Lightroom Classic

So, I now have LrC v13.5. Fine, but I do not see any mention of that in the community, Nothing in Announcements. And via a Google search, nothing in any Adobe Page, or anywhere else. (/edit/ see followup bellow)    And, as visible in the first screenshot, an update to Lr, and to ACR. No v7.5 in Lr Community Announcements, no ACR v16.5 in Camera RAW Community .Announcements Does anyone have a link to what is new and bug fixes yet? Note that YES, in LrC I can click on /Help/Whats New../ and I can see this: And in that screen, if I scroll down I can see a link like: But clicking on that link yields v13.4 info. _______________________________________________________ Followup If when you use Google to search on Lightroom Classic v13.5, and select via Tools to look at last 24 hours, at least one link shows up (so far only Link I have found) https://gregbenzphotography.com/other/lightroom-expands-support-for-hdr-display/ And now

Bonjour à toutes et tous,Lors de de la fusion d'un panorama ou de photos HDR, l'image finale ce retrouve dans un dossier à part de celui de départ, alors que mes photos sont bien dans le même dossier, et si je coche de créer un pile une fenêtre s'ouvre m'indiquant " Les plies ne peuvent pas contenir des photos stockées dans des dossiers différents" alors que toutes les photos comme je l'écris plus haut  sont dans le même dossier.Je ne comprend pas pourquoi le panorama ou la fusion HDR ce retrouve dans un dossier à part a lors que dans mon finder la photo est bien dans le même dossier.Je suis sur Mac OS Ventura la dernière version ansi que LRC.Y a t'il un paramêtre afin que le panorama ou la fusion reste dans le dossier d'origine dans l'explorateur de LRC ?Merci à toutes et tous de votre aide.

Today I used Generative Remove AI in Lightroom for the very first time. Nevertheless I have now encountered a problem. Since then, every time I click the Erasure Tool button my photo changes from color to black and white. Does anybody have an idea what's going wrong? Why can I no longer edit the photo in color (the problem occurs both in Generative Remove AI and in the old situation as I was used to). In short, when I click the Erasure Tool button the photo immediately changes from color to black and white. Thank you very much for your cooperation!! Hello,   Issue has only started as-of a few days ago, importing photos causes LR to throw the error message listed below.   Workflow: transfer SD card data to set folder, create new catalog at same location, import photos to catalog via add -> crash   I am running win11 on a very capable machine with no outdated drivers/software -- this is my only issue. Hoping for some help here. I am on a PC and have the latest versions of Photoshop and Lightroom Classic. I wanted to download and try the new Photoshop Beta so I downloaded it from the Adobe Creative Cloud and it installed fine. BUT - when I use Lightroom and choose EDIT IN - ADOBE PHOTOSHOP 2023 it opens the BETA version. It does not give me an option to choose WHICH Photoshop version I want to use. Uninstalling the Beta basically kills the ability to send an image from Lightroom Classic to Photoshop at all and the only way to get things back is to uninstall the beta and then uninstall Photoshop CC 2023 THEN reinstall Photoshop. I'd love to play with the beta and be able to choose which version of Photoshop I want to use when sending images from Lightroom Classic.   I've seen some videos where the option to select which version of photoshop you want to use is selectable from a dropdown menu but this was on a Mac and not a PC. Any help is appreciated! James  

Lightroom Classic keeps freezing then crash. I have a Mac-Catalinia up to date. Lightroom Classic up too date. Tried every trick on the Internet and adobe. Hi everybody, I'm a Lightroom user with a MacBook Pro 2,3 GHz i9 8 Core Cpu and 16 Gb Ram. I'm experiencing a very high usage of CPU and RAM even if I'm just scrolling through the gallery (like 160%), and if I edit some images, sometimes I get that my photos appear to be glitched, with red and green stripes on them, but only the photos, not the entire screen. HiI recently edited some headshots in photoshop using the raw sony files I had everything set to SRGB. Im using a Dell Monitor which is set to display as SRGB and my macbook pro which I also have set to SRGB display. Both macbook and monitor image looks the same.When I import the file into lightroom for the final colour edit changes it to looks the same and I have set the export as jpeg/SRGB. On my monitor and macbook my picture looks as intended the issue is when I open the same picture file on several of my phones the image is completely over saturated and the image is ruined.My understanding was setting everything to srgb was the safest way to export images to be viewed on multiple devices. But this is not the case for me or am I do something wrong? I sent the files via we transfer for the client to look at which she downloaded via her phone and the same issue happened she appeared way to saturated in the images. How can I fix this?

Hello, I have several photos in Lightroom Classic with only the smart preview downloaded even though the original exists in the cloud. Is it somehow possible to force LrC to redownload those pictures or to reset a collection to download the images again? Thank you!

I ht Auto in the develop module and it takes several seconds before anything happens.  I hit R to go into crop mode - same thing. I am on an M1 Macbook pro with 64GB of memory.  This has never happened before.   Help?

Some of my lowest-light photos have had this sort of colored-noise problem (artifacts?) showing up for the past few months. Any idea what is causing it? It's been since I got a new Macbook Pro (M2 Max) and also around the time that Denoise AI was introduced. It doesn't look like typical noise, and part of my problem is that my photos look great in the develop module when I'm viewing the full photo, but if I zoom in or even go to the library module it shows the artifacts. It also shows them on exported jpegs, so it's really making me questsion all of my editing choices if the final output isn't necessarily matching what I'm seeing in the Develop module. So far I've tried adjusting the picture profile, playing with different types of "previews", and adjusting manual denoise settings. I've also tried turning on and off the graphics processor setting in the performance tab.I've attached two jpeg exports of a photo (one without any denoising, and one with Denoise AI), as well as t

Up until recently they looked as they used to. Now they're flat looking and I need to add about 25-30 points of Contrast to liven them back up. And it doesn't matter if I change the Process Version to v6 or leave it where they were last on v5. Any suggestions? MacOS Sonoma 14.5

Hi all - I'd love some help here as I'm struggling to resolve this issue. For context, I send wedding galleries to an editor and she does her edits then sends me back the catalog. At that point her masks and spot removals don't show up unless I do a mass update of the AI settings. I usually go into Library Mode - Photo drop down -  develop settings - update ai settings, which usually works fine to update all that she's done on the images. However lately every time I click that, Lightroom freezes and I have to exit out via force quit applications because I can't get it out of the frozen updating of the ai settings pop up box. Seit dem Umstieg von Nikon D610 auf Nikon Z6III wird bei RAW Aufnahmen bei Profilkorrekturen nur noch Integriert angezeigt. Bei der D610 wurde immer das benutzte Objektiv angezeigt, das ich auch auf der Z6III verwende, . Ich benutze Lightroom Classic 13.4 aber auch in der Vorgängerversion 13.3.1 wird nur Integriert angezeit. Manuell kann ich Tamron auswählen und sofort wird dann auch das Objektiv SP 24-70 F2,8 angezeigt. Hat jemand eine Idee?

 Have just started my first tethering. While I go Live I see full landscape frame so I can adjust the products to shoot. While I change my camera to portrait the live mode cuts the top and bottom of the frame making it impossible to frame the picture.  Could not find any button to set it to full verticle frame in live mode. Can someone guide me on this as 6o how do I see full live view on portrait mode.

Running LrC 13.4 and PS 25.11. Just starting yesterday, I cannot edit my raw file directly in PS from LrC.When I select Edit in Photoshop 2024, PS launches, but it doesn't open the raw file.As a workaround, I can open the file as a smart object (Edit in/ Open as Smart Object in Photoshop).But after editing, I get an error from trying to save the PSD file. The error message is "Error 2: photoshop is undefined. Line:1 ->" (see attached screen grab).When I return to LrC, the new PSD file does not appear in the Library unless I synchronize the folder.I also tried Edit in Photoshop from Lr (not classic). Doesn't work at all: "File could not be opened in Photoshop".When this issue appeared, I was running LrC 13.2. I tried upgrading to 13.4; didn't solve the issue.

I'm working with stacks in Lightroom- anywhere from 3 to 7 exposures in each stack. When a single stack is slected for an HDR merge, I get a preview window with deghosting optoins. However, when I select all stacks and HDR merge as a group- I have no deghosting options. Does Lightroom use the previously selected deghosting option for all merges? If not, is there a way to tell lightroom which degree of deghosting to use before a group selection HDR merge? 

When I go to use the AI Denoise function, the preview window just has a grey screen instead of showing the image with denoise applied. After I click enhance, Lightroom Classic says there has been an unknown error and denoise could not be applied. The next screen says that there has been a GPU error. I've successfully used the denoise feature once before (a few days ago), so not sure what could have changed to cause the problem. I have just started playing around with face recognition.  My library is now over 100K.  Many of these are my kids sports events.  Not surprising I have captured many faces of people I don't know.  These strangers keep showing up as I create my face indexes.  It would be nice to have a key word to tell Lightroom to ignore these faces.  I started giving them the name of 'unknown', but I fear this is going to just bog down Lightroom's search algorithm over time. Does anyone know of a clever solution to this issue?
