Multicam with multiple clips from the same source. This happens for me all the time and the workarounds for this are so ridiculous. Can we just have a simple check box to place all sources from the same camera source on the same video and tracks? PLEASE???? This is pretty much automatic in Media Composer.
hey there ! just purchased Premiere Pro and want to thank all the creators of this software. Also I would like to give couple advises to make it better in new updates. First, when video has rendered the blue notification pops up in the left corner, it is better to click it and it will automatically redirect you to the rendered folder! Also sometimes when I make my cuts coloured like green or yellow after I added some music thacks and this coloured clips become default colour. Would be great to fix it) Thanks
Please add the option to add a LUT post Lumetri in the Modify Clip panel, akaOutput LUT or Correction LUT. That way, correction LUTs can be applied to clips in bulk, but not affect the operation of the Lumetri panel if they clip the highlights too much.
A side chain functionallity in Premiere would save me so much time. I understand that is a feature in audition, but when I'm just trying to use a compressor to duck music under a voice, sending the files into audition and back again is such a time suck. I still use audition if I am doing any major audio work but being able to side chain in Premiere Pro would be fantastic for those quick functions. I'd also have the ability to tweak it as I go if I change my mind instead of baking it into the audio files and sending it back to Premiere from Audition.
Especially with the advent of Productions, I'm making tons of Projects. Typically one for each scene of a film. It's really tedious and time consuming, however, because the folder/font size and the metadata display properties of a duplicated project do not carry over I need to change it repeatedly for each. Metadata display is particularly tedious because I after I load the metadata display settings, that in itself doesn't save the order of the different columns. All in all it adds up to about 20+ seconds for each bin project. Given that I make upwards of 60 projects, this ends up taking a significant amount of time. Time I'm not moving forward on my edit, and also a very automatable process.
I frequently am turning "Selection follows playhead" on and off, depending on what I'm doing (on for color grading or off while using keyboard ripple trim editing). I do this just as often as I toggle snapping or linked selection. Would love if there was a toggle in the sequence panel controls, in the red highlighted area in the screenshot below:
FilmImpact's powerful suite of tools includes one must-have tool for every vlogger - Motion Tween. It will animate your layer from the A side position/scale to the B side position/scale with a tween which you can control the easing of. Basically it removes the need for keyframes when doing zoom ins and outs. However, while it will work to move from one part of the image to another with a position adjustment, the borders of the image disappear when doing this. This is of course a FilmImpact problem that they need to solve, but it's also a Premiere limitation. Premiere doesn't think like After Effects does. If you take a clip, zoom in on it, then put Transform on an Adjustment Layer above that clip, the Transform effect will only see the visible pixels and ignore the fact that there are pixels to this clip outside the boundaries of the visible frame. That's the main issue that is being addressed here, because of how Premiere looks at what is happening on the clips in the f
We need to be able to convert SRT to VTT. Too many platforms use this, for this to not be addressed. Zoom, Webex, Youtube. Now a coworker announced it can be done in Davinci. Adobe needs to fix this as it has been discussed alot for years.
It makes it visually harder to edit. Feels like making a puzzle that has pieces that doesn't fit each other.
There is no proper way to have reverb tail off naturally, other than with weird workarounds that are very clunky to work with. It's one thing that reverb applied directly to a clip or even on the track ends as soon as the clip ends (and therefore doesn't function as a reverb), but when it's sent to a submix track the reverb should tail off naturally like it does with literally every other programme. Premiere Pro really should have the proper tools to finish audio properly without workarounds.
Please allow for a clip to be remapped with the linked audio track also synced up to it (ie if you make the video clip 200%, then the audio should also go 200% AND if there's a keyframe from 100-200%, then the audio should adjust accordingly)
Currently within the Marker Panel, one can:renameretimeadd comments to...markers. But the ability to change a marker's color is only available if you double-click on the marker and open a separate dialogue box (which freezes the rest of the progam). I think it would make sense for right-clicking to open a list of marker colors, allowing you to change them on the fly:Note: Right-clicking currently does nothing in the Marker Panel, so I think this would be a good use for it.
I would like the ability to set a default bin for audio recordings made within Premiere Pro. Currently, recordings save directly to the project folder, which can lead to a messy project structure. Having the option to specify a default bin for these recordings would greatly enhance organization and workflow efficiency.
Please can you add. Source/record monitor switching. This will enable us to see the timeline of the source monitor which makes editing so much simpler and faster. Avid has had it for decades. Switching between the two is a joy and enables much faster editing and saves so much time.
Hello, we would like to ask when Premiere Pro subtitles will be available in Lithuanian? And maybe the program itself will be in Lithuanian? Many countries have subtitles in their own language, Lithuania does not. And it is very inconvenient. [title edited for clarity]
I have more and more projects where the text needs to be translated into a different language. My text assets are usally a mix of MOGRTs and Premiere text. Now I have to manually copy and paste the translated text for each entry into the Text > Graphics panel. It's great that you can see all editable text from the timeline in the Text > Graphics panel, and even great that you can export that to a single file. The ideal scenario would be auto-translation built into Premiere, where you could cimply selet a lanaguage and have all your text automatically translated. Next best after that would be the ability to import the translated text file I exported back into Premiere and have all my text magically update. Any likelihood these workflows are on the roadmap to speed up translation workflows?
I use the transcription's "delete all" function, and it actually works for portions that are not words. but I wish there were a way to avoid deleting the laughters.. Laughters are important in podcasts and vlogs.
In 24 when you clicked new project you were shown a single screen where you could name your project, name your sequence, and choose your video files for import. Now in 25 you need the name the project first, and then youre shown the clip selection screen, WHY DID THIS HAVE TO CHANGE???Not only did they add another window and clicks for no reason, but they removed the ability to preview clips when naming your project. For someone who does content creation and may dump a dozen clips into a folder to make individual videos from later being able to see a preview, name your project and sequence all in the same pane is huge.
We request premiere pro turkish language support
I beg thee kind sirs...When genereating captions from a transcript, whenever a new caption falls within 15 frames (or so) of a cut point, please can the caption cut match the video cut? It's very distracting to have captions cut just before or after a video cut and I spend A LOT of my life shifting captions to land on cuts. We all do, as broacasters often request this too. Thank you!!!
title says it all. Yes, I have watch the video about deleting my media cache, moving video locations, Remuxing, changing file name to mts, and other things. I have done all those things and still getting this error. My videos are recorderd through OBS and are remuxed into MP4 so I really have no idea why i get this issue. The videos work fine on Davinci so idk why adobe cant
It would be very convenient if there was an option to map a mouse scrolling to moving one frame back or forward in the Timeline panel or make it a customizable feature
Why does Premiere still not have the above issues sorted? The Project Manager is known to be awful in the industry - and has been for years - yet it never improves? Still no ability to import OMFs and AAF only works on a convert to mono basis - why can it not just embed what is on the timeline? When there are last minute changes to 3TB projects which you don't have the rushes for and all of the above are not as useful as they could be, it just makes life more difficult than it needs to be.
Can you incorporate a "derustle" audio filter into premiere just like the one iZotope Rx 11 has? I cant find any current filters in premiere that really get the job done if someone is rubbing up against their microphone. The derustle feature in iZotope Rx 11 Audio Editor is phenominal. I would love to see Premiere incorporate something along those lines.
I'd like to see an added option for loopable music with the Remix tool. I think this feature would be used often, especially with people creating content for social media. I use the Remix tool often to shorten music for social media and would absolutely love to see a feature for looping a song, so when the clip reaches the end and then re-plays from the beginning the music sounds seamless.
