Flash Player (read-only)

I need an older version of Adobe Flash Player (9.0) where can I get it?

i use a chromebook.until the most recent chrome update there was a link to the flash player control panel when opening history to clear browsing data etc.this link has now disappeared.how do i now access the control panel to delete/exclude sites etc from flash player.

Adobe  Flash player has no issue on other sites, but on a particular website, when i click a video to play , it is taking time to load the saved streamed video and then plays. Audio is perfect, but the video is out of sync. It is as if it is being gripped and releasing every frame of the saved streamed video. I could not use any other player to play, as that website, has only  flash player to play the video.                              Why this is . I am having the 8mpbs speed and there is no problem in other sites. I have the latest firefox. I tried other browsers , with the same effect. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not fix the problem . Would you suggest how to workaround to video and audio sync while playing.

Dear All,Every time I try to open a document with the flash player a little puzzle piece with a frown face appears with a black background.This just started happening although I have check and have the latest version 23.0.0.0 on my chrome browser. I do not have any other flash player installed and have tried disabling this shockwave one to no success. Ok, this is a problem that I have been having for several years now, but it got a bit more frequent lately.I think the problem has to do with something on my computer, and not specifically with flash, but as it's its greatest symptom, I hope someone here would be able to help.The problem: At random times flash stops working (including flash videos, facebook, etc). Other things stop working as well, such as videos played by VLC, and HTML5 videos too. Not working = video loads, but is stuck at 0 seconds OR some time ago is used to play only 7 seconds OR more recently, video doesn't load and an error is displayed.Trigger: It sometimes happens when changing the volume, then the Windows volume control gets unresponsive. It also happens at seemingly random times, but at least sometimes it's also impossible to open the volume control when it happens.Fix: A computer reboot fixes the problem. Often several reboots are required, but I couldn't figure out why and when.System: HP Compaq 610 laptop

For over  3 1/2 hours I've tried resolving this problem.  Firefox blocking so every time I open internet this error message keeps coming up -- like every 10 seconds. And if I tried to update plug ins...Firefox blocks. Within 5 minutes the internet page is jumping slightly up and down, and beneath tool bar a line keeps flashing about brower delaying page....Any suggestions....should I just change brower and if yes, any suggestionsShould uninstall AFP 23.Active X?Sadly I'm working on a Dell computer with Vista  32 bit processor 4200 + 2.20 GHZI'm about to turn into a crazy person especially since this nightmare begin the day I bought a subscription to ADOBE and installed AFP23!!!Please help

Hello, My computer was recently on the fritz and I had to get a brand new hard drive. I have been struggling mightily with trying to install both my CS4 and standard flash player.I'm assuming that I am unable to install them for the same reason, I don't know what that reason is!!!I am on OS 10.11.6 and I'm seeing that other people are having similar problems. None of the troubleshooting is working at all. With the flash installation it won't go past 90% and I am not prompted to close my browser or anything. I've tried messing around with browser preferences but to no avail.The CS4 is another can of worms, as it is an old hard copy. But it was working fine on my last hard drive and it won't let me load it just says error, please contact adobe!Well since you guys are so gosh darn hard to reach, this is me contacting:PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!

Using Windows 10 and current Chrome browser, latest Flash Player.  Try to play video, it looks normal, loads and plays with usual scale at bottom, but no sound or picture at all.  Have been searching and trying suggested things like turning off hardware acceleration, going to flash player settings manager, etc, etc.  There's probably something as obvious as plugging in the power cord somewhere...can anybody guess?

Opened safari with a error message. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Still same issue. Sari preferences says it enabled but turned off. Running mac os x10.12.1, safari 10.0.1, and flash player version 23.0.0.207.

Hello,we have to keep our clients uptodate with Flash and Acrobat Reader and have already requested a Distribution License Agreementt 2 times.First request was on 2016-10-21 which is a liitle bit more than 2-3 business days away from today.But we never received an answer up till now.So the only way out is to uninstall Adobe Products completely.Has anybody else made this experience?kind regardsNorbert

Hello,First of all, I find it an utter disdain towards their end users' abilities that Adobe doesn't allow to download the standalone installer of flash player, which is so stable and secure anyway, that it gets updated almost every other day.Now the even bigger problem: (Win7, 64bit. Firefox 49, 64 bit) I install flash player with the online installer (no other choice). After installation, the FP settings on the control panel still says "Flash Player (32 bits)". I cannot install it in a more "64bit way" than this. What is wrong ?Then a symptom, which may be a consequence of using the wrong plugin with 64bit Firefox: the "Plugin container for Firefox" processes eat up a lot of CPU (30-40%) and several hundred Mb's of RAM, even without opening any flash-intensive pages. It happened also in the past sporadically, but now it is always the case, completely deterministic.Thus, by now flash became virtually unusable.

I have contacted Apple and they state that adobe doesn't support Mac new operating system Sierra. But I really need to download this version of flash encoder, please let me know if there is a work around. Any help is appreciated.thankyou

Nothing 'Flash' remains on my hard drive. It appears that either Adobe or Apple has a glitch that is preventing this installation. So I've used flash player for quite some time now and all of a sudden it's not staying downloaded. I've tried several times and no matter what I do it still isn't working in Safari. I have a MacBook pro and am using the latest software. Help please!

I have the license agreement from adobe, but only for my own account. I am using windows 10 (64bit) and I always use the latest version of the Adobe flash player (at the moment 23.0.0.207)Adobe shows, when I check for an update that I am using a 64bit system that is correct.After down load finished and installation is done, the windows system control shows that a 32bit version is installed, but is that correkt ?should it not be a 64bit indication. Also when I check the flash player with "attribute" it shows 32bit.habe folgenden Problem: Ich benutze windows10 (64bit) und lade mir regelmäßig auch den neuesten Flash player runter (z.Z. 23.0.0.207)aber in der Windows Systemsteuerung (Icon)  wird immer nur der FP 32bit angezeig.Adobe zeigt aber an das ich den neuesten FP installiert habe und zeigt ebenfalls das ich ein 64bit System nutze.Ist so OK oder kann das geändert werden ? I'm not sure how exactly this happened but I provided a credit card and was charged $1 for adobe just for installing flash?  I have never had to pay for this before and I want to make sure to cancel whatever paid subscription I have but I can't find anything in my account.
