Hello. Why I can't import my eraser brushes? 

I've posted before about Fresco's brush system leaving horrible tails on the end of strokes that makes the app almost unusable. There's no fixing it - I've tried everything. Recently, however, I've found that this problem doesn't exist in Photoshop for iPad. I don't know if anyone from Adobe actually looks at these, but I wanted to request they please use the same brush system they do in Photoshop in Fresco. It's extremely frustrating because lines look great in Photoshop for iPad, but everything else is a glitchy mess. Everything else in Fresco works great, but the lines you draw get screwed up by the weird tapering effect at the end of a stroke. You can't win with either.The functionality is there to have a great app. Between the two everything works great. But unfortunately the go-to professional grade software company for all things creative can't seem to handle making one decent iPad raster illustration tool...just two kinda crummy ones. Unbelievably frustrating.

I decided to try using Fresco again with my laptop (Windows 11) and pen display (XP-Pen Artist 16 4K drawing display) after Fresco gave me too many problems on my iPad Pro. Now I'm experiencing pen hover icon issues, in Fresco, when using my desktop: a crosshair circle icon persists when I try to draw/paint, even though the Brush Preview settings is Off. I literally can't see where my line begins or ends when I draw because that crosshair icon is blocking my view. I didn't have this issue on the iPad app (I had other issues with the iPad app version). We waste more time having to deal with Adobe apps issues than any other drawing/design apps I've ever used. How do I get RID of this crosshair circle? I don't need hover/pointer guides in my way when I'm trying to draw.

Hello, I'm mainly using Adobe Fresco on the iPad pro. For shortcuts I'm using an 8bitdo micro, which works excellent with all shortcuts in Adobe apps and Procreate, but I was wondering if there is a way to assign a shortcut for vector trimming instead of using the floating circle in Fresco. Using the controller as a shortcut controller is very efficient, but making this specific feature only available with the floating circle is a bummer. Is there any plan to make this possible? I have not found a place to make a request, can someone guide me if there is a place or email to at least voice a request for this to be considered?

Fresco has been my jam this year! I am headed to Adobe MAX later this month and will definitely check out the Fresco kiosk and sessions, but if anyone from this community is also going and would like to meet up and talk about their Fresco workflow, lmk! ty!

I recently upgraded to Adobe Fresco 1 year paid subscription.  I also have Adobe Photoshop CC on my desktop and my ipad pro.  I see 25 gigs of space in creative cloud app on my ipad with 11 gigs used.  I was under the impression that I would receive 100 Gigs for a paid subscription of Adobe Fresco.  Is it not under the creative cloud app on my ipad pro? Ballina

hi there, i have this issue of my files on adobe fresco. when i try to open them, they say that they are "no longer valid PSD files" and i have to duplicate them to open it, but when i try to delete the old version, it tells me it cannot be deleted! does anyone else have this problem? what do i do?? 

I have a simple 120 frame animation. I've created a little flying bat that I want to start at the half way point, frame 60. Right now it just stretches out the little bat-loop over the 120 frames - How to I stagger the start of that layer so it starts at frame 60?

Hey there,I'm very new using Fresco. What a great program but as I see it's for touching devices. I want to use it on a normal desktop PC with a Wacom. Is there any way to do stuff you normally do with gestures differently? Like, I figured out how to zoom into the picture, but I'm only able to zoom in to one spot. Is there a way to move around the picture or at least zoom in to different spots? I guess I'd have more questions like this, so it's just an example. Is there a link to where it's explained how to use the program on a normal PC with tablet but no touch screen?Thanking you in advanceTina

Bonjour, j'essaie d'installer de nouveaux pinceaux sur Fresco, ça me dit ajout en cours, mais le téléchargement ne se fait pas. Pourtant, il me reste de la place, je n'utilise que 20% de mon espace de stockage. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi. Est-ce que quelqu'un peut me suggérer un solution? Merci.

Fresco is not launching, the computer meets requirements and is updated. I also updatedFresco the version. Uninstalled and installed again but it just crushed when loading documents and automatically closes, not launching home app.

Whenever I start up fresco it crashes right after the loading documents screen. I looked in event viewer and it told me it was an "Exception code: 0xc0000005" In the "gemini_uwp_bridge.dll" file  I tried driver updates, reinstalling it, checking for corrupt system files, and doing a Windows Memory Diagnostic scan, but to no avail.if I go back a Fresco version, it works but crashes after selecting brushes or brush size. any help is very much appreciated. 

I'm experiencing a persistent CRITICAL FREEZE/CRASH issue with Adobe Fresco (v5.7.0) on Windows 11. Hey everyone!I'm a bit desperate and quite frustrated.I've had Fresco for years now and I drew so much my 5gb cloud storage filled up.So I backed up and deleted most of my art projects from it. Space was freeing up and then, once I deleted everything I wanted, it... went back to full.I was waiting days, hoping it's a server error but nothing happened.(For the record, I permanently deleted the files so they are not in the trash.)"Thankfully" adobe's app is so useful it only keeps nagging me about my storage being full but there is no way to check what it is full OF.I have less than 1gb of files in Fresco for sure and use no other apps that could take up space.Maybe the brushes I have downloaded? But there's no way I would have 4gb of brushes...I tried everything.Can somebody offer a solution?

I am using the transform tool to move a circle, but it does not move; it appears to be stuck in one position. You can rotate, distort and increase its size. My later is a vector layer. I can move the document around using the transform tool. I am using the XPpen. I never had this problem with moving objects before now. I have not slected the stre, ditorst, perspective or liguidfiy tools - just the transform tool to move and resize objects Any advice would be greatly appreciated Keith

Hello. I'm working on a new iPad Pro and I create illustrations. This is the first time I've tried to export a Fresco Timelapse video...  but it will not export to Photos (Save video). I can export to files. But it is not recognized to drop into Keynote or iMovie... Anybody know what's going on?  I've saved to Files... (and exported to social media from there)... but not recognized by Mac software... hmmm...   I've already restarted apps... restarted the iPad... re-exported... adjusted settings to smaller files. I have PLENTY of storage on my iPad...  Anybody know what it could be? 

Hi all!!I've been having this problem multiple times and can't figure out how to fix it. So when I first use the shape tool (circle an rectangle) I can change the size and move it around no problem. But when I hide it and then bring it back it wont let me change the shape I can only move it around (the frame around the shape with the little dots that you use to change the shape and rotate won't appear) . I've closed and open back again the document thinking that would work but nothing, I've also open closed fresco again thinking that would fix it too but still nothing can't change shape only move it around. I'll attach a video so that what I'm saying is clearer. I draw with the pixel brush by the way (idk if that changes anything) and I use fresco on desktop. Any advice is welcome!!! (it's driving me crazy haha)

So i made a big animation about 460 frames big (which took around 7 to 9 hours to make), i was about to do the final finnishes, but it crashed and i now cannot enter the document. When i try it just says something in the line of "can not enter please find help". it was to a point the app lagged before hand. please can somebody help me with this i am begging you guy  thanks

Hi, I had an idea for creating a vector art brush for use in Adobe Fresco, I so I built one in Illustrator and I went to save it in the CC Libraries and intially I tried dragging and dropping it from the brushes pallette into the CC Libraries Window and it did not work. So I used it to draw a vector line and drop it into the CC Libraries Window. It would not save: only recognized the color and the graphic I drew with it.Help!

Does anyone have this problem? Also sometimes Adobe Fresco does not recognize my fingers. I have updated all drivers, Uninstalled and re-installed. I even tried using prior versions. Still the same thing. sketch has my favorite brushes, they're so realistic and have great textures. Fresco's brushes are just plain and subpar. I have procreate so I'd rather use that for nonrealistic/digital brushes than fresco tbh. 

When using Fresco with my Surface Slim Pen 2 on my Surface Pro 9 there is a considerable delay or lag between contacting the canvas with the tip of the pen to when it actually begins drawing. This issue does not occur when using my finger to draw on the surface. Any suggestions on how to remedy this issue?

I was a few hours into a project (8k resolution) when the app crashed on me. I reopened the app and tried to reopen the project I was working on but an error message popped up saying, "Format not supported: The document does not appear to be a valid PSD file." I read online that opening a duplicated file with that error message works so I gave it a shot. It worked at first, but then the screen froze and then eventually turned black. I tried to exit out of that file but then I had another error message pop up saying that I needed 0.3 gb of storage space in order to save it which didn't make any sense because I have 37 gb of space. I force quit out of the app and made another duplicate file and eventually after a few hours I had about 8 duplicated files and each file would be as buggy as the last but I didn't know what else to do. I decided to then delete the app and then redownload it but when I did, all of my duplicates were deleted, except for the original file. Before all of this hap
