I wrote to LG, and after a while they answered they have no intentions to update the firmware. This is very sad because the use of a Smart TV is therefore very limited and almost useless. Is there any way to get the latest Flash from Adobe?
The next version of Flash Player is available for immediate download. In today's release we've updated Flash Player ActiveX for Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 with a critical functional bug fix. On January 5th, Microsoft will make an updated version of Flash Player ActiveX available for Windows 10 via the Windows Update feature. We recommend all users update to the latest version.Security update details can be found here: Security Bulletin (APSB16-01)New Features for Flash Player 20:Video rotation information available to ActionScriptThe Flash runtime will now process the track header box and movie header box metadata correctly, allowing for correct positioning and sizing of video.Stage3D instanced drawingWe’re constantly looking for ways to improve the lives of our developers. My enterprise used to use a Adobe Software Distribution Request to access this site and deploy the Flash Player inside our organization. We do not distribute outside of our organization. The current Adobe website is going away on January 22, 2016.Thanks for any advice.
OS: Windows XP sp3Browser: Firefox 43.0.3Hi, I originally downloaded the update for Flash player and although it appeared to download OK when I came to install it it stopped at 50% with he message "installation failed" .I've tried everything on the help files both for Windows and Adobe and also tried removing the earlier version. Unfortunately I can now no longer access anything that uses Flash and I can't install it! This is driving me mad. HELP PLEASE.Dave
Any help is appreciated. I went thru the steps suggested by Adobe, but to no avail
After downloading the flash player software to my PC (Windows Vista) i doubleclick the file to run and install it but nothing happens.Does anyone know how to solve this? Thanks!
"Application initializatin error"did it 5 times already!
If Flash Player is not really "free", please say so. I've tried to download Flash Player 4 times and I cannot get beyond Step 3 of 3, where I have to pay $99.99 for the Creative Cloud Photography Plan. I am not interested in purchasing this software. If I don't want to purchase this plan, does this mean I'll never be able to use Flash Player, or can I download a prior version instead?
I want the setting to be 10mb but after I change the setting in the window and close it, it keeps going back to zero. It's not a problem with Global Storage Settings. I changed the setting and it has remained changed
Please kindly advise how to get this resolved!
I know there is a security sandbox for SWF files when working with projectors or browser plugins with local or network access. But how secure is a SWF file when you build a wrapper (in Delphi) and load it with the Delphi Flash ActiveX control? In my case the SWF only has to pass some text data from and to the Delphi application. There is no further need for local or network accessIs there a way to protect the SWF from an attack? Or is there no need to do that?Sorry, I'm a newby to this stuff.Thanks.
I use a Windows XP PC with x86 SSE instruction set only processor. The installation executable flashplayer20_fa_install.exe fails, producing an error message box stating : -The exception Illegal InstructionAn attempt was made to execute an illegal instruction.(0xc000001d) occurred in the application at location 0x0040599b.Click on OK to terminate the programflashplayer20_fa_install.exe is clearly not compatible with SSE only x86 processors. Adobe obviously does not want people to view Flash content and by preventing access to the full 18.3MB installer is effectively helping to kill Flash. The full installation executable install_flash_player_20_plugin.exe, soon to be unavailable, runs properly on a SSE only processor.Does Adobe deliberately seek to prevent people from viewing Flash? That is what it is achieving. Customers are paying Adobe for Flash authoring tools and Adobe is undermining those customers by preventing people like me from installing Flash player.
I have software that will not run with Flash player version 20. I need to downgrade to 19. I cant seem to get tot he download on the website. It keeps wanting me to load version 20.

Often is the case that when searching the web, I get the spinning beach ball or the screen freezes. When I check the activity monitor, I find that either flash player is using a large percentage of the cpu or a message states that the Safari plug-in is not responding. I have tried rebooting but this provides only a temporary fix. My iMac is rather new (21.5 inch, late 2012 with 16 GB memory, Graphics NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M 512MB. I am running El Capitan, 10.11.2 ......... The Adobe Flash Player is 20.0.0.267I have read about this problem for people earlier in 2015 when running Yosemite but not as related to El Capitan. Any help would most certainly be appreciated. I am a novice in fixing computer issues.
I just got a new laptop this past month...so Im still learning. I accidentally clicked on the uninstall programs tab and of course the first thing on the list is adobe. So now I have no adobe. I tried going to adobe's website, but I keep getting caught in the feedback loop (its already installed). However, I have checked my programs and adobe is not there...I do have an adobe control panel. So, how can I reinstall adobe because I can't watch videos or anything...which defeats the purpose since I'm an online student. Please help ASAP---I am freaking out!!Thanks

This just started yesterday: all of a sudden Shockwave crashes in Farmville and other sites that need it. I'm using Chrome, Windows 10. Brand new lap top. I've tried installing it many times, thinking maybe I don't have a current version. Shockwave help shows I don't have it installed or it's disabled. I checked and it's enabled. I also checked "allow to use all the time" and it still doesn't work. What else can I do???
Hello,Recently an application customers of ours use required us to downgrade their current version of flash player to 20.0.0.228. I uninstalled flash player using adobe's uninstaller. When I go to reinstall flash player 20.0.0.228 using the msi installer, I receive error 1721. I have tried all steps provided in your KB regarding this. This install is being attempted on a Win 7 Pro 32bit OS machine. How can we resolve this issue?Thank you,Brian

Hi,My Flash SWF files are not loaded anymore in my VB .NET application (I use the Flash32_20_0_0_267.ocx file in my project). These files are located on a web server. This application (HC-SKIPPER) is well known in France. Some of my clients are writing to me because they can not use it anymore. If I right click on the flash object it says that the movie is not loaded.Would it be possible to cancel this last update until it is fixed ? Any idea on when it will be fixed ?Thanks in advance for your help !Regards, lagommette
I have honestly spent hours trying to fix this, I have to use another browser to use flash. I have tried every solution I can expect one. That is turning off hardware acceleration, and the reason I have not tried that solution is that Flash crashes before I can even right click on it to bring up the settings to turn it off.. Even on the Adobe sight. All I get is the Adobe Crashed with the little frowny face. And right clicking on that does nothing..Some help would be nice..Thanks..
Hi,The newest Flash update version 20.0.0.267 broke several different applications for different clients - Dentrix G5, ChiroTouch. I am trying to roll them back to Active X version 20.0.0.228 and the installer listed under archives doesn't appear to install for me.Are there any standalone installers for this version? I need this asap! Thank you!
