Lightroom Classic

Hola, hace unos días experimenté problemas al hacer sesión de fotos, con la cámara sony 6700 conectada al portatil con la carpeta vigilada, que antes mostraba el resultado con el preset correctamente y salía automáticamente. Ahora hace unos días no, sale continuamente la ventana de origen y ubicación de los archivos, y me estoy volviendo loco para que vuelva a estar como antes, alguién sabe por que es?Tampoco me funciona la captura automática desde la cámara, se queda detectando cámara y no la encuentra. gracias a todos

Hi, I am using Lightroom Classic 13.5.1 Camera Raw 16.5 and this is the first time I encountered this issue.Setup: MacBook 13 Pro - OS: Sonoma 14.5, Camera: Canon R6 II, External SSD where I keep my files whlie editing them.Last evening after I exported my files from camera card to SSD, and after I imported all the photos into lightroom - all the raw photos were duplicated into the same location where I saved on the SSD.  So, if i have a photo called 123.cr3 - one new copy called 123-2.cr3 was created and this is the one used by lightroom.I have to specify that I didn't check the "Make a photo copy" option while importing the photos in lightroom.Any idea about this? It's quite bad as these copies are occupying a lot of space.Thank you!

Since version 13.5.1, removal by AI is not working. The object is selected, the analysis is performed, but the object is not removed. Before the version update, the object was removed normally. Could this be the update or another cause?

Nun funktioniert dieser gar nicht mehr. Verschiedene USB-C Kabel ausprobiert.

Using LrC I keep getting. Message the app has run out  of memory.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled but its using far too much memory.  I am using mini Mac M1 Sonomo v 14.6.1.  Lr v 13.5.1.  This is a real nuisance as it tells me close other apps when I haven't got anything open!  Very frustrating.  Help please.....   [Title changed by moderator to describe the problem more clearly.]

Hello, today i was trying some things with deep sky stacker I don't know if that does anything just in case of any conflicts and noticed lightroom classic (13.2 release) (subscription) cannot export into my external hard drive, while photoshop, acrobat, word and any other software I tried works, I have tried looking into a older thread but all I found was not working for me, I tried the choose folder later but I get an error, same with the regular export settingsNote: I also tried to replace original image, choose folder later, specific folder options and none worked since it was on my external SSD while it could export to my pcs internal storage easilyAdditional Info: Lightroom classic (13.2 release) (subscription)Windows 10 pro I have full administrator privileges, so there should be no permission problem 

I have been using the 5.3 catelouge for ages and want to use it withthe latest LR. Any suggestion on how to go about this? I have a sub and have downlowed LR but it will not open my Catalouge. 

Olá pessoal tudo bem?Estou com um problema, se puderem me ajudar...Eu crio um catálogo e começo a editar as minhas fotos, se eu preciso parar e desligar o LR, ou o pc, quando volto a editar o LR reseta toda a edição que eu fiz. Aparentemente, ele naõ reconhece o meu catálogo anterior e não o abre. Por exemplo: nomeei como Gabi, ele não reconhece e cria um novo chamado Gabi-v1, e depois Gabi-v2, e depois Gabi-v3, nunca reconhecendo e abrindo o anterior. Alguem já passou por isso?Obrigadaa! ❤️

I recently updated by MAC to Monterey 12.7.6. Since then Lightroom has been incredibly slow. Looking into the problem, I noticed GPU Acceleration was only being applied to the display and not to image processing. This option, in fact, was greyed out. After some research, I did the common 'fix' of deleting the camera raw config GPU .txt file. This did not work, and the option is still greyed out. I receive this message when I export RAW file to  JPEG file to an external disk: Some export operations were not performed. The file could not be written.I have made the same procedure for 4 years without problems. But today my problems start. It is only possible to export the file to C: Not to other internal or external disks. And I have all permissions to the folders.

Hi!Lately i've been getting many troubles with Lightroom, but one of them is Lightroom Classic won't export all of my photos, leaving out some un-exported with the reason of "Not enough memory" even though i still have some spare memory (definitely enough). I use the current latest version of Lightroom Classic, and was able to use it without any problem, like syncing to Lightroom CC on my phone. This is the full spec of my setup:HP Envy 13Intel Core i7-7500U8GB RAM512GB SSDLatest Windows 10 UpdateI already tried re-exporting, restarting my computer, temporarily disabling ThrottleStop,closing Chrome, and optimizing the catalog. none of them resulted in a 100% exported collection, even though previously i was able to export photos without a problem, no matter how much photo i'm exportingAny kind of help is appreciated, and thanks in advanceCheers

After recently updating lightroom I am now unable to use my adjustment sliders by clicking on them and draging, nothing happens.    If i click each side of the slider button it will move or if I click in the adjustment box where the numbers are and slide them up and down adjustment slider moves acordingly.   But directly clicking on it and siding it wont move?   This must be a bug any sugestions please?   [Moved from ‘Bugs’ to ‘Discussions’ by moderator, according to forum rules. I'm really fed up by Adobe's AI priggishness 🤬. And it seems to be getting worse w/ every new update.A few days ago, PS (beta) refused to generatively expand the first picture because "it encountered an issue". Well, no major problem, I know the trick too well by now: copy the layer, select & delete the subject, and magic! now the IA can generate the sides of the umbrella. Restore the "offending subject" and you're all set!But now it's also LR that is getting holier-than-the-Pope, and that's more of a nuisance to me. For example, it does not "find" any person in the last two (unedited) pictures 😳, which means I'm limited to the much less precise "subject" mask 🤦🏻‍♂.Adobe, please, give me a break! Even any free phone app does! You may like or dislike this kind of pictures, but they're far from pornographic.

My lightroom classic all of the sudden wont open on my mac. Ive tried everything and went to best buy and they said it was on adobes end. Anybody else ever experienced this problem? Im going to try to contact adobe tomorrow, but any suggestions would be appreciated. 

Ok first the setup:I start with LR Classic (in a shared album, smart-previews in the cloud) and send a RAW to Photoshop, after I'm done with my edit the saved tiff gets added my LR classic and automatically added to the shared album as a smart-preview too (thats nice).In LR Mobile I can see my edit in develop mode and in the preview, so far so good.Then later I continue working on that tiff (sending it to Photoshop via LR Classic again, so LR gets the update). And it does get the update, LR classic shows the changes I have done.Back to mobile, here I get the old version in develop mode, the preview thumbnail gets updated to the new version, if I open the tiff smart-preview into activity, rating, or info view, I see the updated version as it should be.But if I get into develop mode in LR mobile, it shows the current version (as it should be), but only for a second and then switches to the version that was first shared when I saved the first edit (that is now outdated and not what LR cla

For the past few weeks, LrC is crashing when I attempt to create a mask, any mask.  I have not found a workaround. I am using Version 12.3 on a Mac Studio, which is also up to date.

I recently upgrated my mac OS to Sequoia and now my  Lightroom classic 5 app does not open.  Tried rebooting and it did not help. Any ideas on how I can get it to work?Thans so much.

I went to open Lightroom and my Catalog has totally disappeared.  Tried searching for the lrcat extenstion and cannot find it anywhere.  Have thousands of photos cataloged and really need to find the catalog.  Any help would be appreciated.

I have a subscription to Lightroom that is paid up.  (Just checked).   I can get into the library.  However, when I try to get into Develop it states "Develop Module is disabled. Please purchase a subscription or license to reactivate the Develop module."  Once I go back into Adobe it states "You already own Photogrqphy plan (20GB)".  Why am I being blocked from using Develop?  All help will be greatly appreciated!!

Hello, can someone help me here? I've been having problems with the denoising of the images for a few days. LR says denoise is currently incompatible with the photo format. I didn't change anything in the format. As always, I edit the images in RAW. I'm working on a new macbook, have the latest version... haven't changed anything in LR. I can't explain it. I have built a 15 000 Euro PC with the best optimized hardware available for Lightroom in the market.But still, Lightroom keeps crashing. Everytime I send a report to Adobe and never received any reply concerning the crash.I have read all the possible articles and watched many videos on Youtube about how to optimize Lightroom and followed them, still LIGHTROOM IS SLOW!It is easy to always lecture about specs and updates, etc... But Adobe really needs to fix this issue of Lightroom and must stop blaming the customers!I have been using the Adobe CC membership at least for the passed 7 years and there always has been an issue with PremierePro, Photoshop or Lightroom! This costs us time and effort!Do something about it or you will keep losing precious customers!
