Hi AllI have gone through a few forums to determine the process and the URL to download the offline installer. I have several servers that are in a secure no-internet DMZ and need to update the flashplayer and reader on these machines. I have signed up for a distribution license and I was able to verify my email address and log in. Yet I am unable to find the offline installer. Every link i follow takes me to the online installer. Please help urgently as I need to update these software for an upcoming audit in a banking environment (PCI DSS Certification).Thank You
Flash is showing that it's enabled but it won't work. Adobe test on the download page says it is not enabled. I found one post with the same problem and it said to 'use software rendering instead of GPU rendering'. I did that but flash still will not work.
Hey i dowloaded the newest version of the Flash Player because i want to open a .swf document on my mac book. During the download no errors occured but the Flash Player is not in the Applications folder. I also tried the website from adobe https://helpx.adobe.com/de/flash-player.html to check if the installation was successfully. The check link from the website said that there is no installer flash player on my mac book. Maybe you can help me and tell me how to run my flash player

Hi Adobe - Just a note to let you all know - again - how annoying it is that you automatically select the download and installation of "Optional Offers" when I need to download an update to your Flash Player. Can you please stop doing this?

My organization had ask for a .msi for IE, so we could do a silent install of the Flash Player. with the .msi provided install by Adobe we could do the silent install on the clients, but the addon is missing on IE so we can't make the application work. The "default" .exe adds the addon on IE, so maybe something on the .msi?[moderator: edited title to accurately reflect issue being reported]

okay 2 computers, win 7 and win 10, when I am streaming video in a window in my browser on the win 10 puter, if it is a 16:9 aspect and I go to fullscreen everything is fine BUT if it is a 4:3 window and I go to full screen it stretches the vid to fill side to side. This occurs in all 3 browsers IE, Firefox, and chrome but it does not occur in any of the 3 on the win 7 puter the fullscreen video plays in the appropriate aspect with black borders on the left and right, as it should. all browsers and flashplayer are up to date. MS chat was so useless that the expert just stopped answering and ended chat. And since Adobe has no support option but this...well here I am, any compassionate tech savvy
Greetings -I develop for multiple flash applications on a closed network, large user base. Recently we've started to see flash rendering issues with our applications. After extensive testing we have found the issues with our applications to be directly related to the versions of Flash and Firefox used.If Flash ~v26 or older is used, the applications load fineIf FireFox ~v52 or older is used, the applications load fine (We are unable to use other browsers at this time)If both Flash is upgraded above v26 AND Firefox is upgraded above v52, our applications start to "freeze" when not in focus. It's as if the rendering of the flash applications pauses when the browser tab is not in focus, but doesn't finish or refresh when focus is re-gained.It's common for users to launch 3+ Flash apps from a launch page all at once and then go to the desired browser tab as needed. The issue is that with the above combinations, they go to a page that is basically white. As you
I am a course developer using Captivate 9 to develop and design several eLearning courses for a company. I was in a meeting last week and was told that most internet browsers would be discontinuing support of Flash Player. This is important for me to know because I have several video assets and animation simulations, however Captivate will only let me use a FLV or SWF file not a MP4 or any other format. So if Flash Player is not going to be continued in every browser then I will have to find other types of assets as part of the training material.I realize that you answered this question over a year ago, but there have been announcements in Wired Magazine and others resently that I found to be creditable about Flash Player being blocked on Google Chrome and other internet browsers of Flash Player ads but will is still work for animation and videos embedded in a Captivate HTML 5 project? Therefore I needed to follow up with Adobe to find out if any of this is true

Nothing I seem to do to help my father in law is workingHe has a windows 7; He was clearing out old/not used programs in his computer & uninstalled flash by accident. We got downloadthe problem is when we go to open the program it pops a window & asks what do we want to run/install it with ???I've tried downloading & installing adobe reader - thinking it is to my knowledge {BUT I could be wrong} it's required to run other adobe products. Got the same problem. So at this point I'm getting frustratedI tried thinking it must be a random error running it on IE as that's what browser he uses - nope. I am not really sure if maybe he doesn't have winrar and that's causing the issue though if the program is installed but won't open.. what the hell lolMessage was edited by: R, Hiebert
Operating system version: Windows 10 1803Web browser and version: Mozilla Firefox 60.0.1 (64 bit)Flash player version: 29.0 r0Explain your problem in step-by-step detail if possible: Everytime I try to see any video in this page, the player doesn't appear on the screen and a message appears just up where the player is meant to be, saying: Utilizar Firefox (para el reproductor HTML5) o Flash Player para cargar previamente la totalidad de vídeo (Which by the way I think means ''Use firefox (for the HTML5 player) or Flash Player to previously load the entirety of the video''), I've tried everything, thinking it could be the adblock, refreshing the site, re-installing firefox, doing a clean reinstall of firefox, rebooting my PC, and I've run out of ideas, beacause i need it to run on firefox, this way i can download it with the add-ons. (attached screenshot of what exactly happens when i click on a video)A direct link to a web page that demonstrates the problem: http://animeid.io/ (Happens

My Mac told me that my "flash is out of date." So, I tried to update it, but my computer will not load .dmg files. (Files are not highlighted when I try to open them.) My Mac is 10.9.5. I am currently using Flash 15.0.0.152.
