problem opening document...message says to install flash player, but it is already installed?

Every time I visit a website with any type of ad on it, I get an error message that "Shockwave Flash may be busy or it may have stopped responding." If I click on "stop plugin" i get a warning across the top of my browser that "the Adobe Flash plugin has crashed." For the past few weeks it's been annoying because every time I try to view a new page, my entire browser (not just the tab in question) freezes up until the error message loads. It can take an entire minute to load a single page this way. But today, Firefox stops responding altogether when I try to load a page and I have to go to the Task Manager to kill it off. I'm now having the exact same problem in Internet Explorer.I'm thoroughly confused, because I thought Flash was different from Shockwave Player, but all my Googling keeps leading me to the download page for Shockwave Player. I had searched all of the Flash cookies that has been stored on Flash and found that some were harmless domains like Youtube (s.ytimg.com) and others, but I had also looked up other domains and I found    secure.insightexpressai.com which are suspected malware and I can feel my computer going slower when it appears. I tried to block access to these suspicious domains but after a few days or so, the block disappeared and it allows for the malware to run again. I went to the Apple store and they told me to use ClickToFlash. I do not want to install this software because I like Safari the way it is. I also asked about permanently removing the domains from terminal, they said I could use Nano. I am running the latest version of Flash player and I do not have my Safari t

When i am using a different web browser then chrome. Like edge,firefox,torch.. i cant use the top row number keys(http://prntscr.com/9pxt53) when i am playing flash games. i can still use the keys on the right side. I have a Surface Book i5. I've tried every browser (explorer, edge, Mozilla, chrome), yet I am unable to click on the radio buttons to allow camera and mic access. I have the most current version of everything; checked for updates and rebooted today. I noticed a similar problem with Macs, but the solution didn't work for my hybrid laptop. I've added the website and every version of it to the allow always site list. The website I'm trying to access is southalabama.RemoteProctor.com. I am able to pass the initial computer test, including the ability to click the radio buttons. Where I run into the problem is when it moves forward to the registration step. I select the windows icon and another window opens which again requires me to click the radio buttons. However, this time around I am unable to click them with the mouse, the stylet, or by using the keyboard to cycle through. Does anyone have a solution? Is this a known bug that will be fixed with an upcoming patch? I'd be grateful for

I just updated my Adobe Flash Player and I discovered that McAfee had been installed on my machine.  That is not okay!!  How dare you install something on my machine without my permission.  McAfee is a virus.  They do not care if it works right or not.  I DO NOT want that filth on my machine.  Regardless if I wanted it on my machine or not, I should have been given the choice.Frustrated and angry,

I have created an interactive PDF through Indesign with SWF page curls. Once I open it within Adobe Acrobat it always asks me to click to activate the Flash player. Does anyone know how to resolve this so it will just play without having to activate?

My add and remove programs says I have FP 16, but when I run a check on the website, it says I have 20. What is the scoop? I was told by someone that XP does not support FP20, and it won't even work. Help.

Hi,is it possible to make Windows shortcut with command argument for "full screen" start of stand alone Flash Player 10  .exe file with animation? I know that after start you can use view > full-screen or control+f but it`s manual way. I don`t have access for source files so changing of animation is not possible.I didn`t found any documentation on that particular topic.Thanks in advance.
