Fresco

Hi, When I use the live watercolor wash soft brush, it leaves white marks.  I've attached a picture as an example.  Look at the black circles on the top left.  Inside the black, there are white marks.  It's using the color of the background to make the marks.  How do I fix this, or is this a bug?  I apologize if this has already been asked.  I searched for this question but didn't find a post about it. Thanks, Stacey Guenther

I started my 30 day free trial of fresco a while ago and now it has expired. I dont have access to photoshop or any other apps, but I do still have fresco somehow. Is this a bug or will I lose access to fresco at some point?

I have a Dell laptop and a subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud. I am trying to figure out, if I get an iPad and put Adobe Fresco on it,1.Would I have to pay for Fresco on top of what I'm already paying for Creative Cloud and2. Would there be any communcation problem since one is an Apple product and the other is a Dell?

People who used to work through Adobe sketches will also lose their jobs through the missing brush. Adobe seems to think of users (experts) as experiments while receiving money on a yearly basis. There is no better experimental group than this.If you don't take this situation seriously now, many will turn their backs on you.

Frescoのヘルプボタンから「オンラインヘルプ」を選択すると「Adobe Fresco ラーニングとサポート」ページに飛ばされますが、そこにある「マニュアル」ボタンを押しても「Fresco ユーザーガイドへようこそ」というページが開くだけで、そこから先はマニュアルのごく一部にしかアクセスできません。webから「Fresco ユーザガイド」を検索すると同じタイトルのページが見つかり、その左側にはマニュアルの目次がリンクとして表示されています。そこには検索ボックスもあるので、好きなだけユーザガイドを読むことができるのですが、Frescoの中からそこに辿り着けないのは明らかな欠陥ではないでしょうか？　Frescoから開けるページには検索ボックスもないので、本当にどうしようもありません。ただコミュニティへのリンクはあるので、「まずは、お前らユーザ同士で教え合うことに慣れろ。そして将来的に俺たちがマニュアルを作ったり翻訳したりする手間を省かせろ」と言われているようで、非常に不愉快です。ユーザをサポートに使うやりがい搾取の悪辣さには目をつぶるとしても、せめて本来のユーザガイドへのリンクくらいはつけて欲しいと思うのは、ユーザの思い上がりでしょうか？　これがそんなにAdobeの経営を圧迫するものだとも思えないのですが。

When I press the button to report a bug it opens an empty window in my internet browser (Google Chrome in this case) and does nothing else. The suggest a feature button seems to work and leads to https://adobefresco.uservoice.com/, but I am unsure if that is the correct place to report bugs.

When I start Adobe Fresco error 205 pops up and tells me to close the application. I already tried the following:- I thought it was due to an update and tried to use an earlier version, but the error kept showing up.- I folowed the instrucions on the forum, deactivating anti virus a few mins, then rebooting the app and still the error kept showing, can somebody please help me out? From what I understan it seems it doesn't sync the account? best regards. 

When placing an image as reference in v3.8.0, Fresco crashes. In v3.7.5 it worked well.Is this a known issue? Thank you.

Hello Just bought a brand new surface pro 8 and was super excited to finally be able to use Fresco... But the app quickly starts lagging. I have a Surface pro 8 with 256gb SSD (gbGB of free space remaining) and 16gb of RAM. Fresco is fluid for 30 to 60 minutes and starts to get supper laggy (strokes appear after one second, chaning tool takes ages,...). I'm doing only small drawings (canvas size = screen resolution), with only pixel tools (no vector), and 2-3 layers at most. I have a high speed internet connection (although really, this shouldn't be needed at all for any painting app). Seriously, nothing I do is supposed to get the app to lag so much (nothing similar happens when using photoshop). This basically makes the app unusable for me. It's impossible to quickly switch between picking colors and using the brush for blending, or change brush size/settings regularly.  Is the Adobe team working on some fix?  

I use adobe draw to create vector art for large scale art, that I print on canvas.   Maybe I am wrong, but looks like Fresco does not have a ruler, or the shape tools ( circle, square, ect).   I do not use pixel art at all, since I cannot resize it.   At this point looks like Fresco is an not option for me.  I will have to continue using draw.      I am ok with updates, but why take tools away? Does the iPad version have an option to snap one object to another? If not, will there be one in the future?

New to the app and wanted to work with some of my PS files to work on the go. App keeps on crashing and uses a lot of memory in the background. I hope the future update will rectify the memory management and file loading process. 

I've moved over from Adobe Sketch to Adobe Fresco since the prior is ceasing services on the 10th but I always used the ruler shape on the app for straight lines. Does anyone know if the ruler tool is available on the mobile app as I've seen it's a thing on Fresco but I've yet to see it in my taskbar. 

As a longtime Photoshop user--since 1996--I am disappointed in the unrealistic subscription model for this partially developed app. Adobe has to realize there is serious competition in this area of development and respond accordingly. I bought Procreate for $10 and it runs circles around Fresco. Why would I want to invest $120 a year in an app that doesn't do half of what Procreate does? I have downloaded and installed Affinity products and I am thinking about cancelling my current Photography plan. $10 a month for Photoshop and Lightroom is OK if the apps are used frequently, as was the case when I did freelance, but now that I use PS once or week or less, it may be time to migrate to Affinity. I cannot justify the cost.

Hello! I need a symmetrical triangle. The default triangle was symmetrical, but at some point it changed and now the angles are off so I have been getting by drawing each side of the triangles I need using the ruler tool. I would prefer to just fix the triangle shape in the polygon tool to how it was in the begining, where the bottom two angles were the same. To be clear, I am using the shape tool listed with the ruler under the polygon section. How do I fix it?  I have already tried turning the triangle and restarting Fresco. 

A great feature would be the ability to save files locally without the use of the cloud.

Hello,I've been enjoying Fresco on a Microsoft Surface for many years where I can effortlessly zoom, pan, and rotate using intuitive two-finger gesture controls. I upgraded to a PC without a touchscreen and am trying to use my Wacom Intuos Pro M to do the same functions, but Fresco is not responding in the same way. Zooming and rotating are unusably sluggish/broken and two-finger panning is impossible. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Thanks.

Even though I am using the same account and have stable wifii on both devices, the projects on my iPad won't show on my Surface pro. This has only happened recently, and the files that won't show have a blue refresh button on the bottom right (on my iPad). Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance, everyone!

Hi!Strange problem with Creative Cloud. Around 6 months ago I was working on a drawing in Adobe Fresco. Been going in and out of the file for a bunch of times so the saving was working then. Now when I'm trying to open the file it's nowhere to be found in my cloud documents in Fresco. However, when I'm opening the Creative Cloud app I can see the file together with a bunch of other old files but I'm not logged in (see attached image) and I can't open it, share it, duplicate it or make it available offline. I can also add that I've logged in to my CC account from several devices and the file is simply not saved to the cloud. Where is it? Thank you in advance!Cheers /Andreas

Hi guysMy friend has a lot... and by a lot, I mean a lot, of Adobe Draw files, but they are only saved in the cloud. Now we have a new CC license and we want to import all the Fresco Files into this new license. But unfortunately I cannot export whole folders, I just can export one graphic after another. And this takes hours. Is there any chance to export the whole folders? Thank you very much for your answer.
