKE DAVINCI RESOLVEAND ALSO PLS PROVIDE A FEATURE THROUGH WHICH WE CAN ACTUALLY OPEN AFTER EFFECTS AS A WINDOW STRAIT FROM PREMIER PRO AND PLS DO MAKE CORRECTIONS ON THE CRASHING OF PREMIER TOO ALSO IF THE DEVS CAN ADD THE GENERATIVE FILL LIKE PHOTOSHOP INTO PREMIER PRO THEN IT WOULD BE A GREAT ADVANTAGE AND HELP TO THE CREATORS AND EDITORSHOPE THE DEVS WILL BRING IN THIS FEATURES.... 

I often have 15 to 20 masks, and managing them has become difficult.  When adding an opacity preset, it adds, not replaces the new masks, so I currently have to delete each mask one at a time.   Having the option to replace all existing masks, and/or deleting them all at once would be quite helpful.  

I've run into this issue a couple times. Granted, it's an edge case, but I've run into it a few times. Tools like Google Drive and OneDrive both have an issue where if you have a lot of items in their upload queue, they don't prioritize downloads. This causes issues in both Premiere and After Effects where files are seen as missing and since they won't/can't download, the locate modal gets stuck on a spinner waiting for the drive to respond. The cancel button has no effect. Can you create a time out that will escape out of that situation?

I use a Macbook Pro for video editing, and in my dock where I am able to quickly launch software, Adobe has made the colors of the suite of software I use regularly almost the same color. I suggest using different colors. This is a small pet peeve of mine, but wanted to suggest this improvement. 

I find the autoscroll feature that centres a caption in the captions tab very frustrating. I'd like the option to turn it off. It scrolls so slowly, and there's often a delay after clicking. That makes it very difficult to select and double click a caption as I'm working through them. I'd rather just keep mousewheel scrolling and be able to select, double click, and edit the captions I need to manually.Turning off all video tracks helps, but the choice to disable the auto scroll to centre the caption that is clicked within the captions tab would make the whole thing so much quicker and easier to use.

Merhaba.  Premiere Pro uygulamasının ara yüzünde Türkçe bulunmamaktadır. Ben programı kullanırken çok zorlanıyorum. Bu konuda bir yenilik getirmenizi talep ediyorum. Türkiyede yaşayan premiere pro kullanıcıların programa daha kolay bir şekilde uyum sağlaması için lütfen bunu değerlendirin.  Teşekkürler.

Bring selection masking to premiere! Stuff like select subject would be so nice to have in premiere without having to go into photoshop, or for quick masks that we can then track. It's in every other Adobe software, why not Premiere?
