In real watercolor work, if you paint an area with plain water and then add a little paint, the paint will only spread to the boundary of the original wet area. It won't bleed onto the dry area. Is this possible in Fresco without using a mask? Also, is it possible to see an area where you have painted only plain water? On real paper it is shiny, but I cannot see anything at all on the Fresco paper. (These may be feature requests, or I may misunderstand how Fresco works.)
I was just putting the final touches on a piece of art that I have been working on for the past 5 hours, when Fresco suddenly crashed and left me with nothing but a blank white page saved in the cloud. I was connected to the internet this whole time, and did not have any network issues. It seems that the autosave in Fresco feature is not to be relied on. Losing art is so sad. Since autosave may or may not be working properly in the background, and it isn't possible to tell unless you repeatedly close and open a file to check, my suggestion is that there needs to be a "save" button that we can manually click every now and again to avoid losing any hours of work. Using Fresco 1.2 Premium on Windows 10.
I can open both Fresco and a reference photo together on my ipad screen like I do with other painting programs, but with Fresco, I cannot see any of my palettes. There are no tools or color wheel or anything in the Fresco UI when open with a reference photo. What do I need to do to see the palettes? I'm running Fresco 1.2 on an iPad Pro running OS 13.2. I download a pack of Kyle Brushes on my iPad and get a .abr file in my Files. Fresco won't recognize the file to import it though. I see it, but it is grayed out. My iPad Pro is the first gen iPad Pro, if that has any hiccups to work with. Is there a step I'm missing somewhere? {Renamed by MOD}
How do I create 3 brushes in Fresco, to mimic round 1,2 and 7 and Hunt quils 102 and 107? I have been playing with the brushes. Even in the comic brushes and maybe I missed it but if there isn't a standard brush for that, what is the actual size I can adjust it to, in order to get what I'm looking for?
I was happy when there was now FRESKO for Windows. I enthusiastically wanted to install it and can not because I am using a device from Lenovo! This can not be true! I am forced to buy devices from a certain manufacturer? When can I install fresco on my Lenovo MIIX?
I love drawing and I am a free-version user of Fresco. But I find it annoying being unable to rename or group any files.
Adobe Fresco is new : let's see what we can do with it. This week Challlange is Still Life. You can use a photo, or create anything without looking at a photo. Let the colors and brushes guide you. No need to immitate a photograph if you are not comfortable... Here is my Olive Oil Stile Life.... Cheers!
My students are doing a photo collage, importing photos into new layers. But - we are struggling getting the eraser to work on a photo. Students want to erase the white rectangular space around, say, a pineapple, but the eraser won't work. Any help much appreciated.
Hi, trying to layer, but images are not opaque. How to make that happen?
Hi there! I'm really enjoying Fresco these days on my surface book. I especially enjoy the time lapse feature, except the past few times I've run the preview, (and in the final export) it only seems to have captured a small part of the drawing process. Has anyone else experienced similiar? At first I thought the issue might've been because of exiting and entering a document when making a large painting over time, but I just finished a simple layered sketch over the past hour, and it only captured the last quarter of time. Looking forward to suggestions and solutions.
Have to say Fresco looks great and would love to try it out but I'm very disappointed that it's not included in the Photography Plan. I use Photoshop every day at work it's my job I also use Photoshop and Lightroom at home that’s why I have the Photoshop Plan. As well as photography I also like to draw and do Digital painting and with the Photography plan I have the best of both worlds, Lightroom for my Raw files and Photoshop for tweaking images plus Photoshop for digital Painting. So when Adobe revealed early this year about Gemini/Fresco I was very excited to have an App that was dedicated to drawing and painting from a company that I was used too (Fresco tools etc. isn't too far from Photoshop). I guessed it would not be a one off payment like Procreate but was hoping it would be free for Adobe cloud users. You can imagine my disappointment (and others Adobe Photography Plan users I'm sure) when I read it was free to all but the Photography Plan subscribers, I
I tried to install Fresco on my Surface Go, but it says Windows update required to version 1908 (not sure) or later. The Surface Go currently runs on Windows Home, which is not enough to meet the requirements? Any suggestions how anyone has
I'm working with the Live brushes in Fresco but I can't get the watercolor round detail brush to work. The wash brushes work OK but nothing is drawn when I use the round detail brush. How come? I've tried playing around with the various settings but nothing happens. Any suggestions? I'm using an iPad, by the -way. with the Apple pencil.

I created a bunch of brushes in Adobe Capture. They import perfectly in Adobe Sketch on iPad and on Photoshop for Desktop. They do not import into Adobe Fresco on iPad and show up as "unsupported format". Any suggestions?
Is it possible to set a vector brush as a stroke like in Adobe Illustrator—i. e. the stroke is not a fill (> see figure on the left)?
They are charging $10 a month for mobile drawing app? Have they lost their minds. As a photography plan and illustrator single app plan user I have always had access to adobe mobile apps for free with my plan. I played around with fresco but when I tried to save as psd file it asked for 9.99 a month membership. The same price as professional version of photoshop? I will stick with procreate and sketches app. Both of which do not charge a monthly charge which surprises me cause procreate is an amazing app that I do all my painting in. Fresco doesn't even come close to procreate. Adobe is cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs if they think they can charge that much for a little painting drawing app.
Frame it! Paint in Fresco, then add text and enhance your creation in Photoshop on the iPad Do you like to paint? Do you take photos? Try your hand at using Fresco and Photoshop on the iPad to make a creative photo frame and post it directly to social media. See how seamless the transition is going from one app to the other when using cloud documents. Lets get started! 1) Create a new file in Fresco Open Fresco and tap create new to open a new file Tap on Custom size and set the dimensions you choose. Select a transparent background. Estoy pagando la cuota de adobe Cloud completa con acceso a todos los programas, pero cuando intento usar pinceles de cómic me pide que me suscriba y pague 12€ al mes, que significa eso que el paquete es completo pero no incluye todas las opciones?
I really missing the easy iPad to laptop handoff I had in adobe draw.exporting a pdf from fresco, then opening it in illustrator is a bit tedious.i tried to go back to adobe draw but the handoff doesn't work, and you need to sign out of the app and the cc desktop, then go back in, and it only works for a little while then crashes.Anybody having the same issues?and while we're at it, it would be nice to send multiple files from draw or fresco to illustrator at once, instead of one by one thanks
Hi I can't export my works as PNG/JPG on my surface from export or quick export. A file is created but its size is 0. After uninstall and re-install, this issue still occurs. Could anyone let me know how to do?
Is it possible to open vector layers from Illustrator PDF in Fresco?
I am drawing vectors in Adobe Fresco and then importing the drawing into Illustrator, through a pdf. When I go to the vectors, about half of them are paths and the other half are compound paths. When I release the compound paths, there are the tiny little fragment paths that I don't understand. To get rid of them, I have to delete manually, which is a real pain. I am using a laser cutter, therefore I cant have these fragments just in there. I am drawing on an new Ipad Pro with pencil, and importing to 2015 iMac. Again, I have no idea where these fragments come from.
If your Fresco app is crashing while changing the brush settings on Windows devices with Nvidia’s GeForce graphics card, then try the steps below as a workaround: Launch of the GEForce Experience application on your device. Go to Settings>General. Toggle the In-Game Overlay setting to disable. Check out our help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/fresco/kb/crashes-on-windows-brush-settings.html for more information.
