I would humbly like to make MEDICAL as a catagory and also UNDERWATER .nothing comes close to either

I would humbly suggest adding MEDICAL and UNDERWATER as categories. Nothing comes close to either.

I have a lot of medical images, and I am afraid they won’t be found
