Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Love the Landmark lookup feature on my IPhone 12 Pro. It would be great if we could do the same in Lightroom. 

Please develop a feature in Lightroom CC that allows bordered printing to standard sheet sizes, such as formatting an uncropped 3:2 image to 6.67 in × 10 in  (1880 px x 2850 px @300 px per inch) on a 8.5 in × 11 in (U. S. Standard Letter) sheet of paper. That feature would allow printing an uncropped image to a standard sheet as well as printing an uncropped image with a specific unprinted (white) border width (i.e. 0.75 in on all sides) inside a standard mat opening for a professional, museum-quality presentation. Currently, that such formatting requires cumbersome steps to export an image from Lughtoom to Photoshop, then exporting from Photoshop a final formatted print file.

Often I don't have a good enough mobile internet connection. But I like to do edits on my mobile devices. So the option to store "smart previews" locally is great. But it does not work if I have original files in the cloud, then it will just download the whole files with the "store locally" option. And yea, most mobile devices don't have much more than 1TB available and it's just not always necessary to store the 50 megapixel raw files on the phone. So having a choice when hitting that "store locally" button between "download smartpreviews" or "download originals" is a must.

An idea to have the video crop features in Lightroom. At the moment while editing video in Lightroom there are no options for straightening/cropping the video clips. Nice to have this feature.

If you are on a very slow connection when traveling, or no connection, you run the risk of local database corruption and losing everything. My short term solution is to keep all cards until the images have fully synced; and then only risk the work done on the images. Therefore, if connection is below some metric, or sync is predicted to take longer than X, we really need some sort of local backup/recovery process for Lr in case of database corruption.   Tim

Hello, we want to be able to add copyright expiry reminders on to photos to ensure we are respecting consent periods. Is this a feature? And if not, can it be? Platforms like Pics.io have this.

I shoot 9:16 with my phone camera, as it makes it easier to compose for full-screen social media posts. It still captures the full 3:4 image, and inside iOS photos it's possible to tap "crop" and then extent the image or move left/right. Unfortunately once imported into Lightroom mobile, the 9:16 crop becomes baked in.

At the end of the day, I go through the photos app, delete what I don't like, then use the share sheet to import my faves into Lightroom. Unfortunately this removes the depth map, so I have to open Lightroom first and then import them.    It's a small step, but changes my workflow surprisingly signifcantly. 

Please add the feature in Lightroom Classic to Lightroom Cloud to adjust a selected slider such as "Exposure" with the + and - keys. I use this feature all the time in Classic, and it makes it almost impossible for me to use the new Lightroom. Also, please add an autosync toggle like in Classic to sync changes across all selected images in a timeline instead of having to copy and paste.  I would love if some of the keyboard shortcuts such as Crop could be matched up, but that is probably asking too much. I think it would be so beneficial to have a masking feature that's similar to the lasso thing found in photoshop to select a subject to edit - I hate the brush and find it a bit tedious especially when I'm editing without a mouse 

I'm extremely frustrated with the latest update of LR mobile as the masking sky and subject features are no longer supported using the iPhone 8. I'd like the development team to figure out a way to make this possible since it was previously available. 

I often have a couple too many glasses of wine and need to batch level photos. I'd love to see a sortcut or keystroke for this, even on an individual photo. 

It would be great to be able to choose your default option in the new Healing section. For example, I use Heal (over Remove or Clone) 99.9 percent of the time so being able to make that option go to Heal vs having to change from Remove all the time would cumulatively save lots of time!

I would love to be able to search for specific person by name.   so I saved a preset and I want to search for the person who made it so I can follow 

I would like to be able to export a very large number of photos in several albums on Lightroom Mobile as a catalog that I could merge or copy to my PC over a wired connection.     Uploading 10,500 photos from a trip took 3 days over Wi-Fi.

I am referring to LR on the iPad. To me it would be very handy to have all of this information in the overlay. Right now, I always have to open the info panel in the lower right corner.   This is a little annoying, especially when sighting images and therefore having to switch between the info and the rating panel.     Perhaps this piece of information could be placed aside the resolution?  Thanks 🙂

Hello All,   Not sure how many of you have the same issue, but I regularly shared albums with the same people, some of them are even people who I usually share them together. As example:   Wife Family (Brother, Sister, Father, Mother) Co-workers on specific department Photo Reviewers   So a couple of suggestions: Auto-complete:  Please please please please! At least from previous added emails on other albums. Address book: This would make my life a lot easier, because I need to type their email every single time, and I don't know them by memory so I end up looking my email app for their email. Groups: being able to create a group like "My Family" and add all my relatives at once would make my life a lot easier too.   (For Product Owner/Dev Team: my primary use case is take photos from family, friends, events at work, travel, trips and share them online. I picked it over google photos because of the integration with the editing software and online storage so

Unless there's something I'm missing within Lightroom, it would be great if the platform gave the ability to export videos of the photo editing process (similar to what can be played in the Discover section) for use on platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.  I know I could probably just do a screen recording of playing the edits from Discover, but as I often use a lot of RAW profiles not developed by Adobe, the feature has little use for me in its current form.   How do others feel about this?  Has anyone found a way to be able to accomplish this (using non-Adobe RAW profiles)?

I'd like to see an improvement to the import from camera device interface on iPad.   Currently, the image ares all displayed in a grid, and to see an image in full res, the thumbnail size must be set to large and we have to pinch to zoom on an individual image. I shoot a lot of action photography in burst mode, which means I have thousands of photos to sort through, with not many keepers. I'm trying to avoid importing ALL of these photos, and only selectively importing the ones that have potential (due to efficiency and storage limits on the iPad).   My current workflow is to pinch zoom each image, one by one, so i can evaluate its sharpness and other techicslities in s large enough view to do so. The large thumbnail size is nowhere near big enough to do this.    What I'm proposing will accelerate the import selection process dramatically. Please make Point curves and all desktop features for LR available on the iPad version, including but not limited to the new masking tools (!) and all the new profiles (such as the ones specific for sky, etc).  I want to be able to do ALL my editing on iPad as I would on LR on my desktop. This would be superbly fabulous and make me very happy.

Please design for Samsung tab can easy to use same ipad .I want to Double tab in all photo show info and rating . And tab bar or use fingers to manage size picture in all photo 

Hey there everybody I hope your week is going well. I've been editing a lot of photos lately in LR Mobile where it's basically people doing their thing through a static scene. Because only the subjects faces or hands really move, I can edit just the first pic in a series and apply the previous edit onto the next.  The annoying thing though is that when previous also means carrying masks over, I have to slide the function tray all the way to the other side to manually update the masks. Not only would it be better in my opinion to have that previous button all the way to the left instead, I think it'd be spectacular if we could customize the tray.  I don't use versions very often, and geometry isn't a common tool for me either expect under specific circumstances. I'd be happier if I could group a couple of less used functions into a separate tray tab and declutter the tray. Being able to order the functions to fit my flow would go miles and miles.  Just a thought and I hop

Adobe please for the love of all goodness add clone stamp in Lightroom!!! It's such a drag having to edit in LR then transfer to photoshop to use clone stamp then transfer back!! Just put the tool in Lightroom! I know I can't be the only one who wants this feature!
