Fireworks

Ho scaricato Fireworks CS6 dal sito adobe perchè non presente su creative cloud.Finito il download ho avviato l'installazione ma ottengo questo messaggio di errore:"Sono stati riscontrati i seguenti problemiErrore di inizializzazione del programma di installazione. Questo potrebbe essere causato da un file non trovato. Scaricare Adobe Support Advisor per individuare il problema."Che significa? A qualcuno è capitato? Tra l'altro non so dove trovare questo adobe support advisor.

Hey guys,So for most of the day everything was working fine, then suddenly I can't select or deselect items. Well, technically I can by DRAGGING as I select (which is very inconvenient) but there's no work around for editing text (which requires a double-click on the object).It sounds exactly the same as this bug posted for Fireworks CS5;http://forums.adobe.com/thread/755820Now, I have Spotify installed but I've restarted without it running and yesterday there were no problems with Fireworks at all... so I doubt it's Spotify related. Everything else sounds the same though.I've restarted, un-installed and reinstalled the program and closed all media programs I can see. Still broken. Quite possibly something else is interfering with it but I have no idea what (since I haven't installed anything new)This is preventing me from finishing a pretty important piece of work, so I'd REALLY appreciate a response.Thanks guys

Is it somehow possible to lower the default zoom percentage when creating a new file?When i create a new file, the zoom is 100% by default, i use 1920x1080 resolution on my desktop so new files Always start with 1920x1080 / 72 resolution but the 100% zoom is too big for the screen it seems and causes the workspace (or canvas, however its called, im Dutch so i dont know the actual translation) to appear too big, only when i set zoom to 66% i will be able to see the entire workspace (or canvas, the checkered field).When i paste an image with the same resolution, it will not be placed properly, the image is Always too far to the left and leaves quite some space on the canvas "uncovered", so everytime i make a new file and paste a "PrtScn" im forced to drag the image to the right when the zoom is 100%, however if i create a new file and set zoom to 66% before i paste the PrtScn it will be placed perfectly centered on the workspace/canvas.So my question is, how do i set the default zoom per

Before the XP system is good, but after chang the WIN10 system, click no response, the use of shortcut keys can not respond to the call out of the menu use，How should I solve it？Seek help

Hi.I'm using the really old Macromedia Fireworks 4 (it does what I need!). It has been running just fine on my Windows 10 PC up until maybe a couple of months ago. I can open and view files ok. I can also edit them ok. However when I try and save the file all I now get is this error:"Could not complete your request. File is locked"The files are definitely not read-only.I've tried searching the web for answers but nothing I've tried has worked so far. Not sure what else to try. Any ideas?Cheers.Graham.

I have a lot of diagrams made in Fireworks cs6 with text and as Fireworks is no more I am trying to use illustrator.I export a FW to Illustrator but when I open it in Illustrator I  get message about old text, and need to upgrade. If I select update all the text disappears but you can see the anchor points and the text is still in the layers.  I cannot make it appear on the screen. I am new to illustrator so any help would be greatly appreciated.Many thanksAlan

When I try to install the Fireworks CS6 extensions through Extension Manager CS6 I receive a message that the extensions do not have a valid signature, even when I launch the Extension Manager and try to make a first configuration and installation of the extensions that come with the Creative. Suite 6, gives me an error and does not install them.Working on PC with Windows 10 Pro, which prior to the installation of Fireworks CS6 from Adobe Design and Web Premiun, has several Creative Cloud 2018 applications installed.How can I fix the problem.Thank you.

Fireworks CS6I use the following process pretty often:In the VECTOR section, I select the "pen tool" to select an area I want to remove from an image.Once it's selected, I then right click the area and select CONVER PATH TO MARQUEAt that point, I can right click and select CUT or select EDIT and CUT and the area I selected is removed.The odd thing is, sometimes it works and then it just stops.  I can't determine what the action causes it to stop.Any help would be great!

I've been using Fireworks for years and with the new Cloud version it appears their is a memory bug or something?  After working about 20 minutes or depending on file size the app will crash.  This is 100% guaranteed and happens every time.  This has become a total time suck and annoyance.If you don't save existing work constantly you run risk of losing it for sure.  I actually will save and close Fireworks and then reopen about every 15-20 minutes.  Yes it feels like working in the dark ages with the best tech.  I remember the good old days of Macromedia.  I've got a super charged Mac Book pro with 32GB of RAM and still having this issue.  Any suggestions?When the error happens there is a alert to notify Adobe Fireworks Team, but it won't submit.  Probably because their is no support team.If anyone has figured out a solution or work around I'd be obliged.thx,Paul

I'm trying to do something which I think should be quite simple but I can't figure out how to do it.I want to make an image with a transparent background that can be placed over other images. I want the frame around the other images to be round so I insert an ellipse on a transparent background. But then how can I fill the outside of the ellipse so that the only transparent part is the inside of the ellipse?Do you understand what I mean?Any tips much appreciated.I also have photoshop and illustrator if it is easier in one of those.Thanks!

We have issue with CS6 Fireworks and some other products. Program interface is very small with Win 10 fall creators update and earlier OS:s. This is not the first time we are experiencing problems with Adobe programs.  We have made changes to resolution and text size etc. but tools remain very small. Programs are useless like this. Is there anything we can do?

I was looking at something on the web when i was asked if I wanted to use Flash and that  there was a new version. If yes then a download started and everything looked normal for an Adobe Flash install. When the install completed I had MacAdware Cleaner on my desktop. I've had this before and spend hours cleaning up numerous locations on my Mac. Not Fun. How can Adobe allow this to happen in their name

Hi All,I recently purchased a new macobook pro and sadly softwares cannot be transferred! Urgh. So when I went to look for fireworks to be purchase and download it's gone, canned from Adobe. I was able to find a link to download it (thanks Adobe for hiding it deep in your site), but it's only a 30 day trial. Does anyone know how I can purchase or download Fireworks again? Your help is much appreciated!

Hi,My computer where Fireworks was installed is dead (motherboard burned).I want to install and activate Fireworks on my new computer. But of course, when I type the S:N, a message says the S/N is not valide.I contacted over the phone the "support". The support said to go to the form because the product 'Fireworks) is not supported any longer.Please what is the procedure as I can not desactivate the version attached to my broken computer.Thank you in advance.Bruno. I needed to uninstall Fireworks CS6 today - as it always came up when I clicked on any image that should have opened (Preview).Is this needed at all? It came with my CS6 and not sure if I can re-install at any point in the future - as I can't locate the icon to re-install the thing.But really have no idea why this started opening up today.Any advice would be great: Daryl

i am getting the first text element ("Abhay Srivastav") of the first layer of the first opened document using belowfw.documents[0].layers[0].elems[0]But how do i paste the clipboard content into this text element.Can't figure it outPlease see the layer structure here
