Fresco

The ability to create and save palettes within Fresco is long overdue. I'm aware of the ability to import from Creative Cloud, but I want ease of use and simplicity within Freso itself. It is a great app but the lack of this feature is keeping me from switching to it as my main iPad drawing tool. Please help! [Renamed by Mod]

I'm having trouble transferring my files from Adobe Draw into Adobe Fresco with my layers intact. There's news that Adobe Draw app will be removed, and I cannot lose my files. Please someone help me with this, or help me transfer my Adobe Draw files into Clip Studio Paint with my layers intact. Thanks!

I have been using Fresco on my PC with a drawing tablet and love it! Only problem is I can't figure out how to move/pan the canvas. Is there a hand tool of Fresco?

I have multiple animations that are running at the same time. Some are stationary objects moving on a path and others are frame-by-frame animations. My issue is when I play them all in a loop together. They will all play through so the longest of them plays once and then a quarter of the way through the second loop it skips back to the start. I can't figure out why it's doing this. I just want them all to loop within their own animation but continuously. [Renamed by Mod]

Is there a resource that shows which brushes in Fresco is equivalent to the brushes in Procreate? There are some Skillshare classes in Procreate that I would like to take, but want to use Fresco since it's the program that I have. Thanks [Renamed by Mod]

Bonjour, je débute sur Fresco. Et j'ai un problème pour me déplacer sur mon illustration : je zoome sans problème, mais si j'ai dessiné un personnage, je ne peux travailler que sur son ventre ! Si je veux zoomer sur les pieds par exemple, impossible ! Je peux pivoter le dessin, mais ça ne change rien puisque le centre du pivot est le ventre. I create line drawings in AutoCAD which are dwg files and also save and print them out as pdf's. Can I use Adobe Fresco with either types of these files to watercolor over for a more pleasant presentation? [Renamed by Mod]

My computer IS definitely up to date, but I keep getting this error. How do I get around it? The full error is: "you must update your system to install fresco. Please check the following: Windows 10 Version 1903 (May 2019 update)". I'd love to be able to try this program! [Renamed by Mod]

I am getting a blue circle with white arrows in it by all of my new fresco art on my ipad. I am unable to send my files to illustrator on my desktop as I have done a million times in the past. Adobe online support has been very unhelpful .  I am hoping someone here can help me. I have restarted everything, turned wifi off and on- any ideas? thanks !Sheila

I'm guessing this has to do with the latest update (Thicker oilpaint brushes), but it seems like the glaze brush is behaving very differently than it has in the past, with more defined brush strokes/less "leveling", and less of a sense of fluid transparency than I've gotten accustomed to. Having trouble with Adobe Fresco where after opening a project in the app, the app appears to crash after around 30 seconds to 3 minutes. This happens with all projects. I have deleted the app and redownloaded the app which resulted in a lot of lost work in order to solve the issue but had no luck. I Also restarted my iPad and redownloaded the app but it continues to happen. It started about a week ago. Any help would be amazing!

Is there a layer color/hue shifter in Fresco on the Ipad? I want to change an already clipped layer's hue and color, but it's clipped to a clipped layer. So if I clip the Adjustment layer and use the sliders, it changes everything else below, even the base layer. It's a very simple tool on the desktop version of Photoshop with CTRL + U. Am I just dumb or it's just not there? Please add it to Fresco too if it's not, as it's easy to use yet very strong and effective. [Renamed by Mod]  

When I finish drawing, press the export button and save it as a pdf or jpg png file, the image quality is always broken. I also chose "high definition." How do I save the pdf file so that the quality doesn't break? [Renamed by Mod]

I'm running Fresco on my Windows x64. I'm also a first-time user; just downloaded the app today and I'm not able to open it long enough to run it or interact with it at all. It immediately crashes after "loading documents" (which there are none because I've never used the app). I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, updating drivers, restarting, etc. Nothing has worked to resolve this issue. Please help! A while back, on my ipad i was requested by adobe fresco to resign in as my paid version expired but fresco is free so i was able to use it but lost my data from cloud documents, now those files are sometimes visible in creative cloud recents but not all of them are there... i really need those files, can somebody please suggest what can be done.. How do I delete an Adobe Fresco file from my iPad but keep (do not delete) the same file in Adobe Creative Cloud?   My iPad (not iCloud; not Creative Cloud) keeps running out of space; so I want to remove the local files, but keep the same files in the cloud.    I was actually able to do this by deleting the entire Fresco app (and all of its data) from my iPad and then reinstall it. That, in and of itself, is not a good user experience; plus that hack “solution” removes all of the user’s application preferences and the user has to deal with the new user on-boarding experience again.     When this happened the first time I lost a large document I spent hours on because the app got hung up after I actually did make room on my iPad.    Please help.  I know this has to be a common problem.    Thank you, Michelle

Hello,   I'm using Adobe Fresco in Windows and holding the touch shortcut button and drawing only trims the drawing if I'm with the round brush. I wish I could trim with the "Terminal" (in Portuguese) brush and with other simple line brushes.   The only one that trims is the round brush, as you can see in the attached video.   Any help will be appreciated. 1. I spent about an hour on a project 2. I stopped and went back to the gallery 3. Fresco told me I had to sign in again 4. I have Adobe Account Access and checked my device 5. Account Access did not work 6. I had to check my email for a code. 7. It had not arrived after 5 min. So I sent a new request. 8. It eventually arrived and when I entered it it said invalid code. 9. So I requested another. This process repeated several times until I was locked out. 10. Then another code arrived! So you can see what has been happening. 11. I shut down, restarted everything, waited and started the process all over. 12. This time Adobe Account Access worked. 13. So I went to the gallery AND THE PROJECT I HAD SPENT OVER AN HOUR CREATING DID NOT LOAD INTO THE GALLERY. Add to this the time I wasted trying to sign back in. That is almost two hours of my life I will never get back, and a creative project I will never be able to repeat. 14. SO I WILL NEVER TRUST FRESCO AGAIN. 15. Bye. [Renamed by Mod]

Hi there, My Fresco work on my iPad is not syncing to my files on my iMac. File synching is said to be up to date but when I check the files on my iMac they are not appearing. The only way I can get the files onto my iMac is by exporting them as a jpg. I'm unable to export them as a psd file. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? I was using the sqaure drawing guide and it locked onto some cyan guide line and messed my square up and now it's permenatly off kilter by a few degreees. Who the hell thought that was a good feature? My settings are set to lock onto to every 45 degrees, and when the outline for the guide is plumb square the actual guide (the dotted line inside that the line is drawn on) is not. Is there a way to reset this insane feature?

Hi Adobe ! Windows first for Fresco! May be it was more complicated to release it ? 🙂  But have you got a Mac OS version in your Roadmap for 2023 or 2032 ? it would be very useful and more UX friendly on Monterey or other Mac System, very soon ! Best regards  [Renamed by Mod]
