hello! in my last couple drawings I did today, my timelapse export button has gone missing. I went to go check drawings I've done before and they had it right where it's always been. My guess is that it has been having issues and is just not recording at all.

The FRESCO desktop application appears unavailable on my Creative Cloud page, because it is informed that my video card is not compatible with that program ... What video card could I install on my system in order to install the app?

Hi, I updated my Windows 10 Home to version 20H2, but still I can't install Adobe Fresco because it says that my operating system is outdated and the app is not available. Can someone help me? Natalia

After the Install of Adobe Fresco the program stuck while loading documents

Hello, I was opening today Adobe Fresco to work and it suddenly crashed and kicked me out of the app. When I re opened it, it made me sign in again, and all my information was lost. Even the cloud was empty which is really strange, so are all my other Adobe applications. Please I would appreciate any help in this as I have more than 2 years worth of work. Any information is more than welcome.

Hi! I am using the latest version of Adobe Fresco on my pc without any pen tablet just using a mouse, I can't see my brush preview in any brush types. Even I checked the preview option in In-App settings it is on, but not able to see the preview please help.

Is there any place where I can get brushes to draw a person? like hair, eyelashes, fabric textures. Also what about brushes that could actually fade? 

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE make fresco compatible for desktop users with wacom cintiq displays.As a professional illustrator and designer most of my work is done in the office and not on a mobile device. Being a lifelong mac user I don't wont to purchase a cintiq pro due to it being a windows operated system. Is fresco a novelty or toy? If it is capable of what I've seen, then I see no reason for it not to be available to users like myself... I can't be the only professional in this situation...

Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me with this!I use Fresco on an iPad 8th generation. It has 32gb of internal storage. Very frequently, I'll start the app up, and it will block me and say: "You must free up (X Amount Of Space) to continue."I've even contacted support about this, but they were unfortunately not too much help.I was told that Fresco uses the cloud, but if it truly did use it, I wouldn't have needed to delete literally everything in order to use this app. I'm getting to the point where I'm deleting things I really need because I use Fresco for my job, and I can't afford to not have it. If I delete something from the Fresco "Your Work" space, it deletes it across the entire cloud base. I just want to use Fresco without using internal storage: if it truly is a cloud based program, I should be able to. I'm not really sure what to do to stop it from taking over my space. Fresco is taking 10GB of my internal space right now, and it's rising each day. I have 100

I have an existing Creative Cloud account, I've been using it with all my Adobe creative apps.When Fresco went active, they started shunting you from Draw to,that.  So I downloaded Fresco, using the free version,and tried to transfer a Draw project to Fresco, but it wouldn't let me because it said the project would exceed the 2G free space provided with the free versions of Adobe Creative Apps.So first I signed up for the 20G for $1.99 a month in Creative Cloud through my iTunes account.  I could see I had access to the 20G whenever I signed into creative cloud via internet browser, but the Adobe IPad Apps didn't register the increased storage space in Creative Cloud.I then went back to the Fresco App and signed up for the $9.99 a month Premium Version with the first 6 months free, because part of that package included 100G of creative cloud storage space.Now, in Fresco, it clearly says I have the Premium version in settings but it still shows only 2G of space available.I sig

I'm told that this is the place to request a feature for Fresco? Hope it is. Can the developers add a fade out option or effect on their live oil paint brushes? For explanation/example: When I use a real paint brush to paint on a real canvas, my paint color thins out then runs out - giving me that FADING OFF look (ombre look). Then I just dip my brush on to my paint palette again to reload to add more paint on to my canvas. If this already exist, let me know where I should go to turn that feature on. The representative I spoke said it doesn't exist. But if it exist in Procreate, I'm sure Fresco live brushes can do the same. By the way, Fresco's live watercolor and oil are the best. Having a fade out capability will make it even better. Fresco's vector is amazing as well. Fresco's pixel brushes are just okay. I use Procreate for all pixel & rough texture effects.

Hello! I just installed adobe fresco on my surface laptop. It crashes as soon as i open it. I uninstalled and reinstalled many times. My pc more than meets the requirements. What to do???

Hi there, I just downloaded Kyle T Webster's Megapack on to my iPad Pro which is less then a year old, when I uploaded them into Fresco all the brushes are coming up as unsupported. When I close the app the brush pack then disappears from Fresco. Please can you help me fix this as I'd really like to use these brushes for some work I'm doing. Thanks so much!

I have a document missing from a few weeks ago. I thought maybe I accidentally deleted it, but I checked the deleted files and it's not there. Anyone else have this issue? I've checked my assets on my Adobe account and I don’t see it there either. Everything else is still there though. Did Fresco just eat my file???

Using a school account, I downloaded Fresco. However, I've been stuck on this opening screen:I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and logging out and back in. I've seen other people with this question go unsolved. The only "answer" I've seen was to buy the full version, which I'm assuming I have since the Creative Cloud app lists Fresco under "Free with your Membership". Any help would be appreciated.

I already tried the history "set back to this date" thing, but the day that I added the image was not showing, only showed the edited version, what do I do? I really need to undo it, I can't get that image a second time either! help!  i am a nude artist, but I kinda didn't sketch my ideas first. Someone wanted me to make a nude version of them, please understand.

When I use pixel brushes, I see these weird white square halo artefacts / anomalies.  Does anyone know what's causing this?  Computer: HP Pavillion x360 2-in-one 14" 14m-dw1023dxPen: Bamboo InkPen: HP Pen 1MR94AA(both pens cause this result.)

Is there somewhere I can find brush file size, or brush pack file size?or can I get a couple examples likehow much space does Winter 2019 take up?how much space does concepts brush pack take up? also I have a lot of unsupported brushes. Like under concept, I have 51 unsupported brushes, anyone else experience this?

Im having this only on Fresco, when my brush stroke ends it just breaks off and does this annoying tick. Doesnt happen with the Basic Pencil brush tho but happens with every other one.

why are the watercolor brushes creating a single transparent pixel boarder around image? I import the image from photoshop cc into the Adobe cloud and open it in Fresco. Their is no transpartent border on the photoshop image that I'm inporting. It does not madder how much pressure or color even using black will fill in this border? I have not had this issue using other brushes. Any suggestions
