When After Effects enacts an auto-save, the auto-save window should not appear if the user is currently using another program. For example, I was in the middle of a complex selection in Photoshop when the After Effects Auto save window popped up over the work I was in the middle of. I was unable to see my cursor until the auto-save window disappeared so I had to stop was I was doing and wait. I don’t think it’s necessary for an After Effects alert to encroach on the screen of another program being used.

Feature Request: “Return Playhead to Start Position on Stop”I’d like to request an option that makes the playhead return to the position where playback originally started whenever playback is stopped.For example: I place the playhead at 10:00 and press Spacebar. Playback starts normally and the playhead moves forward. When I press Spacebar again to stop, the playhead should immediately return to 10:00, instead of remaining at the position where playback was stopped.Ideally, this could simply be a toggle/button in the Program Monitor, such as:“Return Playhead to Start on Stop”When enabled:Position A → Spacebar → Playback → Spacebar → Stop + Return to Position AWhen disabled, Premiere would keep its current behavior:Position A → Spacebar → Playback → Spacebar → Stop at Position BThis should work with the normal Play/Stop command, without requiring In/Out points or using Play Around, since Play Around does not provide the same normal Play/Stop workflow.This type of functionality has existed in DAWs such as Pro Tools for many years and is extremely useful when repeatedly reviewing the same edit, transition, audio cue, cut, effect, etc.A simple toggle would allow editors to choose whichever playback behavior fits their workflow.

Solo track toggle but just for VideoOpen for Voting

For people who use premiere for multicam work it would be nice to have a solo toggle like we have for audio but on video. This way we can easily click on 1 video to view so that we can adjust lighting, color, or size a little more conveniently. Toggle Explanation Image

Please bring back the button that was previously located in the bottom-left corner of the Firefly interface, which allowed users to open and close the panel displaying their generated images. This button was very useful for quickly accessing or hiding the generated images panel. If bringing the button back is not possible, please consider keeping the generated images panel permanently visible instead.

Character limits for video generationOpen for Voting

Character limits for video generation aren't displayed during the creation step. For instance, while Kling Turbo accepts 500 characters, others accept 1,000. Since we aren't aware of this—and it isn't stated anywhere—we end up producing useless videos. The system should highlight the text in red when the character limit is exceeded, and we should be able to see exactly how many characters we are allowed to use. It’s a very simple improvement, yet somehow it seems to have been overlooked.

Proxies should adhere to "Assume this frame rate" setting of highres footageOpen for Voting

SUMMARY When changing the playback frame rate of a clip, the playback adjustment should apply to the high  res footage as well as to the proxy media.  If not (as is the case now), the proxy workflow is basically useless unless generating a new proxy for the clip(s). EXAMPLE Our base frame rate is 25fps. We ingest footage at it's original frame rate and generate proxies at that frame rate, say 24 fps. As Premiere's internal frame rate interpolation often degrades the quality of the footage, we like to change the playback frame rate to 25 fps in cases like this:  However the proxy will still play back at 24fps. This will result in different fames shown when viewing highres vs. viewing proxies, as in this example at the same point in the timeline in highres vs. proxy mode (see track marks):  This issue can only be fixed by creating new proxies. As Premiere has no issue handling the change of playback speed for highres footage, surely it can handle the same for proxies? Seems like a no-brainer to me with no downsides in usability 🙂

Bring Back Adjustment TitlesOpen for Voting

Request: Allow Text Labels Next to Icons in the Adjustments PanelI am writing to request a customization option for the Adjustments panel in Photoshop. Currently, the panel forces a choice between a compact grid of icons without text labels, or hiding the tools behind a dropdown list / preset menu.Please allow us to customize the Adjustments panel so we can display both the icon and its title simultaneously, as in previous versions.Having to hover over every icon to find a specific adjustment—or rely on a dropdown list—adds unnecessary friction. Hiding these essential tools behind extra clicks creates a real barrier as the saying “out of sight, out of mind” requires me to continually have to search the web for where these functions are located. I have been using Photoshop for almost 8 years, relying on it heavily for critical monthly projects. For users who know the software well but aren't in it every single day, removing text labels adds an unnecessary layer of complexity to a familiar layout.Thank you for your consideration, and I hope to see an option restored in a future update that lets users display both adjustment icons and their corresponding titles.

APV is an open, royalty-free, Intra-frame professional codec (IETF RFC 9924) designed specifically for high-end mobile cinematography and post-production.As professional workflows increasingly incorporate high-quality mobile acquisition, Premiere Pro and AME users need the ability to import APV footage without the time-consuming step of transcoding to ProRes or DNxHR.Why this is critical for Premiere Pro: Professional Specs: APV supports 10-bit and 12-bit depth with 4:2:2 chroma subsampling, making it a primary source for high-dynamic-range (HDR) and Log workflows. Bring back pen mask tool to Opacity and other tools directlyOpen for Voting

In the latest version of Premiere, you can no longer use the pen mask tool directly within tools like Opacity which wastes so much of an editor’s time for quick masks. In the new version, I have to find the pen mask tool, make the selection and drag and drop it onto Opacity or other effects for it to work. It’s a few extra steps that add up and waste so much time. Please just bring back the option of creating a pen mask from within Opacity directly, while keeping the new additional tool. Personally, the added new separate pen mask tool is not adding anything for me, just adding extra unnecessary steps and I’m sure many other editors feel the same way, thank you.

Photoshop is beyond slow, even on modern hardware. Make it fast.Open for Voting

Any Adobe product is the slowest software I use.  Just opening it takes 30 seconds or more.  This is impossibly slow… what could you be even doing with this time?  Fix it.  Stop doing whatever it is you think you need to do.  I just want to edit my images.

Restore Bridge to its glory of 2010-2015. Every update has been making the program worse to use and adds extra steps. Also fix the restrain image crop feature. Youve added extra steps that add more time in editing.
