As decals (Warp projections) are Fill layers, they currently don’t support the symmetry feature. Adding symmetry to Fill layers would allow users to fully move/rotate/rescale a decal, and all changes would automatically influence the opposite side of the mesh. This thread has been created in regards to a future QOL (Quality Of Life) release. We’re trying to prioritize users’ needs; therefore, your voice is very important! Please write your feedback below and don’t forget to vote for your favorite suggestions! All shared images are purely for visualization and not functional features.
Can we please edit Warp Stabilizer's Methods by selecting each Position, Scale, Rotation separately, instead of being forced as a group, because sometimes we only want to change position and rotaion, but not scale, asd it tends to go crazy zooming in and out, which forces us to only use position and manually change rotation. It's really pain and been the only issue of me since the begining. Why can't we select the desired methods, as many as we need?
Just had an embarrising momment with a client because a generative fill changed something outside of my selection. Every other tool in photoshop only effects the selected area, having generative fill effect areas outside of the selection is strange and confusing. And in this case leads to errors. Can I have an option to make is stick 100% to the selection, please?I'll happly deal with whatever weirdness this creates if it means not having sirpirse errors!
Hey, I use Lightroom on my iPad; I am currently vision impaired, I need to increase the font size of menu items and pretty much all other text if possible. Can anyone provide clear step-by-step directions on how to do so? Thank you very much.
I guess I'm wondering if Aero has a size or distance restriction for an object or scene. Could make objects that appear over a large area or are viewed from over a mile away?
I have folders with lots of files to 'share for review' with clients. Instead of sharing individual files, which is time consuming, why can't there be a feature that shares entire folder?
I have a render queue all set up in AME, and during the first one, the drive failed. All the files in the queue went to "failed" status, and now I want to lasso the whole bunch and click "duplicate" to restart with a new drive. But I can't. I have to duplicate each job individually. How about enabling "bulk duplicate"??? Thanks.
When the ai is processing on the text to image creator, a loading bar would be nice. Maybe something new, unique, that still shows the element of time remaining, but in a creative way? Just a thought 🙂
The new adaptive color profile offers a more subtle starting point compared to hitting "auto". However, what if you want to add a creative look using one of the provided color profiles? I think Adobe should enable the possibility to pick more than one color profile (for example, "adaptive color profile" and "modern 09"). Maybe it would be more intuitive to add a button next to the current button "auto" called "adaptive auto" or something similar. PS. A workaround is to export the image, reimport it and add a creative look on top of the basic edit. That is cumbersome, time-consuming and takes mor space on our HDDs.
Can we please get location tagging on individual photos? If a photographer is geotagging their photos already, please allow that location to appear in the search. Or, allow a contributor to add the location data. Since the search functionality in Stock is less than stellar, at least a location tag would help. When searching for a specific place, it can currently take hours and then I often have to fact-check the location using external tools to verify accuracy. This process takes so much extra time for people who are licensing the photos. For example, when looking for photos of Mexico City the search returned all sorts of results that were not actually Mexico City. Having to verify search results using web browser tools is not a good user experience
Let's face it. The new way it has been implemented is really dumb. It used to be perfect. All your essential graphics stuff in 1 window. Easy to find, easy to use, one place for everything you needed. Now for some unknown reason this has been taken out as of PP2025. Bring it back. We want the essential graphics window back. Ever heard of the phrase: 'never change a winning team'? I guess not because Adobe always knows how to make a change in the worst possible way. Listen to your community and users, please. For the love of god. Just listen.
Multiple times in the last month I have accidentally clicked Stop in while encoding in Media Encoder when I meant to click Pause. It would be great if these buttons were made bigger and possibly farther apart. Maybe in addition to the pause/play/stop icon the actual word could be written out within the button? This would make them bigger and thus easier to click on without accidentally stopping, and having to restart, a big export job. Please upvote if you agree!
Mask tracking between key frames is only linear. There is fade in and fade out but only for the edges. When tracking periodic motion, it would be helpful if there was sinusoidal interpolation and other options for tracking between key frames
when in detail view, make a tab just for faces to see who's in the photo. I need to be able to add someone by just circling their face while I'm in detail view. in the info tab, please show me who's faces are in the photo. if there's no faces in the info tab, give me a button to search for them with ai or a button to circle the faces and ask the app to add that person. while masking, if there are people detected, let me be able to name them while I'm doing so. let me search in the people section in more than one type of view, by face icon and by photo.
"Hi Dev Team, I'm loving the app so far, but I think it would be amazing to have a batch editing feature that allows us to apply lens blur to multiple photos at once. This would save so much time and make editing photos in bulk much more efficient. Would it be possible to consider adding this feature in a future update? I'd love to hear your thoughts on this. Thanks in advance!"
As a visually impaired person, when everything is thrown together into a big jumbled mess, it's very difficult to distinguish what is what. With that said, the grid on the iPad for Lightroom mobile has no separation between photos, and it's extremely difficult to distinguish one photo from another. I've been searching for the last two days and cannot figure out a way to change the grid on the iPad mobile from the mosaic tile grid that's default to a more square grid with thicker separation lines at minimum. This is what it looks like now: This is what I need. The screenshots from the desktop version, everywhere else from Lightroom to Lightroom classic even Lightroom online, all give me an option to change the grid, but I cannot figure out how to do it on the iPad. I just need some definition between the photos, and it has to be without the overlay mosaics. Each photo has to occupy the same amount of space, if that makes any sense.
I just finished a lighting fix I needed to do for an interview shot by someone else. It went okay, but I feel I could have had more control. I'll explain. Instead of just having spot lights where you adjust the cone, etc., I'd rather see a more accurate simulation of how film and video lighting is done on a real set. First of all, if you're trying to fix a video that's already been shot, even if you convert that layer to 3D, it's still going to appear in 3D space as a flat plane, so you can't do things like backlighting, etc. And if you're fixing lighting, or trying to do something creative with lighting, you need to be able to light objects separately within the frame. WHAT IF Adobe could use AI to automatically detect and separate all the individual objects in a flat video, then the user could drag each object along a Z axis to determine how far apart those objects were? Then you could pick virtual lights according to commonly used lights (e.g., a Fresnel, a par, a softlight, etc., each with their unique lighting characteristics), and choose your lighting modifier, whether 1/4-stop, 1/2-stop, or full stop softbank or scrim, and add in flags of whatever standard size (18x24", 24x36", 48x48", etc.) to block light from spilling in certain areas. Maybe have the ability to attach virtual barn doors to the light fixture and adjust them. We'd have a lot more control with lighting that way. Or does an existing third party plugin already do what I'm describing here?
I don't know why Premiere Pro doesn't include an "Easy Ease" keyframe interpolation preset like After Effects does. In many cases, this is considerably better looking than Auto Bezier. You can simulate it by applying both an Ease In + Ease Out, but it's annoying to have to apply both to achieve that effect when a simple option would solve that. Also it would be nice to have automatic presets where we could define the default keyframe interpolation for first, last, and middle keyframes, rather than just always defaulting to linear.
Problem: The Keyword List has a number to the right of each keyword for the number of photos that have this keyword. To the right of the number there is an arrow that one can click, which results in displaying the catalog 'All Photographs' filtered for those photos that have this keyword. However, if photos are part of closed stacks, this method will not find the photos. Therefore, the smoothest solution to this problem is to make the catalog 'All Photographs' always show all photos as unstacked. The problem is slightly related to the discussion in https://community.adobe.com/t5/lightroom-classic-discussions/lightroom-classic-not-finding-photos-in-closed-stacks/m-p/14770539. There are workarounds, such as https://www.danhartfordphoto.com/blog/2022/4/lr014-lrc-tip01-all-photos-really, but none are as obvious and smooth as if it was possible to simply click on the arrow to the right of the keyword in the Keyword List, directly listing those photos.
