=====================I want Premiere Pro to add a feature to its automatic transcription tool that reads a script and syncs it to the video! In Japan, YouTubers often create a script, film a video according to that script, and then add full subtitles to the video using the script. Most video editors currently use another software called "vrew" for this process. If this feature is added to Premiere Pro, there would be no need to use "vrew".Being able to complete this entire process within Premiere Pro would greatly increase efficiency.User satisfaction would also be significantly higher.I would love to see this feature added.
Hello everyone, I have an idea but I am not quite sure how to implement it. I created some audio and visual presets in premiere and I have to use them daily at work. To apply the specific presets, I have to select the presets and drag them on to the video clip. I am wondering if there is another faster way that I could apply the presets (visual and audio presets) , maybe with a keyboard shorcut. Thanks in advance for your suggestions!
HelloI have a few suggestions. Can we use the Effect part in bulk? For example, we need to analyze the Warb stabilizer effect from the beginning due to some problems, and it takes a lot of time to do it separately in each video. There are a few effects like this. There should be a collective way to zoom in or out. It makes sense to use the ready present, but sometimes we have problems with that too. When videos are too long or too short. For example, we should be able to select 4 different videos and play with the scale at the same time, or we should be able to adjust the Stabilization settings, or we should be able to zoom. And if we want to mass delete the effects we added to the videos, some effects remain, such as the settings we made with the mask.
It would be so much easier if I can scan the timeline and see any bright red to identify missing content. In this screenshot, the red clip indicated a graphic. Thanks.
🙏
When working with markers that have a duration, marker info lay above audio waveforms in the timeline: So it is difficult to see the waveforms even if you have a lot of audio tracks and track height is limited. Disable "Show Clip Markers" isn't the option because the marker text include infos for editing. So it would be helpful when there a seperat options for video and audio tracks for showing clip markers in the timeline display settings. There a already diffrent parts for video and audio.
Similar to how it detects pauses, an Automatic way to detect (and delete/modify) double, double spoken words in the transcript would save almost as much time in correction workflow as the remove pauses did. I guess if it could find a very high match between words immediately beside each other? IT would be valuable to me because it would eliminate yet another thing I have to constantly edit out of presentation videos and would save a TON of time.
This is an old one:(In case this haunts only me and nobody encountered and needed that previously so it didn't make to a request post here)This behaviour bugs me everytime:When you Alt+drag the clip to make a copy to the right - next to its tails [with the magnet button for sticking to clips is enabled of course] it won't stick. It would stick however if you alt + drag it to the left to stick to its heads. And what I'd do as a workaround for many years is alt dragging the first one a track up then reselecting the bottom one and alt dragging it to the right so it'd sticked to the tails of the one above the original. The summery: it drags and sticks around anything but the tails of the the clip it has been dragged fromCould you please fix that?
Editing this because after working the last couple hours I really can't stand the changes to mouse behaviour. Please bring back mouse wheel jogging when hovering over the program/source monitors. The best solution would be to have a button/keyboard shortcut that simply switches between jogging/continous zoom functionality. Don't cripple people who've relied on one way of using your software for years by catering to a new group. Personally I think it's a nice feature to have but I rarely do any kind of design etc. work within Premiere that benefits from zooming in, maybe once a week if not less than that do I ever change the zoom on my program monitor. Most of the work I do that requires that kind of functionality gets saved for After Effects. But I use the mouse to quicly jog a few frames in the monitors CONSTANTLY, I didn't even realize how often until this change. I've accidentally zoomed the monitors at least a dozen times in the last hour just acting on instinct. Ori
Oi tudo bem gente!. Obrigado AbsLucas & Deborah
We REALLY need an option to transcode media to prores for example with audio passthrough. Transcode constantly alters the audio channel configuration which messes up the relink. Especially which multichannel or externally synced clips (via timecode) this makes a proxy or transcode workflow really horrible. Its such an easy feature!
Is it possible to get a list of fonts used in a Premiere Pro project? How do I do this?Is there a plugin or something I can use to gather those fonts like media is gathered when you use the Project Manager?I can do this in After Effects using the Font Collect plugin. Is there anything like this for Premiere?
Allow keyboard shortcuts for Timeline Clip Right/Click Show Clip Keyframes. I'd like to set keyboard shortcuts to alternate between Show Clip Keyframes for Opacity and Time remapping as I used both a lot and right-clicking gets old and tiring. Others are looking for this too. See this forum thread: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2286959 Why is this feature important to you? It should be obvious but it saves time and is ergonomically friendly for what has apparently become a people feature of the timeline.
Hey everyone,I'm looking for a way to set a shortcut in Premiere Pro to insert footage at the next or last clip in my timeline, regardless of where my CTI (Current Time Indicator) is located. As shown in the image below, I can only achieve this by dragging the footage into the program monitor until it shows the overlay options. This process can be cumbersome, and I’m trying to streamline my workflow. In DaVinci Resolve, there's a feature that allows users to insert clips at the next or previous edit point directly "Append at end", which I have mapped to my keyboard for efficiency. Is there a similar function or workaround in Premiere Pro to insert clips at the nearest edit point, without manually dragging them?Any pointers or help would be much appreciated! Thanks!
I think it'd be nice if you could turn off automatic peak file generation, and instead choose specific clips to generate them for. Also, being able to choose the order of clips you want to generate waveforms for would be awesome. It's annoying to have to wait for every peak file to generate before I start editing because I need the waveforms. It takes really long for them to generate with the footage I work with and it lowers the performance of Pr Pro which makes it even harder to edit while they are generating.
Each and every time i use the Nest option i say this in my head '' why don't it automatically take the name of the video file name and add Nested at the end!!??'' Then i thinnk about when we Nest a bunch of videos, and sound and musics...why not have the option to have the first file name in the Nested name field or the number of assets in the Nested. Anyway the idea is to have more option in the renaming field so it can be faster for the edit and to know what's inside the Nested Seq. 🙂 PS: BRING BACK THE PROPERTIES LINE WHEN WE RIGHT CLICK THE VIDEO !! The excuse to have more space is not relavent at all! we are used to have freedome to add or remove what we need...bring it back 🙂
There is a bar below the caption track that separates it from the video track. Please make it possible to pull this bar downwards to reveal more of the caption track, in the same way that the bar separating the video and audio tracks can be moved up and down.Currently, you can increase the caption track height by Option or Alt + mouse scroll. However, increasing the caption height this way only causes the upper portion of the track and its tools to disappear because the bar beneath the caption track is fixed. This makes no sense. This issue could also be deemed a bug, but I am putting it in as a feature request.
We could really use the ability to make custom presets for tools like the Loudness Radar.
How can I make these settings into a custom preset, if possible?
I did a live stream that we also recorded to disk at 4k MOS. Now in post we need to sync the 4k picture to the 1080 stream, but we don't have an audio reference. It would be pretty sweet if we could just Sync Picture. With all the generative video and facial recognition stuff out there, it seems like a no-brainer in terms of technical hurdles. It's almost like a proxy workflow except it's two separate files that need to be matched.
Same functionality as After Effects. I'm in a Nested sequence, hit Tab, and then I can navigate to whatever sequence the nest is in.
Request:The ability to mute the input as needed during the pre-roll and post-roll time of the voice-over recording. Before and during the recording, the input must, of course, be audible.Justification:Both when restarting the voice recording and when exiting a previously defined area to be voiced, it is essential to be able to hear the cut-ins clearly in order to quickly identify clipped breaths and unclean transitions.Technical Specification:The live mix sum from the DHD console is written to a previously defined track in Premiere.
This feature has been requested for a long time, and for the life of me I can't figure out why Adobe won't implement it. I'm a soundie, and I spend all day on set labeling my individual mic tracks so that the post-sound editor has an easier time. In literally every other editing software, the individual track names show up. Adobe? Of course not. Why not? It's in the metadata. It's easy to include. It would help literally everyone using their software for anything sound related. Adobe I'm literally begging you. It's been over a decade. PLEASE UDATE THIS. It turns potential customers off your product. You think any post-sound editor with anything besides basic experience is going to choose to use Premiere or Audition when you can't include this, literally the most basic feature anyone could ever ask for? I don't understand. I'm literally begging you to fix this.
Please enable proper interpolation options on mask keys!
When using the Voice Over Tool you can define pre- and postroll-time.If you have to stop the recording an continuing it will be helpful if premiere records the preroll time in the case the speaker starts a few frames to early. In the timeline of course the voice over clip has to cut in where marked to start even with the playhead or Mark In.But if you have the oppurtunity to trim the clip (to start earlier as planned) you can save oneself to repeat the take.
