Track lock on the timeline should not lock the switches. Now when I lock a selected track, I can't mute it (audio) or hide it (video) without unlocking it first. This is incomprehensible. When I lock a track, I want to protect it from editing, from accidentally deleting some pieces. Please make the lock and mute/visibility switches work independently. It would be nice if the solo switch also worked independently of the track lock.

The Video FX mute button is really handy, but we could really do with an Audio FX one. 

Hi, I am using Premier Pro 25. Windows. I need to change the UI text color. I need help. The video am working on has a blue sky, and the anchor point is also blue... I am at a loss. I'm always confused as to why Adobe Premiere does not have a lot of the easy-to-apply transitions and motion effects that CapCut, VN or Canva have? Premiere still only has the old-school basic transitions/effects which are great starters, BUT the software should also have a section with all of the modern, pre-built effects/transitions to help people save time instead of creating them from scratch if they are in a hurry. I know you can get them from companies such as Motion Array, Story Blocks, etc., but they're not exactly user-friendly because you have to find a way to properly organize them in your presets. Plus, it takes a lot time to go through them all to figure out which one you want. You have to drag them first on your timeline to see if it works and that certainly is not ideal. Other companies offer this as a paid plug-in but not everyone can afford these and really, they should be included with Premiere in an easy-to-use interface designed to save time. Possible

Hello,I'm writing here because I have a bug that's making me lose a lot of time.I've recreated the bug because I can't show concrete examples (confidentiality is a must). The bug concerns the relationship between effect layers, masks and sequences. In the example, I have a 1920 x 1080 video, to which I've added an effect layer of the same size.I lightened the river with a color lumetri, then applied a mask to display it only on the river. Then I tracked.So far, so good. Now my client wants me to deliver the same rush in 1080 x 1920. So I duplicate my sequence and... the mask goes completely west.You can clearly see that the mask contour is right, but that the area in which it acts is completely squeezed. The first time this happened, I had to redo the masks on all my shots, for all my formats! (4/5 , 1/1,...)Losted so much time Then for a subsequent project, I tried to make a 1920x1920 effect layer to cover my 4 formats, but there....same problem. Now I use after ef

Paths - it's really importan thing when you have many source in diffrents locations. It's very expensive to jump throuth tree every times..  I think ability to paste the copied path (like an address bar) in Media Browser resolve this

Hi. I have a video in premiere pro with text such as title, informations and so on. I am making this video for different language uses. I have the translation in Excel. Is there an easy way/script so I don't have to copy-paste efterything many times? Like the data merge from excel to indesign so that I have the same video but in different languages.  The copy paste solution takes a long time making the video and exporting the video. So it would be great to have a way quicker and easier method. Kind regards 

Woulndt it be cool if you have your music/ beat for your video but ask AI if it could change genre for you for example i am editing something with a hip hop type beat but we see some hardcore poeple it would be cool if i could go into essential sound and ask if it can make the beat hardcore but its still is the same beat but just a litte more Hardcorey

Just an idea... It would be nice to have a section in the remix that allows you to highlight or enter audio time code that would select a region of a song and deprioritize it in the remix feature. Not being very savvy when it comes to recutting audio, I thoroughly appreciate this feature as it stands. 

Could you create an Android application for Adobe Premiere Pro that reflects all of its effects, etc.? Not Adobe Rush, but something like Node Video Editor: includes color wheels, masking, Camera View, Motion Tracking, etc. Some users like simplicity, so that is why I am not requesting an upgrade to Premiere Rush. I was wondering if you could convert/create a complex application just like Adobe Premiere Pro, but an Android version. I mean, people can't really carry their PCs around; it would be really helpful, and I, among many other people as well, would appreciate it greatly.

Im red/green color blind and can’t really see the differences between the yellow and green color in the render bar. Is there a way to change these color to yellow | blue | red. I can’t find any settings and it would be so helpful for me.

I use "New Bin from Selection" all the time. I usually want the new bin to stay inside the bin I'm working in. It usually does, but sometimes it goes to the root level of the project and I have to move it. It seems to happen when I select a Bin and say "New Bin from Selection".Example: In my "02 FOOTAGE" folder, I have a bin, "A CAM". I want to put it into a new bin called "240120", but keep the new bin within the 02 FOOTAGE folder. When I make the new bin, it goes to the root level of the project.Please make the default behavior for it to stay in the bin I'm working in. I suppose a workaround is to make a New Bin, then move the bin into the new bin.

in timeline it's verybad controls you need to change the shortcuts and the UI for example IF I want to make a clip in v1 up to vt I press ALT + up arrow but IF there was a clip in V2 it ovverwrites it and this is very painful we need to just change posetions the v2 clip goes auto to v1 and the v1 goes to v2 and so on for changeing the clip layer to another v3 or v4 etc...the other thing that needs to be changed is the overwrite when moving a clip from v1 to v1 but in another time, when doing this it overwrites the clip, we need to make it move the clips without overwriting for exampleIF i have 5 clips and I want to make clip 4 in the posetion of clip 2If I drag and drop it will over write itso I have to select clip 3 + 4 + 5 and moving them to the right and drag and drop clip 4 after clip 2 and riplle delete the black space between clips, that's taking too long if I do this too much so I need if I want to put the clip 4 after clip 2 just drag and drop betw

The proxy creation process begins with exporting clips. The export window overlaps the project and requires a long wait for the end of the process.The idea is to make this process a background process without interrupting work.

In lumetri color section we can't add more taps to the lumetri color effect for example some times I need to play with colors with multi HSL Secondary so instead of a + button for adding another HSL secondary I have to add another adjustment layer to make another HSL secondaryfor every selected color in HSL secondary I can only make one color correction IF I changed the color selection the previous color correction are applied and I lose the previous color correction so we can fix the issue by making each color selection with different color correctionor beeing able to add multi HSL secondary tabs at the same lumetri color effectand by doing this you might need to enable the + button for every section of the lumetri color  one more thing is to add the same color selection and options that are in adobe lightroom to the lumetri color or making a new advanced lumetri color effect If you couldn't do this in the near future I might have to change premiere pro t

I use always premiere but I need the Arabic transcription Language to be added I Use other softwares for Arabic transcription and you know them, and I want to only use premiere pro for everything so please add the Arabic transcription ASAP.

(Plus there were adobe user voice posts about this ..) It would be *really* useful in confirm/online/finishing workflows to have an edit index (like Resolve)  Absent that - Please give us the choice over metadata that can be reported in an ALE. Exporting an ALE is a VERY useful way of getting a list of all clips used in a sequence.  It would be more useful if there were a way to control the metadata therein.  In Avid this is driven by the columns chosen in the bin display (although that can be a little annoying) better would be templates, similar to the metadata view presets. In the meantime I'm going to try out https://www.intelligentassistance.com/sequence-clip-reporter/

I set it to be the first tab and suddenly it's the last one. I have 'Import Workspace from Project' turned off, so that isn't the issue.The worst part is that the order can't be determined by switching to your desired workspace, it just doesn't record the order of the project tab, -THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE- I'm sick and tired of manually dragging it back to the first place.

Each time I have a question in Adobe Community, I type my question into the search field. If I don't see a relevant topic, when I click "Post to Community", the question I typed into the search field disappears. Example: If my question is "making proxies for 2 channel mono clips", if I type that in the search field and don't see a relevant topic, I'll click "Post to Community". It'd be wonderful if my search query automatically became the Subject for my new post ("making proxies for 2 channel mono clips").  Currently, I always have to remember to select my search query and copy it before I click on any topics or "Post to Community". 

Just a thought. I'm sitting here with Premiere pro, Animate, Character Animator, Media Encoder, and After Effects open. Literally every icon is purple. I get that they are all video apps, but I kinda miss the unique color palettes for these programs.is it just me?ok.

Just wondering what the multi encoder support looks like for Premiere Pro?  I have a 3090 currently, plan to upgrade to a 5090.  the 5090 seems to have multiple encoders and decoders, which got me to thinking does PP support this?  For example,  can Media Encoder process two jobs at the same time for encoding, and the same would apply to PP for decoding.    I assume that PP is already smart enough to allow the decoder and encoder to work at the same time, this is more a question of support for two encode and two decode streams runnign at the same time.   If Media Encoder doesnt currently support multi stream encoding, is it possible to have media encoder process one stream, and also have PP exporting using the second encoder? At a high level, looking to understand more how this multiple encoder/decoder would work with PP. Thanks

swiping gestures not needed for zoom in and out all the time.this feature creates more problems than help. could you at least make it optional? with apple wireless mouse or trackpod its so easy to swipe lightly with one finger and it's happening over and over again like a hundred times everyday of edditing. why would I need to zoom in and zoom out rapidly? changing between tabs with swipe, why?

I wanted to take the opportunity to share some feedback on my experience using the Canon EOS R5C with Premiere Pro. While I have been utilizing raw files more frequently, I have noticed that the software is struggling with processing these files during playback. Even without any effects or color adjustments applied, Premiere Pro seems to lag significantly, but particularly with small effects like lumetry color.   Upon playback, my CPU usage spikes to 100% on all cores, while the GPU remains relatively calm at around 50%. This makes it nearly impossible to smoothly playback footage at full resolution. When I reduce the playback resolution to 1/16, it does play through, but this compromises the quality and is not an ideal workflow.   Using proxy files is an option, but it becomes limiting when I need to make more intricate adjustmen

I work with a lot of clips fimed at high frame frates and then have to slow those clips down. Not so much speed ramps, litterally  slowing down the clips by 40 or 60%. So on every clip I have to right click, click speed and then slow the clip down. I would love to be able to make that a preset like you can with most effects in the effect panel. If I can just drop a preset on the clips, it would save me a ton of time. Make it happen please!Darrell
