Try closing all the Adobe apps and rename the folder "com.adobe.dunamis" from the location C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming MacHD/Users/Username/Library/Application Support and check again

Do you have any Network drive connected to your system? If yes, please disconnect the Network drives/Servers & check the application performance. Also check the application performance when the system is not connected to internet. Let us know the results.

when you enter the serial key at the time of installation, the License for the product gets activated. There are no separate links for trial & licensed version of the product. Hi mikemil87, I am not aware if any CS5.1 was released by Adobe. Please let us know the exact product version you are using & the problem you are facing. You can try reinstalling the CS5.5 on the computer if its giving you issues. It should work properly after that. For CS5.5 you should not face any problems with Mavericks. Thanks
