Flash Player (read-only)

I own a Samsung SmartTV and I have been trying to find a FlashPlayer that will work with it so that I can watch ESPN3 and Video on Yahoo and Twitter.  I cannot download the upgrade on the TV because there is an error message that advises to contact the manufacturer (Adobe).  I did some research and found a website, SmartTVFlash.com, but after doing further research discovered this company has a questionable reputation.  I just cannot accept the fact that there is no solution for something that should be so simple.  Does anyone have a workaround for this?  Thanks.

Latest version of Flash Player NPAPI, PPAPI and ActiveX are installed (Flash 23.0.0.207)My system: Win7 64bitsWith Chrome and IE 11, I can play Youtube video but many Flash video on Yahoo Japan won't play. The url is: http://gyao.yahoo.co.jp/Most video will play without problems, but many won't play. Unfortunately adobe error message are in Japanese so I cannot see exactly what is said, I cannot find the error code anywhere.Here are links provided for test... I keep receiving a request to upgrade my W10 FlashPlayer with a file called FlashPlayer.hta. What makes me suspicious is two things. First, I only receive this request when logged into Yahoo.  Secondly, when I test my system it appears FlashPlayer is working.Does anyone know about this FlashPlayer.hta upgrade?Is it legitimate?

Is there a method to get these flash games to work (or just a method to this trial and error madness) this is what I am doing 1. download a swf file (less than 1MB seems to work, as I can't get sons of guns to work. its 2mb) 2. untar the son-of-guns tar file 3. replace the swf file and rename it loader.swf 4. then re-tar it 5. use manager to 'load' it back to the device. my question is - why doesn't the http://unblockedallgames.com/games/sons-of-guns.swf  from the inno forum work? how can I load multiple games? how to switch the game from landscape to portrait? would be good for tetris. thanks in advance.

If I view a graph in Safari (latest version) all of the text appears as question marks. The same page in Firefox displays fine. The problem only appears when a section of the page is displayed using flash player.For example the adobe page Adobe - Flash Player displays like this;I'm using a new iMac running OS 10.11.2. I also have the latest flash player and have restarted the machine after updates. If anyone can help I'd really appreciate it.Thanks

Hi ^^ Ive been using Swiff Player for open .swf files for a long time, but 2 month ago i change my computer and got one with windows 10. Now ive start having problems with this window. When i open a .swf file, sometimes this window appear and i cant click it, ive tried to reset the computer, uninstalling and re-install adobe flash player, and multiple things but nothing changes. Are there any other programs that can open .swf files great or are there any ways to close the window or somehow prevent it from appearing?

Hi everyone, Ive been using Swiff Player for a long time to open .swf files but recently in one of them, this window appears, it was the normal common window but i couldnt click on the options, ive try waiting, searching for help, uninstalling and re-istalling it and nothing happens. Any idea of how can i close the window? Or how to prevent it from appearing? Or even another program to open .swf files?Thanks ^^

I have Microsoft Edge and I'm having difficulty with flash player on Facebook Gameroom. They say I don't have the latest version 11.9 but from the information I've been getting is that with Edge it updates itself automatically. I've been trying to find answers but getting frustrated. is there any broswer, major or minor ie a derivitive of Mozilla that is not hell bent on making the life of flash player users' difficult? and hopefully is commited to supporting the player as long as Adobe continues to support the Flash Player. Our systems are mostly Windows 10, We use applications that run on the Flash Player for internal purposes and once in a while Firefox blocks the Flash Player even though the latest versiion is insalled, although we normally use the Flash Player dbug version.is there some other alternative, I'm not thinking about?Thx!!

At the same time Chrome released its latest update, Flash player was also updated.  Now, I can no longer run Flash player games in full screen mode.  It's so slow, it's completely unusable.  I tried restoring an older version of Chrome, but still got the most recent Flash player.  I've been trying to solve this issue for a week.  I've notified one of the game developers. Please correct this issue.

Hi, I am using the browser Microsoft Edge and IE11, and meet a problem. When I want to watch a video or movie on the website, it cannot work and always displays that I need to update the flash player and gives me a link about how to switch on the flash on Edge because Edge itself had flash in it. But, after I followed the steps it provides, the video still cannot be played and still says flash need to be updated. Also, when I try to check my flash version the first day, it show me I have install 23.0.207, and I can see the little flash at the bottom of that page. However, when I check my version today, it says I didn't install or start one. I got confused and found a link and downloaded the latest one. Well, it cannot be install and says I have already had the latest one. And, IE11 also have this problem. So, what should I do? Thanks.

When I was younger, I had viewed illegal videos online and I found out that that website uses Adobe. I am very sorry for viewing those illegal videos. Will I be forbidden from using Adobe because of this incident? May I still continue using adobe? I am very sorry

Unable to open photo's or videos that need Flash Player in my Windows 10 OS.  each time I try to open one it says I need to install Flash Player. The test says its disabled and I need to go to Settings to turn it on.  Over the last months I've done this exercise dozens of times and it still won't work.What do I need to do to get windows to recognize Flash Player is installed and Function as advertised.

I have Windows 8.1 with Internet Explorer, Flash Player 23.0.0.207. Every video I attempt to view immediately turns bright green. HELP!

I would like Adobe to default their Flash installer so that we must opt-in to installing McAfee Scan Plus rather than opt-out.Better yet, don't put marketing for another company into your installer at all!Who does that? Certainly no other company I know.Since I have to update my Flash player all the time to keep my computer safe, opting out is a nuisance and quite frankly, it feels unethical.It's like a sneaky trick. Let's see how many unsuspecting people we can trick to install McAfee Scan Plus because they were in too much of a hurry to fully read the screen.  Shame on you Adobe!

After going through a great detour to choose the English version, the installation still starts in German!Why does Adobe read my regional settings and not the language of MSIE or Windows itself???

I have version 23.0.0.207 of flash installed.  I went to the flash player manager and the update settings are greyed out, so I cannot change them.  My Windows 10 will not update anything other than windows 10.  I cannot even update Office.
