Flash Player (read-only)

I use the flash player direct download links on the help page to download the latest Flash Player for Firefox and IE after I receive a notice from CERT. I then use those installers to update our images. My question is will that page be decommissioned as well, and will I have to jump through any hoops to download the 'latest' installers? As an aside I think it's ridiculous to decommission the distribution download pages just because they're being spoofed.

All of a sudden when i try to access a feature on a flash game I get this error message. If i click continue the program keeps working but not the feature Help.

Have never been able to get Flash to work, Windows settings are set to on, Adobe's site tells me Flash Player is disabled, I've turned ActiveX off and refreshed the browser several times. Still come up with the same results it changes nothing and want work. Help have been putting up with this for over a year .

Afterwards I've created a new account. Then I received an E-Mail from Adobe to confirm my account, opened the installation software again but it's still impossible to log in it with my new account/password. What's going on? Does anyone have an idea what I could do?

I have been trying to download the Chrome based  flash player for Vivaldi browser with no success. Initially I  kept getting the error message inital application error and was referred to Adobe webpage saying only one version of player is allowed. I downloaded chrome as it was suggested that Vivaldi could pick this up from the app but the best I get on Vivaldi is the message unable to load application. I am running a 64 bit Windows 10 based laptop, it is annoying as on my windows 7 net book the flash player does activate on the Vivaldi browser. I cannot understand why I cannot download it on windows 10. Any suggestions anyone, Vivaldi moderator is unable to help at this stage. I am UK based.

I just booted up my system and getting a virus detected on D/L'd as well.  From the official Flash player update & link:https://get3.adobe.com/flashplayer/update/activex/, after D/L Wdws auto deletes file for virus detected.then upon d/l: every single time:please advise, as I WILL NOT update anymore ADOBE products until resolved. Turning off ALL Adobe update programs.Respectfully,Steve

I have requested and received approval to distribute Flash Player and Acrobat Reader, and was able to successfully download and deploy previous versions, but today I attempted to download the 22.0.0.x version and there are not download links available to me on the page where I previously was able to download the software. Interestingly enough, the Acrobat Reader portion still works - I can still download versions of reader for deployment, but Flash Player is missing. Below is a screen shot  of the web page, but as you can see it is missing the links to the downloads.

Received notice to update Flash player to version 22.2, Installer begins to load, but never loads completely. I am using MacOS 10.11.5 on a MacBook Pro with Safari 9.1.1 I removed the previous version of Flash Player before updating. Can I get any help?

It seems to be a difficult task to find the straight answer to the following question: Are Adobe Flash Player updates cumulative?If I apply the newest existing Flash Player update (APSB15-02) to the bare-bone machine will this cover all previously disclosed vulnerabilities?Is this the same for SCUP distributed updates? Can someone guide me to any documentation available? If I publish latest patch through SCUP will my systems be protected as if I would download it manually?Thank you in advance!

This is affecting hundreds of PC's at our school division. Flash worked fine when the pc's were originally deployed a few months ago. I've confirmed that ActiveX Filtering is NOT on. I've confirmed that the Flash IE Add On is enabled.My research leads me to believe that it is a permissions issue, either on the file system or in the registry, though I've not been able to discover where. I found a post on the Adobe site regarding resetting Flash permissions using Subinacl.exe and a script called reset_fp.bat, tried it, some of the commands in the scripts completed, many failed. After completion results were the same, Flash only runs when launching IE11 using Right Click - Run as Administrator.I'm wondering if there is another way to reset the default Flash permissions? Is there a way to "reinstall" the built in version of Flash?Oh yes, I've also tried removing the latest Flash Updates. As well I've unchecked IE11 under Control Panel- Programs - Turn Windows Features On or Off. Rebooted,

Hi, and I hope someone will have the time to help me out.I am running Windows 7, and I use FF 47.0.  I have the most recent version of flash: 22.0.0.192.As of three days ago I did not have a problem playing games but I did suffer with constant and frequent flash plug in crashes. Then, starting three days ago it simply would not work at all. If I try to start a game it just times out. I have tried numerous things I have found on your website and several other websites, like Tom's Hardware. I have:  disabled hardware acceleration, cleared the flash browsing history and cache, deleted the flash player folders from Adobe and Macromedia, set the plugin to "ask to activate" (it is asking me now, but unfortunately for some reason the gaming site (I use WorldWinner) doesn't ask. If it's a news article or something and I activate it I can see the video.)Any thoughts on what I can do to get flash to work for games again would be much appreciated.FYI, when I updated flash recently the o

Since the update my SHOCKWAVE only works if I download it and get an ABORT  message then it will work SLOWLY FOR A WHILE AND HAVE TO REPEAT!!!   THis started up after the ADOBE FLASHPLAYER UPDATE... NOT IMPRESSED!!!  When using it THE APPLICATION SHOCKWAVE ON THE COMPUTER SHOWS AS IT IS UNAVAILABLE ON THE COMPUTER!!!  WHEN WILL SOMEONE FIX THIS!!! In this mode it works REALLY SLOW AND CRASHES THAT CANNOT BE SENT. Hi, I've downloaded the flash player maybe 20 times, but the Adobe flash player test says the flash player is not installed on my computer.  But when I look in my programs, there it is.  The flash player does not work on either IE or Firefox.  Also, after I download the flash player every time, my CPU stays pegged at 100%.  If I uninstall the flash player, the CPU usage immediately goes down to normal.  I used to have Adobe flash player and it worked just fine.  No, I do not think I have any viruses or malware.  The laptop is a Toshiba A505-S6965 with Windows 7.  Thanks for any help.

So, I have a few EXEs on my computer, for now I wont say which ones they are, but lets say an example. You can complie a group of SWF videos into a Exe that dowsn't actually need Flash player to operate right?When i go to start a few of these, they simply open, and then immediately close.a few others work.I did not make these files, I am simply using that as an informational reference. If you have a flash based EXE that is opening and immediately closing, how to you go about trying to fix that? Running it in any compatibility mode doesn't work, nor does giving it permissions work. the programs in question are all less than 2 years old, and I am running windows 10. I am using Firefox, but that is irrelevant, as I am not trying to run an Exe through my browser.

Hi,We use to have "Global Notifications Settings panel" in settings manager to notify users about the update. When packaging application for deployment we uncheck the notify update by copying settings.sol to all users and future user template preferences(/Users/$user/Library/Preferences/Macromedia/Flash\ Player/macromedia.com/support/flashplayer/sys/settings.sol). Last few days we are not able to find "Global Notifications Settings panel" in the settings manager. We get the following error "The requested URL /support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager05.html was not found on this server." in the settings manager URL. We use mms.cfg to disable autoupdate in Flash Player System preferences. I cannot find adobe flash player for my ipad

I am running windows 7 on my laptop, using Firefox version 38.0.5 with Flash Player 18.0.0.194. The issue is a lot of the times when I try to play flash file on http://www.quotiva.co.uk/  the flash player crashes and reloading the page doesn't always work to fix the issue. This issue has happened on at least 3 to 4 different sites, when it crashes the only option it gives me is to reload the window and like I have already said that doesn't always work. If there is anything I can do to fix this please let me know and if more information is needed, please let me know and I will send it. Thank You

I recently started having the permission problem installing/updating FP.I followed the instructions and downloaded the MS and the attachedfile and executed it, rebooted and the problem persists.Pls advise.

Am trying to install latest update on Mac (El Capitan 10.11-5) wit Google Chrome browser.  Installer downloads but when I double click to do the installation a message comes up that asks for my user id and password.  The user id dos is filled in already ( my actual name, not email address  which is my adobe id) and if I put the just-changed password in it won't take it.  No message appears to tell me what is wrong.  The box just shimmies.  Can you tell me what I am doing wrong/should do differently?
